Great guys! I don’t trust a lot of mechanics but these guys are trustworthy and do great work! Definitely recommend…. They are very busy but that’s because they are good!

I will always go here for any and all auto repairs! I brought in an 81 Camaro that I had just bought. I knew it had been sitting for years seeing that the oil change and battery had a 2003 sticker. I told them to do what was needed to get her running and now she’s a smooth ride!

After I started using them they were the only place I went to for work on my car. Last time I took it to them I called just to make sure they would have time to get to it. They told me yes we open at 10 so I dropped it off before I went into work. I called to check on the status of my vehicle and I was told they hadn’t even looked at it yet but was about to bring it in. When I got off and went back for it they still hadn’t even got to it and it was buried in the lot behind numerous vehicles. I would have completely understood if the guy would have told me no were backed up we won’t have time😢

Love these guys. Plan on setting an appointment to get my truck winterized. And whatever else the think it needs done. They let you know if your wasteing your money by getting things done that doesnt need done. I refer them to everyone. Theyre honesty and the way they respect me is my top seller. The best place Ive ever found to take your vehicle.

If you are looking for a mechanic you need to come here. They are so honest, and quick to fix any problem.Twins was a lifesaver today as we broke down 20 minutes into our trip to Yellowstone. They stayed late for us as we had many difficulties getting a tow. But 6 hours late we were able to finally make it to their shop and with in an hour and half Jerry had it all fixed so we could be on the road again. There is no other repair shop that I know that would do that on a Saturday night. They would usually give you the run around cant fix it to late or you will have to wait until Monday.We were so stressed when we arrived and Jerry was able to just calm our nerves and assure it would all be ok. Jerry made a bad day into a wonderful surprise.Jerry we can not thank you enough words dont even begin to express our gratitude.So please people support these guys.

Took my car to Ford for a multiple misfire code where I was charged $600 and told I needed to replace wiring harness. I replaced the harness with a new one but still had the same problem. I then took it to Twins and after only 15 minutes, Jerry correctly diagnosed the problem and repaired it using only a laptop.

We were on a trip to Colorado from Michigan and broke down right before we reached Omaha. We took our car to Twins and they found out that the cars engine needed to be completely worked on which wasn’t worth the car. He not only was on the phone with my friends stepfather talking to him about the different types of cars he had that he could sell us, but he helped us figure out insurance and registration information we didn’t know about Nebraska, put the tires from her old car on the new car we bought from him and he didn’t even charge us. These guys are full of integrity, car knowledge and generosity! So thankful they got us back on the road safely.

The best place to go they said they closed at 6 pm and my truck was leaking radiator fluid though it was nothing serious but it turned out to be a major leak in the water pump and they stayed late till 8:10 to repair it there mischief more honest than other places and care about your car and you and keep you informed of everything that they find and asks you what you need to get your car fixed fair priced too 👍😊😊

Was driving on the highway and the plastic undercover of my car popped off. I was concerned about any damage and so went to an Auto Zone to see what could be done. After being told that only the Audi dealership could fix it, I decided I needed a second opinion. Twins was just down the street and took one look at it and had it fixed within 10 minutes. The workers were super kind and straightforward. They sent me on my way without even charging for the service. I wont be going to any other auto repair shop in Omaha. 110% recommend!!!

So my alternator went out on my trip cross country. I stopped in at the local auto zone and was referred to Twins Auto. I went in explained the issue and in the amount of time it took me to watch one episode of that 70s show they had already retrieved the part for my car and replaced it. The staff was super friendly and the receptionist at the desk was super awesome! Im very happy with experience and would recommend them to anyone! A family owned business that is unlike any other. Bad experience! I changed my brake pads and rotors there several month ago. I called them twice, told them I bought pads and rotors, how much about the money, they told me a cheaper price at the second time. That day, I brought my brake pads and rotors there, and said I already know the price. One brother looked a little bit surprised. Then I left my car there, I went back to work. 15 minutes later, they called me, and said the size of brake pads and rotors I bought was not matched to my car, I should make quick decision to use theres. And you know, there price is very high. That time I have no choice, they said they already detached the wheels. I just said yes. The funny thing is, when I checked the brake pads and rotors later, it did match my car!!!

We have used them for years for everything from simple problems to massive system repairs. They are honest, reliable, and pretty quick. Jerry is the man. Was having some suspension issues while on a road trip from Washington state. Instead of charging me for things I initially thought I needed, he identified the real issue which costed way less than expected.Honest guy. Hell treat you right.

I had Twins Auto do some work to my old car so I could hand it off to my son. They dont deal with tires but they handled that too with guys they know. They took care of everything for me! Another time I made an apt for an eyeball estimate (not digging into it) on a used car I was interested in purchasing and helped me with counter offer. Great guys. Guys! Im a fan! Bring your car in!

Seriously folks. If you dont take your vehicle here for repairs, you are WRONG! I cannot believe how quickly they repaired my wifes vehicle and for a very reasonable price. For a bearing and total hub replacement, I guarantee I wouldve paid more and waited at least a week if I took it somewhere else. TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE FROM NOW ON!

I have been going to twins for a few years now and have noticed on several occasions that they dont take advantage of their customers where a lot of other shops could. I have been meaning to leave a review for a while now but am usually too busy too. Until today. I had all 8 spark plugs replaced last year. Three days ago one went bad. I called up and found out I only had two more weeks on the warranty. In most situations like this, I always seem to have to pay for something that seems made up. With these guys, no questions at all. Got my truck in, replaced the bad plug, no bs about why I should pay or that on Im over miles. They called to tell me it was done and I owed them nothing. I cant say enough about how these business owners operate with integrity every day and I know they have treated me fairly over the years.

I have gone to the Twins shop for over 5 years and until today I have been delighted with the service I received. When I called to get an appointment I was told I couldnt get in for over a week but because of past great service i made the appointment anyway. The women in the office is extremely rude. When I tried to get an update at 1, I was told to wait, and when it was 5 and I finally got through to them, I was told they had not even looked at my car and nothing could be done because you cant schedule these things. Yes, you can schedule things rude office lady and I scheduled it for today. The Twins no longer seem to care about their customers, they have much shorter hours and their new employee is obnoxious. It truly sucks that you become successful enough to move to a new larger building and lose what made you trusted so I will take my car to a new mechanic tomorrow.

Over 10 years ago i used to take my autos to another garage ..then one time they told me that they was all booked up for about 3 weeks ...they sent me to twins ...ive been with them ever since ...they do great work at great prices ..id recommaned them an their shop to everyone out there ..10 years plus with them an not ever any problems now ...bless these guys an their families now !!

Have never had a problem with these guys. Possibly the only honest place in town besides Pauls Millard Sinclair. Ive seen these guys bend over backwards to save me an arm and a leg for at least 3 major problems, and this last Christmas Eve one of them sat around by himself and waited for me to come pick up my car so I could have the family car for Christmas. They personally train all of their labor and seem to even mentor them as well. Places like this dont exist anymore, but these guys do.

My neighbors swear by these guys and I was quite surprised at the difference in price between them and another shop. I was pleasantly surprised at how they dealt with me over the phone. I hope these guys are as professional with the work they do on cars as they are with customer service. I will find out next week!

Made an appointment 10 days out, and they never even looked at my car, dropped off Friday morning, called multiple times, let them keep car on Saturday until afternoon and they still never got the car in for an estimate. I was incredibly frustrated, as they came recommended, but I couldnt wait & not have the car for that long. Went to Grease Monkey, got my car in in less than 2 hours for an estimate.

Twins auto will be the only place I take my car. They are honest and reliable. I live near there and have hit potholes and blown tires, run out of gas and once my car stalled right on saddle creek in front of Bakers--Mike was there right away to jump start my car and take it to the shop (saved me a tow). At that time my car needed $1200 in repairs to get it running right. When I got the call that my car was ready the bill was $800. When they got it up on the lift they saw that a bolt was just loose on my tire instead of their initial guess that it was the hub and bearing that needed replaced. He saved me $400. Im not sure any other place would have been so honest. Theyve changed flat tires for me for free (wouldnt take a penny from me), gave me gas for free when I ran out and fixed my car perfectly. I will always recommend twins auto from now on.

I will not give these ppl a star ...they are very dishonest ppl... left my car for a week to get a new transmission in. Also got my pre check auto before buying the car... They said not was bad and just a few fix which the did... I trusted there words.... heck 3 month to 4 month down the road my car stop working and now my muffler falls off and transmission fluid leaking under my car. Midas said that if the mechanic just replaced the transmission is shouldnt be leaking.... told Jerry to call me but he still hasnt

Jimmy & Jerry have been taking care of my ALL familys cars foreverrr! I bought my car from them 3years ago and anytime anything is wrong they have been there to help. Even when I got stuck in the middle of 90th & Dodge, Jerry was to the rescue! Highly recommend them for all of your car needs!
