Few things I seen after paying for a $16 car wash. I still have dirty wheels. Prior to entering, I asked the cashier specifically if it cleans wheels. He suggested the top wash. It cleaned them but I still have brake dust residue on all 4 wheels. ( they werent in a tragic state to begin with as I just washed my car last week ) And secondly, the brushes at the end intended to dry my car, didnt even touch my car. Left or right. Wide gap between each side.Overall, nice carwash. Pleasant staff and clean facility.

Outside and inside of an already so so clean jeep shined!! Then seats, doors, dash etc looked like the day I bought it. Not close to home but a 15 minute drive ..... So worth the trip. Recommend!

Ive been here on 5 different occasions with NO problems whatsoever, and the staff that was working on these visits were super kind, friendly, and professional.I recently went last Tuesday (6/22) and a employee who I havent encountered before, a blue eyed brunette guy with glasses told me I couldnt go through the wash and he didnt feel comfortable letting my vehicle in. I told him that I was a newly consistent customer and I was let through 5 times before but he didnt care.Annoying, if there are any kind of restrictions please make a sign stating whats acceptable and what isnt in terms of the state of their vehicle. 😒

I drive for uber and a clean car is critical and time is important. I can get through this wash quickly. The vacuum area is very efficient. I am frequently complimented on my clean vehicle. Oh, when I do interact with the staff they always smile and are very helpful.

Always clean and well maintained. I don’t have to wait in line for long and I can always find a spot to clean the inside of my car also! Love that the vacuums are free with a wash!

I LOVED TOMMYS! Made my car smell amazing and perfectly clean! Even after going through the dryers I had no water spots left on my windshield. I also loved the free vacuums at the end ;)

It’s an okay carwash. I pay for the top-level membership since it’s the best price around. I’ve definitely seen better drying from a carwash and my front plate gets bent every single time I go through.

Really great car wash. The added bonus of free vacuums is a life saver when you have kids.

I work nearby and visit this Tommys almost every week. The lengths the staff goes to to keep the place clean and fun for guests always seems to be a top priority. I havent been able to commit to a membership just yet but Brent did sign me so that I can use the App lanes and just buy one single wash at a time. He was very whimsical and did a terrific job! While I will miss the pleasant conversations I always seem to have at the window, I will also really enjoy how much quicker this makes my washes on busy days. Thank you Tommys, Brent and the entire staff for your commitment to your guests.

The staff was helpful. The 10$ wash was great. The only complaint I have is the vacuums. The suction was not great and the button was turning on other vacuums. I hope they can solve that problem.

We have gone through this carwash multiple times and have never had a poor experience until today. We paid and were then let through the arm to take our place in line. In front of our vehicle a truck was also let through and had to get out of line to fix the liner of his truck before entering the carwash. A female attendant RUDELY came to our vehicle all but yelling and clearly annoyed that somehow we had messed up the entire line. WHEN ITS THE ATTENDANT CONTROLLING WHO CAN TAKE A PLACE IN LINE AND WHEN. This was very poorly handled and clearly customer experience is not a priority when staff see fit to make a paying customer feel like theyve created a great disaster when in reality it was the fault of the attendants poor communication and planning. For the cost of the wash do better.

Car Wash is amazing.There always seems to be a line, but their organization makes the wait time very short. Fast and easy way to clean the outside of your vehicle and you can vacuum out the interior for no additional fee!We joined the club and enjoy unlimited washing for one monthly price.

Two rounds of The Works later and my vehicle is still buggy. The nice person at the desk said they are an express wash and therefore cant and dont get bugs off your car. They also dont offer refunds. This is all unfortunate because the place is new and convenient.Moral of the story is pick another place if you need bug removal as part of your $16 top tier wash. At least the second trip was free?

Modern, spacious 21st Century car wash facilities should look like this, where there is plenty of parking space and easy use of FREE vacuum hoses. This is an automated car wash, so remember to retract or remove your antenna before going through the giant rotating brushes. It is staffed, so if there is any issue, you can appeal to the manager, and get customer service, as opposed to some run down places in old parts of town with machines that break down & take your quarters. The only way it could be better is to have an optional self-serve bay, and the price is higher than a lot of the competition.

Was in this morning before work and really enjoyed the experience. Brent was great and sold me on a membership rather easily. I cant wait to come back and use it. Will definitely be worth every penny and I cant wait to come back. Awesome job by the entire staff today.

Nice place, wash was great, but somehow I got the level under the one I actually paid for.

This car wash facility looks great, but the wash apparatus scratches clear coat, rips off wiper blades, and doesnt do a good job of getting dirt off the rear of the vehicle. On top of that, I was advised to simply cancel my membership and find another car wash when I pointed out a problem and asked for a resolution. Id been a member for nearly 2 years and only politely complained the one time. We were also about to add another car to our membership. I guess this incident happed at an opportune time. Tommys is cheaper than other memberships and the wash facility is close to our house and faster than most. So I figured it was priced appropriately. Guess not. Dont make my mistake. Find another wash with good customer service.

$10 a couple scratches later and the whole rear still dirty. Only 2 kids in the office. Part ways through the scrubbers werent even touching the car.

I am going to have to try another car wash. I paid for the monthly unlimited wash. The last two times I went they whereCLOSED and it was before the posted closing time.

Like any car wash, its not perfect. It does a great job on the wheels. They look black and after a few washes they stay black in between washes. Goes too fast sometimes and doesnt always dry the best. Its over priced by a few bucks on the monthly but its the best car wash in town.

Best car wash in town. Especially if u have a lowered or modified car and don’t feel like washing it yourself bc one day it’s 70 degrees full of sunshine and the next is snowing and -10 degrees all of the sudden but this I recommend. Vacuums are always powerful too

Very friendly staff but sometimes there is inexperienced staff which can take some time if you do not have monthly membership. It has one of the cheapest available monthly packages in Omaha. I would highly recommend this place.

Cleanest and friendliest place Ive ever been. Im here every week and the staff is always busy cleaning or helping people get through the wash. Defiantly recommend this to all my friends and family.

I got a crack in my windshield, which occurred WHILE still in the car wash. Josh Bart says that it was due to a pre-existing conditions in the windshield, but there was no chips or cracks in my windshield prior. I just purchased my vehicle the day prior with no damage in it. Luckily I have a letter from the dealership that states that there was no damage to the window prior, which will come in handy when I sue the car wash. :) Josh Bart stated that he didnt see the damage on my vehicle via the cameras, but then tells me that the cameras are probably not good enough to see the damage. So whats the point of having this so called camera system if you cant even see the damage? Josh calls himself in expert in the area, but got all of his facts from the corporate office. What a joke of a business. Do not go here.

I have a Ford F 450 dually and I cant believe that not only does it fit at Tommys but the results are outstanding. Tommys make owning a black truck enjoyable again.

Pretty decent wash. I have a dually so I was happy that they could accommodate my truck. Would love to come back again. Wasn’t too sure the $16.00 wash was worth it though. Will try just a regular one. 👍👍

Have been a member of the Premium monthly club for a couple of months now and love the quality of the wash. I have a larger truck, and have never had an issue with this location getting my vehicle clean, or leaving horrible streaks of dirt like at other washes. This is by far the best value carwash in town! Thanks again!

I had my car wash the other day however, it turned out to be just okay wash. The car still had all the dirt on front. The wheels were still all dirty... not sure if it is worth $$$... the body over all did look clean and shiny but disappointed with the front and back wash as well as wheels...Response: Thank you for responding to my review. I think it was washed last Saturday around 6 pm. Whom should I contact if I can stop by at the car wash this weekend... Thanks!!Date: 12-23-2018. Went through the car wash 2 times today however, the grill and front bumper are still not cleaned. You guys have to look into that. I have added a new picture from todays washes. Its exactly the same issue I noticed the last time...

I go through that wash every morning on my way to work. Love that car wash, much better than a local one I used to go to until prices went up and you had to be a premium member to use a vacuum, very lame. My car looks great every day thanks to Tommy’s Express Wash.

Big disappointment. They are so interested in their monthly pass customers, they let me sit in line with car after car after car going in front of me. Treated like trash for paying cash. Combined with a below average wash when compared with others in the area, I wont be back. Sorry Tommys.

It is one of the best car washes in town. The equipment does a pretty good job cleaning the vehicle. It runs your vehicle through on a belt conveyor without damaging wide rim vehicles. The staff cover rear windshield wipers to protect them from damage. They have a floor mat washer and vacumns available after the wash and if you dont have products for detailing you can purchase the care package at the vacumns. Only disappointment is they should have a spot to pre-wash vehicles that are really muddy because currently they just turn you away.

However, I am revising my review with new information and a new rating thanks to a huge redemption of customer respect by their GM Josh who I enjoyed a long phone conversation with.updated 10-6-2020The general manager, Josh, contacted me last week and apologized for the treatment I received and for the training issue. Ultimately he was very polite and personable, he had some questions about how homeschool parents could identify themselves.To me, he did all that I could ask for to feel heard and respected.I went there today and the cashier was awesome and very polite.Thank you Tommy Express and I appreciate your reaching out Josh.

For the money, you can get car washes all month and it pays for itself after 2 washes. The vacuums and dryer have lost a little juice since they opened, but overall ease and speed and quality of the wash is great. They even have free floor mat cleaners.

This place will not get your vehicle clean and if you pay for the best wash they offer and it is unlimited washes I can’t figure out why it is when you go back around and get in line for a second trip through they let you sit at a gate forever. This is the ONLY location that does this. The staff lies to you and says its there system and it has to reboot which is a LIE!! I use the Fremont and Lincoln locations frequently and have never had any issues with going through 2 times. The staff is very rude and is obviously trained to lie to you when this happens. Please use a different carwash all they do is rip you off at this one and the owner doesn’t give a s**t!!!!!

It seems I always have to go back through for a 2nd round of wash. It never completely cleans my truck and when I do go back they have to get out and inspect my truck. like I really want to go back through for a 2nd time for just for the fun of it! No I have better things to do. I do like they have free vaccum and mat cleaners and the wash is quick.

We love Tommys carwash. It has kept us busy and occupied with something to do as a family during the pandemic. They are always clean, professional, and keep the carwash line moving.

Since I didnt bother washing my old car, this was the first time of washing my new car. I do not have a reference for price so I cant evaluate on that. However I did like the soapy brush and pressure of the wash wand. it is close to me so I will probably go back when I want to wash my car myself.

I was in the vacuum area and my vacuum wasnt working properly, Marcus came out and fixed the issue for me and now they work great.

Love this place. No wheel damaging tracks, just a mat that you drive your car on that moves you through the wash. With bird drippings, or heavy bumper bug splatter, you might need two trips through. Best wash Ive discovered in Omaha area, all things considered.

Absolutely better than the one I was going to.All car washes are not perfect and that’s why we try others until we find the one that fits our perfect world. We all drive different size unusual types of cars/trucks and it’s impossible to please everyone’s rides.I’ve tried Fantasy and it definitely doesn’t clean the back hatch nor do the human wipers try to wipe it clean either.Ive tried Russel’s and it was okay but did the job.I’m now trying Tommy’s and I can say it’s does a pretty good job and the price or even monthly price is very satisfactory.After reading many feedback I’d say if you can’t find that perfect car wash, then keep trying others. Your only option outside of automated is manually doing your own self.I find Tommy’s much more satisfactory than others so far. Awesome job!!As far as the vacuums, better than Russell, but I do agree they lack suction power. Maybe I’m wrong, but is there two hoses per vac? If so, that’s part of your cause.

Russel Speeders is better. Free air for everybody. $1.50 at Tommy’s. Ridiculous! Air is free at just about every gas station.$16 for a carwash when I have an unlimited carwash membership at Russel Speeders for $20 a month. Rip off!

Was not impressed this time around. There were a few areas I had to wash off by hand. The vaccuums did not have enough suction to lift the crumbs on my carpet. Very unsatisfied

You get a great wash at Tommys even in cold weather.

Its worth the $25 a month.even if its busy, it goes quickly.

Customer service leaves a bit to be desired but so far its been great when I can just pull up to through app lane and straight into the wash. The location is convenient so my car is pretty much clean all of the time. Looking forward to keeping it that way when they start treating the streets this winter.

Great value, definitely get the app 30 dollars a month unlimited car washes is great especially since 1 time visit for the works is 16ish dollars you go twice and its already more than the monthly. Cleans car very well and tire shine is nice. Love the vacuums beside the wash and the glass wipes.

I recently discovered this car wash after looking around for unlimited wash options after purchasing my first new car. I am amazed. With the app you just pull up, wait briefly, and the gate opens. The wash is a giant conveyor belt of cars, washing your car in (estimated) 90 seconds total. The quickness of it is amazing but does not dry 100% as you can imagine. I just keep a microfiber towel in my car. Vacuums are free to use. If you just want to stop by for one wash, there is a cashier lane for that.With prices starting as low as 22 dollars a month for unlimited washes, there is no reason not to go here in the winter if you care about your car. It is NOT touch less though.

So fast and I like the quality of the wash this place does better than any other in the city.

While they promote being able to wash doolies they fail to disclose some policy about having the 5th wheel in the bed. Would not let me in. Poor customer service.

Convenient and quick. About as positive this post will go.Brushes have caused multiple scratches to my paint. Dryers arent great and always leave water spots. Not even sure what the brushes at the end of the dryers do. Tire shine doesnt go on evenly.

Rear windshield wiper DAMAGED, got partially pulled by the scrubbers.Camera didnt catch when it happened. Made a report with video of the wiper not working right .took a week to get a call back from Marcus, and I was told the damaged wasnt caught on camera. That clearly tells me any DAMAGE done inside the washer is not cover. I was a member since they open this location, until today. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED:(

Friendly staff. You couldve done the least expensive package & you wouldve had the same wash. Nothing changed between me and the person in front or behind me.
