My 2019 CH-R was pretty gross on the inside after a trip to the lake. Sand, stained seats, and dust. I dropped off my car on a Saturday and 4 hours later it was a total change! My seats look brand new. Overall a great job, will return.

My appointment was from 5-8pm. I got a call at around 8:20 saying there was some emergency that came up, and that they needed until 11pm. I showed up at 10:50 and it seemed like they were rushing to finish my car (still needed to spray the seats, vacuum, clean the windows, etc.) I waited in the shop while they worked in pitch black, and didn’t get out of there until about 11:40pm.Overall the detailing was pretty good, although clearly rushed. I had pointed out two spots of gunk on the seat cushions when I dropped off the car - one was removed and the other was not. Also, there was debris in the trunk, and I keep getting grease stains on my hands after being inside my car.I appreciate that life happens and things come up, but I don’t feel like the service was worth the money I spent.Pros:- Friendly people.- Overall my car looks pretty good.Cons:- It seemed like a rushed job that missed important details.- It took about three and half hours longer than expected and had me there until almost midnight.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I should have known better with how slow the communication was but against my better judgement I brought my car here to get detailed right before I left for a trip. Spend $200 after tip and this is what I received - not properly vacuumed, mud stuck everywhere, outside not the wiped down, and to top it off the ENTIRE interior was insanely oily. Had to stop on my way home to clean off residue all over my window as it was so bad I couldn’t see through it as well as my pedals since my feet were sliding off them from so much oil. All of this after they had my car for over 10 HOURS. When I brought this to their attention they asked me to bring my car back but seeing as I would be out of town for weeks I told them it wouldn’t be possible and requested a refund instead - they agreed but that’s when all communication stopped. No refund issued, no explanations, and I cannot get ahold of them. Don’t get scammed like I did - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Mouse was great! I have a black Jeep and he was able to get out the Halo marks from the dealership when they tried to buff out some spots after I bought the vehicle. Over all Great place. I’ll be taking all my cars here moving forward!

I have a 2007 Honda Odyssey that I have owned for 14 years with 4 kids, and it has never been cleaned once. What Hometown Detailing did is nothing short of amazing. The interior looks brand new and I cannot describe how dirty it was (again 14 years, 4 kids). They were super accommodating (I needed to get in on short notice) and excellent value for the work performed. I cannot recommend them enough!!

,I ordered premium detailing that was to include upholstery and carpet vacuum and wheel dressing. My upholstery still had spots and was not shampooed. The car has fine dust on the exterior, which I had to wipe off. My wheel covers were dirty and I had rewash them. Some of the windows had water spots. I prepaid a 25% tip based on reviews. This was a mistake. Very disappointed with this service.

I’m so glad I picked Hometown Detailing! My car looks brand new. I told Brian I wish I’d taken before pictures- I had a case of pop explode in the back of my SUV when it was cold this winter and had root beer stained all over my ceiling- looks like new! Brian was perfectly professional and kept me in the loop the whole time even when he was going to be a bit late returning my car. You e definitely created a return customer!

Had a Sunday appointment for a detail. drop the car off and tried calling a couple times several hours later. No answer on the phone and when we went to pick it up at the designated time they had never even worked on it. Owner offered us a discount on a future detail but we decided to go elsewhere.I changed my review to three stars since I never actually got to see a finished product. I also used to work in detail and understand. However I never overbooked and promptly called my customers if there were any issues.

I got to admit. This was my first time getting my car detailed and OMG it was amazing. I was a little hesitant at first with letting a complete stranger drive off with my car, but I was sick and I put a little trust into it and it came back amazing!!! Mouse (and his trainee) did a great job overall and if I could give 4.5 stars I would. I have an eye for detail, and there are a few minor things that I found. In the hard-to- reach corners of the front seats was a little debris and dog hair, and a little remained on the rear seat carpeting. Also there was a film/residue of Meguiars on the plastic panel covering the gauges on the dash. These are minor and overall I can tell a lot of effort was put into cleaning my car. It was pretty bad before with lots of dog hair and dried mud and salt on the weather tech floor mats. They went above and beyond on these and they look brand new which I wouldnt have thought possible. Overall, pretty great work.

Brian and his team did a phenomenal job with my 2012 GMC! I just picked it up after receiving a 3 stage buff and I think this is the best it has ever looked in my ownership. By accident they included an interior detail, and he insisted that I don’t pay for it even though I totally would!!! I mean hey, we all make mistakes, and truthfully nobody can complain about a free interior detail. Even the rubber floor mats look brand new! When I arrived he threw in a ceramic coating for me, which I believe was a $50 value. Hometown puts their customers first, and I wish all businesses did the same. Keep up the great work!

My Grand Cherokee looks amazing! I normally give my car a good spring cleaning after winter but with 2 kids, I couldn’t find the time. They were able to get me in the same week and made my car look better than I ever could. And the pick up/delivery service is a mom’s dream come true. I didn’t have to lug 2 kids out and try to find a ride back home or sit and wait for my car while trying to entertain the kids. They did a great job inside and out! My 2010 Mazda 5 came back from being detailed looking practically brand new - which was not an easy accomplishment, given that it is the primary car for our family of five and that we had just come back from using it to go camping. My personal experience with Hometown Detailing was excellent. I had an appointment set for 12 Noon, but was unable to make it on time. I was totally expecting have to reschedule for sometime next week, but the staff was able to squeeze me in and did the premium plus package for me while I waited. Everyone was very nice and worked so hard on my vehicle. It took about 1 1/2 hrs and when they finished, she looked like new again. Ordered a premium detail online, and they set up the appointment at their earliest convenience. The gentleman who was initially assigned to my vehicle had to leave for an emergency, but they were able to find someone else to work on her until he came back. My vehicle was spotless, especially problem areas like my sticky cup holders and shift stick area. I noticed a stain in my my seat that hadn’t fully disappeared yet. They were willing to put in the extra work to work the stain out after my appointment time had finished. They do offer military and student discounts.

My husband just purchased this truck from a family member that used it for work, and you can tell! The amount of dirt build up from years of construction jobs were enough to leave me looking up detailing places on google instead of tackling this nightmare cleaning job solo. My dog projectile vomited all over the passenger side of the car. The smell was unbearable and the vomit managed to get inside all the hard to reach creases. It was late in the day and I was frantically trying to find a business to take on this vomit disaster. When I reached Hometown Detailing Brian reassured me he could start work on my car immediately. The car took about 2 full days to clean in order to properly get rid of the smell. Brian communicated with me the entire time keeping me posted on his progress. His team not only managed to remove the awful vomit smell, but went above and beyond detailing the vehicle. The car was spotless inside and out. Considering this was no ordinary detail job, I feel I was charged a very reasonable price. Bottom line is, Brian and his team are both professional and know how to get the job done right! 5 stars!

First things first, I own a black 2016 Audi S3 and this thing is my baby. When I called, the owner Brian Dozier answered and handled my scheduling personally. Brian was very kind and explanatory of how the whole process would go and what products he would use. I called other places and they refused to only do my hood but Brian didn’t hesitate to help me out. He got me in right away and did the detail himself. Brian did a wonderful job and I am very pleased. I recommend Hometown Detailing and I will only take my car there in the future.

Needed my car cleaned quickly and they were able to fit me in the next day. The guys were courteous and completed the job within the expected timeframe despite being busy and me making my appointment rather last minute. This is the best detailing job my car has had; better than the ones I got back home. My car interior looks and smells better than it ever has even after previous cleanings. They went above and beyond using their ozone machine free of charge to get rid of odors. The pick up and delivery service is icing on the cake.

These guys do amazing work. Not only is the quality above and beyond what I was expecting (I have never seen my Jeep shine so much), but the price is definitely on point. I gave one star for them being polite and another one for the part of my vehicle they cleaned correctly. The dashboard and all the easy visual access spots were polished but I had to bring my car a second time because obvious spots were missed on the carpet, seats, the back side of a floor mat, they didnt vacuum some hard to see spots and the rear panel by the rear window is just as dusty as they left it the first time. I gave the owner a chance to correct that. I came to get my car just to find they basically touched it up. They didnt repeat it. The owner had also said he upgraded me to a premium so theyd buff my vehicle exterior as well. Apparently since I had already paid, they werent too worried about getting it right because that wasnt done.2 hours of driving time betweenndboth trips and all for nothing. Next time Ill stick with Cornhusker car detailing. This is what I get for giving a small busines a chance.
