We really appreciated this business getting the car in, in such short notice and within an hour of closing. My granddaughter tire blow out on her way home from work. After putting the donut tire on the car, we knew she had to get another tire. We originally went to another tire shop and was told it was an hour and a half wait. We looked up the closest tire place from where we were and found Jensen. They were professional from the moment we entered the store. After deciding on the tire and it being installed, Scott came out to explained how the donut tire work along with the other tires. He also explained the other repairs that the car presented and gave us the cost of the repair including the tire. There was a bit of a communication issue starting off, but once I made an appointment, it went smoothly.They did exactly what I wanted and needed them to do in regards to flushing the transmission fluid out and putting new as well as being honest about my breaks and roders. Jensen did a fast efficient job fixing my tire, which had a bolt in it. I was done in 40 minutes. They patched the hole and explained everything to me and it was no charge as I bought my tires there 3 years ago. They were friendly, and I was very pleased.

Jensen provided the fastest auto service I ever have had. I needed new front brake pads and rotors. I brought the car in around 9am and they had it ready by 10:15. So far the quality of service seems great and the cost was relatively reasonable. I couldve bought the parts myself for $200 and spent several hours trying to service the brakes myself but for $350, it was worth it to have trained mechanics do it and have the warranty. Overall, I highly recommend this location!

I have problems with my Turbo engine.. An employee answered the phone and told me they would have to call me back in 15 to 20 minutes. (That was at 1:30) I call them at 2:27 before I could even say hello they picked up the phone and hung up on me. I called back the manager told me that they would never do that. He could not comprehend why I was so irritated. When I try to get a simple answer on how much it will cost to get my Turbo engine fixed. I am so happy I dont even take my car there when they have no idea what the a Turbo engine is they should not be working underneath the hood.

Jensen Tire and Auto, was an answer to my prayers. After dealing with a jingling sound underneath my auto for months, they found the problem and made the repairs. They got me in within an hour after I made the appointment! Eric took it for a drive and quickly diagnosed the problem. Within 30 minutes I was on my way home. The business was extremely clean. They were very friendly and caring. Extremely professional and explained everything that was done. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for any future auto services.

Dont know where to start. Me and Ms roadside nails have started a unpleasant relationship. Thanks to (Im mad I dont remember his name only because I called 3 different companies) the gentleman behind the counter and Jenson Tires wonderful staff my relationship with Ms NAILS hasnt been so bad. They keep getting me in quick and out the door in about a hour without making a appointment. Not only that but this time they really took care of me and went above and beyond my expectations. I used to go to this location a lot but stopped because I stay in new cars but hey even new cars need tire repairs and I wont go anywhere else now.

Based on my family’s experience, these guys took advantage and tried to exploit the elder women in our household.They purposefully mishandled the repairs of our vehicle and tires to insinuate extra charges.We bright the vehicle to another mechanic, and they told us the SIMPLE facts. These guys at Jenson altered our vehicle and then tried to charge us for the problems they created.DO not use these people.

It was good experience with them. I went for the the flat tire inspection and to get some quotes. I was helped with all the information and they fixed my flat tire for free.

Got a bad flat driving, so I pulled into this Jensen and they helped me with no charge. So grateful they got it fixed within an hour so I could keep going on with my day. Everyone at this location was super nice and helpful.

I was notified by a fellow motorist that I had two brake lights out. I called Jenson and they got me right in. Less than fifteen minutes later I was on the road again with working brake lights. Fast, friendly service.

Very impressed with the manner in which they treated me. I Went in for a tire patch and an oil change. Got my tires rotated as part of the oil change and they didn’t charge me for the tire patch. This was my first time coming and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer. I really appreciate how they did not push any big or small fixes on me like a lot of mechanics tend to do. They let me know what else could be fixed on my car and informed me of an upcoming sale. I had a long to do list when my battery died. They fit me in right away and with the fast replacement, I was able to get the rest of my tasks completed.

This team worked efficiently and safely to get me in and out quickly, even with a part that needed to be delivered. They are following Covid protocol with a socially distanced waiting room and employees wearing masks while in the customer area.

Was visiting Omaha for a Labor Day weekend soccer tournament when the van’s car alarm began malfunctioning, Jensen took the time on a busy Saturday morning of a three-day weekend to take a look at the vehicle, explore the issue, and gave solid advice on correcting it. Really appreciate the professional expertise and customer service they provided. They didn’t even charge us for their time or insight!

I called on a Saturday to see if they had time to do a plug/patch repair on my tire. They did! I was able to get in the same day and I didn’t have to wait very long for the work to be completed and the cost was actually a little less than I was quoted. Great service. Will come again.

I came looking for a battery after I had to get a jump start. Id stopped at a competitor, but they were closed. The price was reasonable and didnt take long considering they didnt have my battery on site and had to go get one. All in all, I was there less than 2 hours because of getting the right battery. I purchase my tires there and was pleased with the continued great service.

I was a little disappointed being a first time customer at Jensen every call back to me resulted in spending more money, BUT if my truck runs right then I will always come back. I still would like to know where this leak is coming from at the front of my truck. That could have been mentioned in observation of the truck over 3 days. I also thought that a courtesy call should have been made to let me know that my truck was ready. You know its not always about the money. I had a flat tire, called Jensen to see if they had the same tire, they told me they didnt have it at their store but could get it delivered from another one within the hour. I took the tire in, and they actually repaired it rather than sell me the new one. The coolest thing was that they didnt charge me for any of it. Ive never had such great and honest service. Went to the shop on 90th street, a kid named Riley did all this for me. Thanks again Riley, and I would definitely recommend Jensen tire and auto to anyone looking for honest service for their vehicles.

I have always had a smooth, easy going experience with Jensen Tire. They usually have me in and out within 40-45 minutes and explain everything to me in detail so I know what was/is wrong and how it can be fixed. Staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions I have. I will continue to use them for my car maintenance.

They were outstanding! I came in after 330pm on a holiday weekend Saturday to see if they could fit me in to patch a tire. I had a screw or nail that I had apparently picked up the night before. Not only did they fit me in quickly but they repaired my tire at no cost and had me back on the road by about 430. I believe I have found a new tire/repair shop.

Had a flat with no spare. Called my wife to take me to Jensen. Fixed it in about 15 minutes while I went to get a few groceries, no charge. Awesome experience, guess that’s why I’m a regular of Jensen. This happened in northwest Omaha even tho my usual store is on ‘L’ Street. That was amazing also. Really helpful people there.

I am very impressed with Jenson Tire! I needed a tire I brought in mounted and balanced and another wheel replaced and the guys got me in and out in less that 20mins!! They also gave me almost a 20% discount just because?! I have custom wheels and they handled them and my car with care. If your reading this trying to decide, then just do it! Poor communication. I was called and informed the oil change for my vehicle was complete. No information was shared about closing time. I arrived at 5:30pm after my kids woke up from their nap. The same time as I had picked my car up in the past; however, the store was closed. My car was locked in the garage for the weekend. I had to wait until Monday to get my vehicle back. How was I to get to work? No one replied to my email at Jensen.A much better proactive experience would have been-1. Share the store hours since they are different than weekdays.2. Before you lock a car up for multiple days, call the customer.3. Respond to customer correspondence.
