I needed to replace a catalytic converter on my Ford Transit van. Tom was great to work with and found the right part at a great price. The work was completed exactly as quoted. I couldnt be happier with my experience.

They are short on mechanics and they were still able to fit me in the same week I called. Be prepared to drop your car off all day with that said. Couldnt give them five stars for the simple fact they obviously didnt drive the car after the service. Theres an another underlying issue they would had found if they did. But my car is back on the road.

The gentlemen who took care of my car were very kind. They had a quote for me in about 20 minutes and were able to do the work right at that time. I was offered a ride home and when my car was ready they offered to come get me but I already had a ride. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because I thought the price was a little high. Definitely 5 stars in the customer service department though.

I brought in my car for my catalytic converter because the dealership told me my warranty was expired. Turns out that wasn’t true and these guys knew it and actually shared this information with me. They saved me $1700! So...yeah, I trust them.

They are reasonably priced and do good work. My main problem was communication. I came in at the scheduled time for an oil change only to be informed that the employee was unavailable. I could have been called before leaving my house. I asked for a call back when they would be available, but I had to call myself several hours later to reschedule. I just didnt get the feeling they cared whether I had service there or went somewhere else and I almost did.

Great value, no surprises, run by dedicated folks who will do things right. I’ve been here a few times and I will get all my work done here now.

It is extremely rare to have your car break down and within less than 10 minutes find a place that can repair it and even more rare to be back on the road and have your life back to normal within 2 hours. And it is even more rare to have people who are sincere, conversational, and who will add discounts and coupons when they are available. Got my new alternator installed and was only about an hour and a half late to work because these guys are so quick and they are also very kind and personable. So, it was a no-brainer to come back a week later for my oil change. Again, there was a coupon available and so they applied it. Five stars in my book!!!

VERY disappointed in our service this time. We dropped of our van to see why the air conditioner was working. They went and fixed it without calling and telling us what was wrong and the cost. Then when I go to pick it up, I paid for it and go out to my van and it isnt fixed.

The owner Tom was amazing! I also had a body shop issue that they couldn’t help me with so he referred me to a reasonably priced shop that could! Very professional and kind.

Rear breaks and shocks replaced. Repair time was 5 hours. Noticed a noise coming from passengers side when returning home. Returned next morning to have the issue resolved. Another 4 hours of waiting for issue to be resolved. With that said, this has been the worst automotive repair experience in my 41 years of auto ownership. Moreover, I’ll never use or recommend Meineke for any of repair needs.

I called into Meineke asking if there was any possible way for them to look at my vehicle that same day. Tom was the one who answered the phone and stated yes come in 30 mins will look at your car and tell you what needs done. I informed him that I already knew where the issue was at on my exhaust just needing it repaired cause my car sounded hideous while driving. I arrived to there location Tom was at the desk knowing what I was there for. They took my car back looked at it and said they could fix it in a hour if I wanted to wait I said definitely. They completed the work needed in a realistic time period. Cost of services were reasonable. The waiting room was clean and comfortable temperature, I watched TV and read Magazine’s to pass the time. I never been here before but their were the only people that were available to do an oil change due to the 4 places I called.Since I was due for an oil change, while that was going I decided to walk a little over a mile to Brewskys to eat.I got there 10 minutes before opening. When I ordered my food and when it was served I got a call from Meineke and I was shocked that they were done with the oil change that quickly. I did not expect them to be done that quickly.Either way I got what my car needed and not to mentioned I walked 2.5 miles that day. Thank God I was wearing my workout clothes.Not to mention it was 45 for high end oil for my car. I cant complain at all.

I had an appointment at 0730, and waited there for 5 hours while people who were walk- ins and came after me come and go and i was the last to leave. I would assume if i had an appointment than my car should be worked on before walk- ins. I payed for front rotors and breaks last August and went back to get my rotors and breaks done to my back, and when they looked they told me that I needed front and back rotors and breaks done. I was confused because I know that breaks dont go bad in that short amount of time especially with me using my car just to commute to work and back home. I believe that when they worked on my front rotors in August that it was not done correctly causing me to have to pay for them again. I also dont know why they didnt offer to grind down the front rotors to get more use out of them. So i ended up spending more out of my pocket. Tom discounted me $20 for my wait, but after this visit I will not be coming back.

Was quoted a carburetor by a shop that didnt dabble in exhaust much. Couldnt have been that bad if i went here and am writing this review problem-free months later. He was nice enough to give me a lift to work when the other customers didnt return their loaner cars on time. Spectacular, honest service from start to finish.

So, the first time I came to this place we had a coupon for a tire rotation and an alignment that came with our oil change. All they did was the oil change... My car still pulls to the right. Then I scheduled to come back and get my break pads, pay for that same alignment that shouldve been free the first time, and get a couple new tires. I scheduled the day before, I drove 20 minutes to get here, and UPON arrival the guy at the desk asks if I can reschedule for tomorrow?? Its a 9:30AM appointment! He couldve called me before I dragged myself here to get this done. I took the day off at work so I could do this. Id highly recommend going elsewhere.

Went in for a pre purchase inspection, the guys that helped me were nice people. Told me the car was super quick and easy to look at (low mileage newer vehicle) and I wasn’t charged, couldnt have asked for a better shop!

Tom and Sue are the best family and ahop owners in town. Making sure that you are protected everytime you step in the vehicle. Bringing in the car for an oil change you come out with satisfaction that your car was checked front to back. When all you paid for was the oil change. When you go to Meineke. You think you just getting car maintance. But really you get peace of mind and great friendship with trusted and talented mechanics here in town.

I didnt have serious work done here. I have been thinking of trying Uber and I needed a vehicle inspection. This was the closest shop that was recommended by Uber. I talked with the store manager Tom and he got me in the next day. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldnt hesitate coming here for regular car work.

Way overpriced for service they provide! Went in to have exhaust hanger installed was quoted $500+, said no thanks take it off the rack please. Went to another shop, hanger installed spot welded another support. Rock solid! $65
