Multiple phone calls were disconnected After 45 minute wait times. Finally got somebody to help me and they transferred me and I got disconnected again. Horrible service never to use again and I will speak badly about it because it was a horrible experience which is why I dont buy anything from Best Buy if I dont have to. Theyre worse than Walmart and have obvious expectations of being horrible. Worst customer service I have ever experienced from Best Buy and Geek Squad was a new low

I lost 3 days of my life trying to upgrade RAM here. No knoweldge. No professionals. NO customer service.If you know about tech and need help. Dont go here. They are very bad and take hours just for PAPER WORK.I am not exploding with joy with this service at ALL2/10 was my experience here November 2017
Never take your laptop here. I had a hard drive issue that I did not have the time to fix. I paid $150 to have them reset my computer thats it (by the way theres a button for that on your computer). I told them to call me before they did anything, no call, lost all my files. HIRE SOMEONE WHO KNOWS THEIR STUFF
They dont repair surface pro unless it is under warranty. Is my money no good?
Was told at a distance of 15 feet, they wouldnt be able to help me with my 3d printer. I would need specifics he said. I said I think I over tightened a concentric bolt. I dont know if we can help you, we dont do repairs. Thanks Geek Squad.
