I had THE BEST experience here! They helped diagnose my car and looked up more info to find out this rare issue was still under warranty with the dealership. They went above and beyond and on top of that didn’t even charge me for the hour they spent looking at my car! I highly recommend them for their honesty, friendliness and knowledge.

Changed the transmission fluid on my Acura, overfilled the transmission fluid by 2 quarters which created the gear shift harder and blinking D light. Due to this I have to take it to Acura Service Center to redo my vehicle transmission.

Got me on and out.Was 30$ cheaper than the competitor across the street.Ge applied the coupon without my having to search for and present one.They were quick and right on time.

I rescind my previous rating after taking my vehicle to Onyx Land Rover for further Diagnostic, I found that TUFFY put wrong coolant in my vehicle damaging it and when I called to speak with Management Dan he was NONCHALANT ABOUT IT DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE THEY ARE NOT ASE THEY ARE NOT WORTH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

We have taken our vehicles to Tuffys for the past 7 years, with no complaints. Staff is courteous and professional. Even when I call last minute they can usually get me in same day or the next. I feel their pricing is extremely reasonable. Its nice to know I can go to a place that I trust.

Said they would work on my car and ended up not working would prefer to put other people ahead when I paid to get it done and then not do what they were supposed to do never going back and I wouldnt if I was you

I have been here several times and the price I’ve been quoted has always matched and the service repairs needed have always been confirmed to be accurate by myself or an unrelated mechanic.

Apathetic would be how I would describe the staff here. Wouldnt lift a finger to help me in any way when I brought my car in. The one guy just gave me a blank stare like I was speaking Chinese. I ended up walking to Woodhouse service center across the street and they DROVE me back over and took a look at my car in the Tuffy parking lot. I ended up getting the work done (over $400.00) there. This location sucks but Pat at the Millard Tuffy is great.

I had to have my car towed to this location to fix some issues with my car. The car had too many issues to list. I have an old car so they had to find some of the parts at a junk yard for me. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed properly. They fixed some things that shouldve been done properly to begin with. Dan, the manager, is a great guy. They had to keep my car for almost a week and he kept me posted on the progress. Robert, the district manager, was a big help in the process as well. Tyler, the tech who did most of the work, did an amazing job. Im sure there were other techs that helped out as well but unfortunately I dont have their names. They took the time to make sure everything was done right and got my old girl back to me running smooth. I appreciate everything they did more than they know!

Super friendly staff. Got in for alignment and my tires were absolutely shot, almost to the dangerous point. Got 4 new shoes for the van and they squeezed in an oil change I forgot to ask for at the beginning of service. Mechanic showed me each tire before any decisions were made. Dan the manager was great helping my 4 year stay occupied during the whole ordeal. Great people and great service. Thanks much!

Tuffys is the only place I bring my cars to, for oil changes and any maintenance needs I may need. These guys are great and always meet my expectations. I wont go anywhere else.

I had a rear brake sticking and getting hot. They got me in right away and fixed it. They didnt overcharge and try to sell me a bunch of extra parts.

Bad situation in general.

They changed the oil (without an appointment) right away but they forgot to rotate the tires which was apart of their online deal. I was mainly concerned about the oil so I didnt ask them to rotate the tires. Its possible that they didnt need to be rotated but alas, they didnt tell me much as I had to ask them about my car and whether my brakes were OK (also apart of their online deal). I would have liked to be told more about my car, but I still think it was a good deal and as long as my car continues to run fine after this, I think I may go back there again.

INTEGRITY and HONESTY are 2 things you will NOT experience at this Tuffy location! Was given a quote over the phone to fix a wheel bearing and they said $350 dollar range to fix it. We brought it in and they and looked at it and the price went up to $500. I should have been smart and said hell no then, but we made the mistake and told them to move forward. Amazingly the $500 ended up being almost $600 when we picked it up.HA what a stereotypical slimy car repair joint. So this also happened here: I went in and asked for the cheapest oil change and of course they tried to charge me for the high millage oil change. YES there is a pattern here. GOOD luck if you go here consider yourself WARNED!

Great people! Took my truck and jeep in for some work, they are very helpful people, very knowledgeable, and help you understand what is really going on. They also help a lot with the affordability of work, and explain everything that they will do very clearly. I will definitely be bringing all my vehicles here again!

We had an oil plug that was stuck and other places wouldnt even try to get it out. They not only got it unstuck, but didnt charge us extra to do it. They didnt try to sell us anything crazy and the oil change price was very reasonable. The reviews are a little offputting, but dont reflect our experience.

Both the manager and staff have treated my wife well ever since we started going here more than a year ago for oil changes. They are helpful, honest, and they dont mind that my kids being loud their waiting room. Weve never had to wait longer than expected and the fellas inside are always kind. There is a reason we keep driving here for service instead of places a bit closer to home. A+

Reliable and honest mechanics.

This is one place I will never take my car to get serviced again. I came in for a new wheel bearing, oil change, alignment, as well as a few other things. Things seemed fine when I dropped my car off ( minus the not so great customer service), however when I picked it up, it was a different story. After I had paid I got in my car and realized that my dashboard had been taken off, and someone had poorly attempted to put it back in place. None of the servicing I had done required the dash to be removed. It seemed as though they were trying to hide something. I by no means had a show car at the time, but they left the inside of the car filthy, dirty hand prints everywhere. To top off everything, the alignment of my car was even worse. Do not get you car serviced, or repaired here.

Needed a few repairs on my vehicle and told them to only complete a couple of them. Also told them I didn’t want an alignment considering they charge $40 more for the same service than anyone else. They went ahead and did just about everything I needed, minus one item which caused my bill to be about $400 more than expected. The manager reluctantly took one of the items off but not the alignment. Drove the vehicle home and noticed it idled strange and found that the left two hoses disconnected by my valve cover. Never returning and would never recommend their services!

Very nice but expensive

We take all our vehicles to Tuffy Tire and Auto on West center. They are always so friendly and easy to work with. Every time I take my car in for an oil change, they do a full service inspection and make recommendations on how I can keep my vehicle in the best running condition.

I have been coming to Tuffy on West Center for years for oil changes and tire issues. They are always courteous and helpful and I never have to wait very long. The dont try to sell you things or try to scare you into performing other services on your car. They are honest and as a woman customer, it is refreshing. Years ago I use to go to Jiffy Lube and always was uncomfortable there and they always tried selling me things and actually charged me an arm and a leg for an oil filter for my old volkwagon without authorizing it first. Never went back.

Ive been here a few times for oil changes, had my resonator pipe replaced Ive had nothing but awesome experiences.. I will only go to this tuffys!! The staff is very friendly and outgoing makes me feel very comfortable!!

Good for cheap oil changes but they suggested I have work done I literally just had done a week prior by my familys mechanic. Not trustworthy

I went 15 minutes ahead of my scheduled 1 PM appointment. I waited till 1:30, and my car was still in the lot. All this while the staff was munching on hot dogs, chips and smoking cigars.At 1:30 I went to the front desk and said I have to leave now. She says Wait, it is almost done. I tell her to look at the car still waiting in the lot. She then apologizes, and lets me drive away without getting my car serviced.I had a bad past experience with another Tuffy location in the past, but I thought I will give this location a try. Turns out they are even worse.I hope customers will do themselves a favor by considering doing business with Tuffys competitors, where customers time is treated more valued than letting staff munch on hot dogs, chips and cigars.

This is the kind of place that give car guys a bad name. I bought a coupon from them about 3 months ago, tried to use it today and was told that the coupon rules have changed. I was no longer allowed to use it for both of my cars. On the coupon, all it says is one coupon per visit. I told them that this is a bait and switch and was told, If you dont like it, go somewhere else.Great customer service Tuffy!They recently changed to corporate owned from franchised owned and customer service went out the window.Buyer Beware!!!!

The manager is horribly rude and will straight up lie to you that you need things done to your vehicle that dont need done! Said basically my whole undercarriage was junk and needed $3k in repairs!!! I took my car to get a second opinion elswhere and said nothing was wrong!!!! RUN FROM THIS PLACE.

Desk manager was dismissive when I entered and after exiting the building told his workers they could hustle me for a starter, alternator, and a battery not knowing I was still within earshot. He called me an hour later stating my alternator was shot and it was going to cost $750 for that and a new battery. Brought my car to a dealership for a second opinion and they said the battery had died and nothing was wrong with either component. The people at Tuffys are liars, untrustworthy, and downright crooked. Dont take your vehicle to this place. EVER!!!!

Had a coolant leak and they were able to get me in right away. Some times might be busier tho, but that is to be expected. They did a good job of keeping the price low, and did their best to find work arounds to help me avoid costly parts. After being ripped off for over 2 grand at Jensen Tire and Auto recently I was very satisfied with Tuffys work and service. I would have liked the price to have been about 70 bucks less, but I feel it was still within the realm of reasonability and I will use them again absolutely.

We are new to the area, and I had gotten my oil changed at the Jiffy Lube 4 businesses down from Tuffy. They were slimey, and kept trying to upsell me and tell me things I knew I didnt need. VERY ANNOYING! I took my husbands car to Tuffy. A completely different experience. They were quick, professional and courteous. We feel very comfortable talking with the staff, and believe they are very trustworthy. We will continue to maintain our cars here.

Very friendly, was able to get in next day for oil change...but it was during the “free” inspection he found $1200.00 worth of work to be done...took it into another shop in Millard and only charged me $600!! Really half the cost!!

Had an issue with my wifes car engine making loud noise all of a sudden. We are from Lincoln and I had to find a place to have the car checked out ASAP. I called this location early in the morning and they got me in right away. It came out to be an oil pump issue that was complicated by other factors. I still had to tow the car back to Lincoln as it was not a quick fix, however, their customer service was top notch. I was not charged a penny for diagnostics either. I go to Tuffys for oil changes in Lincoln and this just added to the overall pleasant Tuffys experience.

I took My 1999 Subaru to Tuffys For an Oil Change For the first time since Ive Gotten the car.I had them put in New Struts a timing belt and water pump.They did a great Job.With a fair price.And I got my Car back the same Day .Thank you Guys At Tuffys

The manager gave me an estimate of what my repairs would cost and after they had already started told me that he forgot to add on something so it will be a little more, then when I was about to pay he said he forgot something else so it went up even more. When I asked for a discount he made it seem like he wasnt able to do it. NOT HAPPY with my experience there.

I know Im gonna get good service and quality work when I take my car to Tuffy for an oil change. I would suggest making an appointment because they can become busy especially on the weekend.

The ratty guy answering the phone thought he was slick, and tried to b.s. me with some fast talk about getting a tune-up, he said all we do is change the spark plugs, which is not what their web site says, usually in MOST reputable shops, they inspect the vehicle to make sure you dont have any mechanical issues, as what their website says, as well it says they check the timing belt as part of their tune-up on the Tuffys website...well he stated oh, you want the timing belt looked at? that falls under used vehicle inspectiong, thats 45$ on top of the 60$ for the tuneup (which he stated was merely changing the plugs) I think Id feel safer with walmart automotive department than these bozos. I might let them change my oil, a monkey could do that, but Id still think is that really the oil in those containers I requested? Once youve lied to me, or tried to swindle me over the phone, youve lost me as a customer for life, and Ill let anyone else know, who NOT to take their car to!

I had my boyfriend take my car in to get an oil change and tire rotation and they charged me for hidden labor fees and he didnt know that I had just changed my air filter the last time I had gotten my oil changed elsewhere. So they showed him an entirely different air filter to upsell their items. This is the first time that I have used Tuffys and the last. They are the type of mechanics that give themselves a bad name. Keep cheating people out of their money and 1-10 people will be told of how poor your service is.

Downright rude manager and they lie through their teeth about your automobile in hopes to get you to pay for costly repairs for things that dont need repairing. I caught them in their lies. Heed my advice and take your business elsewhere.

Manager aggressively upsells, pushes the tire warranties, and accidentally charged us for 6 warranties on 4 tires. We didnt want the warranties in the first place. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS.
