I rented a gas powered hydraulic auger from them. Their pricing was great, they were easy to deal with, and the equipment was in good shape. No hidden fees. I would definitely rent from them again.

Started out with a stand up sander that was having a problem staying powered up on the jobsite. I took the product back they tested it in store and it powered right up. They still let me rent another tool for a deal and all around handled the situation very profesionally and maintained great business conduct. Equipment was good.Sales person was arrogant. Treated me as if I was bothering him. Im not a fan of being talked down to while Im trying to spend my hard earned money in your shop.Update:I have rented equipment twice from Rental City since my initial review.The reason: my alternative was to rent from Home Depot which is overpriced and has very spotty customer service.Also HD bills your credit card an exorbitant deposit for equipment before you walk out the door. Rental City holds $1 and then bills your card the rental fee once the equipment is returned. You dont have wait for the deposit to be released by your financial institution.A huge plus!My last two visits to Rental City have been superb.Guest service, explaining how to safely use the equipment, and return billing and drop off were all excellent!Maybe my first visit I caught them on a bad day or something of that nature.I am very appreciative of their professionalism displayed in my recent transactions.I will always support them and I recommend them as the top rental business in the Millard/Omaha area.

They had a wide variety of items. The 8 tables I ordered where really worn and out dated. The cashier was friendly. There were guys to load your items in your truck which was nice. Pricing was cheaper than other rental places

These guys were amazing!! Highly recommend and will use them again! We were celebrating our Grand Opening today and the tent that was rented from another company wasnt nearly big enough. I got a hold of Rental City and they were able to get me a tent, tables, chairs and heater set up within 2 hours at my location that was over an hour away from them. Rented a bed edger today. It was a tight fit inside the SUV that I used to pick it up. The two guys who helped me couldnt have been nicer. They made sure that the edger wouldnt cause any damage while I was transporting it. They also took the time to make sure I knew how to operate it.

These guys went above and beyond. We were having an outdoor movie night and rented a projector and a popcorn machine. we had a few issues come up on our end that made our renting less that the simple grab and go. These guys not only worked with our crazy situation but took the time to make sure everything perfect. The equipment was perfect and the their pricing was MORE than fair. a great company.

We rented 30 tables for a ladies day event at church. Ryan was incredibly accommodating when we had to make last minute changes to the pick up time, even after he had already changed it for us once. We will definitely use Rental City again.

Its everything you expect in a rental place. We needed a few carnival games for our organizations summer wrap party. They had a great selection. The price felt slightly high for the condition that some of the games were in as far as wear and tear went, but I honestly cant complain too much. The kids had fun with the games and our event went off without a hitch.

Theres only two places in Omaha that sell Schaefers oil and I specifically came out here because their website said they were open. I get out here and there is nobody to be found The gates are wide open there is no business hours on their door itself but website says its open I call their number and they say It closed at noon. I think if they want a little more business theyd have the correct hours on their door and or their website.

Very fast and friendly service. It was even better when I arrived, I was able to go by myself and sit in my truck while the guys loaded everything in for me. It was exactly the same when I dropped it off, they unloaded it for me. A very nice process and will be using them again.

Ive been renting from this place all my life. They always have what I need to get my jobs done. Quick and easy, majority of the time they do all the loading & unloading for you! They maintain the tools well, never had to return to exchange a tool because it didnt work. They will no longer be at the 90th location after the first of 2018 as the building was sold.
