Carlos is the man. He was super responsive to my questions, has great availability (Im not sure why, because he does such a great job), really fast turnaround time, and super great pricing.I have a big, hairy, slobbery dog that I used to take to doggy day care every day, so ever since COVID and working from home, I havent touched the inside of my car because I barely use it up until now. His hair and drool basically acted like superglue to my interior. Carlos made my car look almost brand new.He did the outside as well, and the only thing to point out is that my license plate is still dusty, but thats because of my license plate cover. This isnt anything that Carlos missed.Will 100% be coming back.

Carlos is amazing! He really takes pride in his work and you can see it. We had 3 vehicles done and each one was done in a days time. I cant recommend this shop enough! I hate to leave a bad review but I think it must be done. After getting the Acadia home, I did a more thorough inspection, and for $350, I would have saved the money and did it myself. There was still crumbs and cat hair in the front seats, crumbs on the floor in the 3rd row seating, and the center console had dirt and Standing Water in it. Totally unacceptable work for a detailer, in my opinion. I used to detail heavy equipment for a living. Will not be going back. Edit: since my review was posted, I was bribed with $100 to take my review down. I do not take money from a dishonest man. I gave him $350, expecting a clean car in return. He took my $350 and gave me a still dirty vehicle back. Dishonest and shameful!

Sunshine Auto Detailing is the best of the best auto detailers in the Omaha Metro! Dont waste your time looking elsewhere. Carlos did a fantastic job all the way around, including touchup painting for the several nicks and chips of the vehicles that he detailed. Hes not lying. I took my dads truck here as a fathers day gift to him and what we got back looked like a brand new truck. Hes a farmer who has NEVER cleaned his truck, so to make it look new is an accomplishment. My moms reaction was Holy S*&%... she was got a business card and quote before we left. Best detail in town! My husband owns an irrigation business in town. His trucks get very dirty. Carlos not only got it clean he got it cleaner than it was when we purchased the vehicle. Not only did he clean the inside and out he did the engine and underneath as well. Also buffed a lot of the scratches out. Defiantly will use again!

Did an excellent job. Took my 2016 Malibu for full detailing and the car returned looking showroom new despite being a year old. Stains were 100% removed as was grime along the inside where we rest our arm while driving. I would highly recommend without reservations.

Carlos and his team did a great job on an interior detail of an older Toyota that needed lots of love, particularly the cloth seats. I did not want a full detail on the inside (vacuum and shampoo the carpets/mats) but he vaccumed the floors and mats anyway for no charge. He is a friendly, knowledgeable gentleman with a lot of pride in his work and his business. We will be back!

I wanted to thank Sunshine Auto Detail for the excellent job that they did on my car! I have a silver ford focus, the seats were stained, and I thought that those stains would never come out! I took it but I doubted that they would be able to get the stains out! However, a couple hours later when I came to pick up the car, I was surprised! The car looked brand new! The cup holders were dirty and after the service they were excellent! The car body was stained on the bottom, the rims were extremely dirty, and all of that disappeared after the detail! Personally I would recommend for you to visit this place! The owner is a very helpful and nice person. He was always aware of my specifications and he met all of my expectations he even went above and beyond! I definitely think I will continue going here more frequently to keep my car nice and clean!

Recently I had my Hyundai detailed by Sunshine Auto Detail. The communication was exceptional, and they delivered on time and far exceeded my expectations. Called on Saturday during posted business hours, left message, and still have not called back.Update: After not receiving a return call for 4 days, and then posting the review, later in the afternoon the owner called me, and asked me to take down my review saying for some reason he didnt get an indication that he had a new voicemail message on his phone. I told him that I would not take it down because the phone issues were not my problem. He did offer to clean my seats to make things right, but I had to take them elsewhere because I had a time constraint at that point. So I will give him three stars for the effort to make things right.

I bought a brand new VW Passat. Its white. I noticed little dark orange dots all over the paint. I tried washing them off, I even tried a little rubbing compound. Couldnt get them off. I began looking for someone to take care of the issue. I read that Carlos at Sunshine was great so I figured Id give him a shot. WOW!!! as advertised Carlos and his team had my car for 8 hours and it looks INCREDIBLE!!! Carlos had seen these little orange dots and knew how to get them out. He used clay bar, wax and a sealer and I couldnt be happier. Reasonable price and a personal guarantee from Carlos sealed the deal. Please take your car to Sunshine, you will be glad you did.

Idk if I just got a new employee or what... Dash has fuzzies all over, a few dull spots that didnt get the conditioner, a long streak of white salt stains from the winter they missed on the driver side floor...maybe I was spoiled by my usual guy Chavas downtown but I shouldve just got a Groupon and saved $30+ at least if I was going to get hurried job. My car was already pretty clean too, minimal cleaning needed after the shampooing.
