Owner is incredibly rude. It’s one thing to be a bad person, another to bring that attitude into your business. Customer service isn’t everything but it goes a long way in how people perceive your company and make the decision to return. Some advice would be—if you’re going to be a jerk, don’t do it on the property of your own business. A little grace goes a long way, especially these days, and this owner has none. I understand the impact negative reviews have on a company, and I don’t like leaving them. Sometimes though, it’s warranted to warn other potential customers. Hopefully other people will read this review and reconsider Omaha Auto Detail, or entirely take their business elsewhere.

Im sure they are good...but booking a month in advance as an out of town travel nurse doesnt work for me so I have no idea...staff was kind and cordial though...apologized he was so busy lol

I have been a customer of Larrys for over 8 years and keep coming back and referring my friends and family as well . I buy gift certificates for Christmas and give then to family. Theres no better place with service of this quality in my opinion. Totally worth the price .

Larry and crew did a fine job. He said he put 7 hours in on ht job and I believe him. Charged a fair price and I got an old Buick back that looks really nice inside. Very pleased. Now I can give the car to my wife and not feel guilty about it.

Just OK. I dont know what is to be expected for a $160 detail, but I wasnt blown away with the exterior work. In the photos attached, you can see the rims are still dirty, and the trim is still dirty in a few places (which I have a photo of, but I suck at attaching photos). Further, dirt/soap residue will stream down the side of the car when you drive from the nooks and crannies. I spent 10 minutes or so after I got the car finishing up the car myself.A few recommendations to the owner(s):1) I didnt include a photo of this, but see if you can take a second look for spray splatter on body trim or windows (or whatever caused the bottle spray splatter visible on the trim by the rear view mirrors) before turning over the vehicle to the customer.2) Consider buying an air compressor and quickly spritzing out nooks and crannies, such as around the side mirrors, to flush out water and soap before drying and waxing. You cant see it in the side photo, but soap droplets ran down the front door panels after driving away. Doing so in the interior before vacuuming would be a plus as well.3) To really go above and beyond, opening doors and trunks and wiping down that bodywork with a damp rag or something would really and truly impress me.If this is the status quo for a $160 detail job than disregard, but note Id pay more for a VIP treatment where the car is truly clean without bottle spray and dirty spots.

DO NOT BUY A GIFT CARD FROM HERE! I Purchased a $180 “gift card” (+ tax and his 3% up-charge for CCs) from here as a Valentine’s Day present for my spouse on 2-10-20. This place doesn’t have actual gift cards, so he gives you the receipt back and a business card and tells you to keep it because it’s just like cash. We made an appointment over a month ago for today at 8 AM. We arrived at 7:55 AM, after removing all the items from our car the night before; Just to find out that this guy doesn’t even honor his own gift cards. We gave him the receipt, the card he gave us, and an extra $120To upgrade + tip, and he refused it. I have a receipt showing that I bought a gift card on 2-10-20 and I have all the items that he sent with me after I bought the gift card, But he still said I was missing another card. In a defensive, condescending tone, He actually Suggested that maybe I had someone else use it on another day (to insinuate that I was trying to scamHim today). Really?!?!? I don’t know how you can accuse a loyal customer of thievery. What horrible customer service! I don’t know how someone could feel good about themselves after ripping a 76-year-old off. My entire family comes here, I have friends that come here, and I have come here every year for the past 5+ years. In fact, I just had my car detailed two weeks ago and gave this guy $300 in cash. If I was going to be dishonest, wouldn’t I have tried to use this “other card” when I had my own car detailed two weeks ago? This absolutely makes no sense to me. I am appalled! Never again will any of us return to this establishment.

I took my old work truck in, it had mud ground into the carpet and down in every nook and cranny. the interior and exterior came out looking great, better than i thought would even be possible.

I brought in my car, and to put it lightly, the thing was an absolute filth pit. They made my car look practically brand new. I was absolutely stunned. They were also incredibly friendly and helpful, which was great for a first timer like me! Will definitely be bringing my car in again!

We have two dogs, a yellow lab and yellow lab/husky mix. Even though I put a cargo cover in the back of my wifes Jeep Wrangler unlimited, hair still managed to get everywhere. These guys did an awesome job getting the hair out of black interior and putting a shine on the exterior! Definitely be coming back in the future

As a late fathers day gift to my husband I paid to have his truck detailed here. I was so impressed with how great his truck looked inside and out. I wish I had before pictures of the inside. His truck was filthy and they made it look brand new. They also used Clay Bar on the paint. All I have to say is Wow. It took away most of the imperfections in the paint. Removed some of the small scratches and made the paint so shiny. We will be back for sure.

We were new to the Omaha area and I didnt know where to get my wifes car detailed. Its always tough finding a place you can trust to not ruin the electronics in the car with all of the cleaning stuff they use but not at Omaha Auto Detail. The owner was super nice on the phone and I got an appointment within a few days. Ive been to a lot of places to get my car detailed and you can always tell differences in quality when you notice the small areas youve never seen cleaned but are now clean, this was the case with Larry. We were very impressed and highly recommend choosing Omaha Auto Detail. Thank you for a great experience!

I come from parents who are meticulous about the ownership of their cars inside and out! I am not that way. I work out of my car and I am messy and my child is messy so my car was filthy on the inside! My parents generously got me a car detail for my birthday! I emptied everything out of my car except for some change in the change holder when I took it to be cleaned-so he didnt have to work around anything. When I made the appointment, I was asked if I wanted inside only or inside and outside and I said inside. I guess maybe I should have asked for more clarification. When I arrived to pick up my car, there were still stains on the front driver seat which he told me there wasnt anything else he could do for them. He didnt touch the headliner at all and it had some scuff marks from me getting my bike in and out and the handlebars rubbing up against it. and just to clarify a car wash is not included unless you say you want the exterior package. When I was thinking exterior detail I was thinking of scuff marks and scratches, maybe dent repair, waxing etc. So, I looked forward to a very clean inside and I pull up to a very dirty exterior. When I get a $40 oil change, a free car Wash is included. I know this business has been there for some time, so certainly he should have some experience in paying attention to detail. I used to detail cars for a living and can certainly vacuum and dust myself-I really just needed help with shampooing the seats and getting them new again so that I can put on some new car seat covers. When my dad approached him about the disappointment and spending that much money and still having some things that needed touching up, he pretty much said you can bring the car back and we can see what we can get out of it. He already told me when I was there and asked him about the stains on the seat that there was nothing else he could do. Also keep in mind, I had to leave my car there from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. so dropping my car off again that I need for my work and for my life in general and to tote my son around doesnt sound very appealing when he had already had it all day and knew what stains were there. He pretty much told my dad that I guess he lost a customer and he didnt seem too concerned about it.

I dropped off my car this morning and was quite nervous. My car was way passed messy. It was a disaster. Stains, crumbs, stuff I couldnt identify......it was a mess. Outstanding! I needed a place at the last minute to detail my 2001 Red Mercury Cougar for me. I am getting ready to drive it to Texas for the winter and wanted to get it detailed before I left the Omaha area. I contacted multiple places about getting it detailed. I emailed Omaha Auto Detail on a Thursday evening. Larry was the very first person to contact me back about getting my car detailed on Friday morning. He was able to fit me in that same day. He was very friendly and did an outstanding job of detailing my car. The price was very reasonable too. I highly recommend Omaha Auto Detail! This place provides fantastic customer service and does a great job for the price. I honestly think this is the best detailing place in the Omaha area.

My daughter needed her car detailed, we bought it used and wanted the interior cleaned. They did an excellent job! It looked so nice I couldnt wait for her to see it. I wanted to call and tell the manager what a wonderful job they had done as soon as I returned home, will call tomorrow. Will definately recommend them and use them when needed. They are very nice and easy to work with.

I called from out of state to get this as a gift for my dad for Fathers Day. They filled out the gift certificate form and mailed it to him for me. They did it all over the phone and great customer service to do this for me. My dad went and got the 4 hour detail and said his truck looked better than new. I live 20 miles down a dirt road one way and when he comes to visit, dirt gets everywhere. They got it all out ! I will be using them in the future for sure!

My 2011 Subaru looks amazing. It looks like brand new and none of that awful cleaning smell from deodorizers. These guys are quick, and easy to get in to and very meticulous. I have used other detail companies in Omaha but this is the best so far. Thanks Omaha Auto Detail.

I usually dont like to post negative criticism but this place earns it. Hopefully this will be constructive for them at least. When you detail a vehicle(which I grew up doing), you actually detail it. Theres a reason its called detail. The protection you put on the interior should never be blotchy or spotty. Washing the car on the outside should automatically be included. Even if its a quick wash, especially for $160. There shouldnt be any stains left. Experts know how to get rid of all stains. Trust me I have. With a detail all the seal areas when you open the door should be cleaned. These things should be done. This is most definitely not expert work. These things should be in the most basic package. I dont care if the website has specific packages. Shotty.Adding to this as a reply. Let me rephrase the whole thing. For $160 and as long as it took it clearly was not expert work.

I would highly recommend Omaha Auto Detail. I had just bought a 2008 Saturn Aura from a family friend who probably never cleaned their car once. They were able to remove years of seat stains, grime and dirt to make the car feel like new in just 6 hours. Professional, timely, and affordable!

I bought my car used and I don’t think the previous owner ever cleaned the interior. Took my car to get detailed and I swear it’s like I came out a dealership with a brand new car. My floor mats and seats looked great after they were done. $160 was a bit pricy for me at first but it was worth it. I would recommend them.

I spoke with Randy (The Extremely Rude Manager) to let him know I was Not happy with the Detailing job that was done on my 2005 Acura TL. I explained to him that my car was at his shop around Feb 15th and he proceed to ask me over and over Why did you Wait so Long to Call I explained I was out of town for over a week and half and wanted to see if it improved with time. Randy did not say lets see who might have worked on your car or would you like to bring it in instead he said again Why did you wait so long My Car has a HUGE disgusting water ring around the Whole ceiling (which he said thats easy we can just wipe that away) I dont know how you can wipe away a huge water ring on a fabric ceiling it looks as if they cleaned spotty areas and didnt even clean the visors or the moon roof cover. Randy stated Well you can bring it in and I can look at it (and I thought Oh No Way so you can make it worse) and he made that stupid comment again Why did you wait so long! The Leather seats were cleaned but you can see a line around the middle edge of the seat where they stopped cleaning it! The inside of my front and back windows have wipe marks and they missed most of the windows! The compartments under the radio were not even opened and cleaned! The carpet was so wet that it took us 4-5days with a fan running on them before they dried (oh and Randy proceeded to tell me there is no way it could have taken that long. I have my car detailed every year (Not at Omaha Auto Detail thank the Lord) We spent $200 for them to detail it and they only kept it for 3 hours and did a horrible job. They detailed the outside of the car but didnt clean the inside edge of the truck, gas tank, doors, windows, hood so I dont know how that is detailed! Sorry I waited so Long to Call but I will never Take any of my cars to your shop and I will make sure I tell everyone how awful of a job you guys did! I am so glad Randy that your Lazy Butt Couldnt even Look in your schedule book to see who cleaned my car or when it was done!!! Since I took too long to call!!!!!!!
