Only reason for a 4 and not a 5 is this was my first visit with the service and I was happy with how everything was handled the fact this service does not handle the Diesel engine but all other services limited my ability to give the 5. For all of you out there just looking for a good place to take your car I believe this is the place to do so.

I broke down on the interstate Thursday night. I called Friday morning to see if they could look at it. Tony told me to bring it in and they would get it fixed up. They even gave me a ride to my business meeting in Council Bluffs. They had the car fixed at 4 on Friday and I was able to make my 4 hour drive home. Tony and the staff helped me out tremendously being so far away from home. This place is fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you again for the help!!

I’ve had them fix a couple things on my car, and the last one was a major repair (blown head gasket). They dealt with me calling almost every day for an update, and driving the car home it feels like a new car! Cost came in under their quote to boot. Would highly recommend this shop!

Brought my 2001 Silverado in because the A/C quit working and I expected to get a call from Tony saying bad compressor, or evaporator $1,000. These guys are honest and take good care of my car. I like that when I asked them to explain it to me like Im six, they were NOT patronizing, but they really explained what was wrong with my car and what the risks were if I put off service. They didnt try to sell me something I didnt need.

I had a great experience while at Meyer Automotive. They were very prompt and explained exactly what was going on. They were able to figure out the problem and fix it. I had taken my care to Walker Tire 3 time and they said they had fixed the issue, but never really had. They are also very affordable and did not try to sell you new parts for your whole car,

Very pleased with the service I received. Had an issue with my air conditioner. Very interestingly, found out that the previous place I had taken my vehicle removed a the switch in the fuse box that controlled it. I will never go anywhere else to get my car repaired. The guys took great care of me and my vehicle!

Awesome integrity! Major auto-dealer recommended $1,500 in repairs. Meyers looked my vehicle over and determined 1 fix was really 25,000 miles away from needing to be done and the other item would persist even after the repair, so no need to do it. All this and they didnt charge me a thing!

Brad is a great mechanic and an even better person. Hes honest, caring, and will be upfront with you about any issues he sees. I wouldnt take my car to any other place in Omaha. The people at Meyers are second to none, and Brad is a perfect example of that.

My sons car needed brakes fixed as soon as possible. The rear calipers were leaking severely. Another business was wanting to charge a large amount to fix it. I started looking for another place. Found Meyers ServiceAfter speaking with them on the phone, they seemed very competent. They also did not trust the word of the other business and wanted to inspect the car prior to making any judgement calls.They said both rear calipers needed replacement. Their quote was less to do both sides than the other business quoted to do just 1! I had called several businesses asking for prices and when the work could be completed. Meyers Auto Service was not only the lowest price (I will not say cheap, as Meyers is not a cheap service) but they could complete it the quickest!Great service! Great value! Great mechanics! Above and Beyond! These guys are fast, fair and friendly.After wrapping up a week of business in the Omaha area on a friday afternoon, minutes before heading home to SD, my alternator quit on me. The tow truck was well over an hour out and it wasnt looking like id get home to my family before midnight. Duane, the manager came out himself and got me to their shop where they replaced my alternator quickly and gave me a fair price.

Half the cost of the Toyota dealership and 100% less hassle. Ive been to several repair shops around Omaha these guys rank #1. Fast, friendly and like the other reviewers say - they dont look for ways to pad the bill. Want proof? I actually paid less than the original cost they estimated for a repair because they used some of diagnosis time for the repair time. Whens the last time this happened to anyone at a car repair shop? Thats a place I can trust.

Had the worst service ever. Dont go here dont trust them. They put a starter in my truck 3 months ago starter went out we towed it to a place in council bluffs because thats where it died was told it was the brand new starter called Meyers told them they said they would tow the truck to their shop and take care of the charges from the other shop. when we picked the truck up 3 days later we were told that we should not of been told charges would be taking care of they refused to pay. After telling us that they would. We have spend almost $2.000 there since March and was going to have more work that they said we needed done there.but we will not be going back. BAD BAD consumer service.

I have lived in Omaha most of my life and have never heard of this place. Not sure how based on my experience and that of other reviewers!!! The owner Dwayne could not have been nicer. He charged LESS then the quote, but more importantly, was very honest and kind. Hey ladies! If you need a trustworthy place that will not price gouge and suggest unneeded repairs, this is your place!!!!!!!!!!

I drive a 1975 AMC Hornet 4dr sedan with a 258 straight 6 and drum brakes all around. Every time Ive taken the car in theyve done great work. I once had all 4 shocks, the front coil springs, and rear leaf springs changed out and the leaf springs they ordered arrived needing assembly...they assembled them for no extra charge. That visit I mentioned that the drivers door handle was sticking quite a bit and theyd be best off opening the door from the inside. Did they do that? No. They fixed the handle for free. Guess that was easier? lol :-) The only time I didnt get what I expected it was my fault. I asked them to change my brakes and they did what change my brakes meant (which was needed) but I wanted them to thoroughly inspect the brakes to find out why they continued to squeal after numerous repairs and fluid flushes. Cant complain, thats not what I told them to do. Finally, I dropped off the car and said do whatever you need to do to stop the brakes from squealing and the I listed all the repairs theyve had over the 2 years Ive owned the car. The brakes work better that when I bought it! What a headache it is to take the bus to and from there after I get off work because they changed route 55 (which used to run after 7pm), but Ill walk the 40 minutes to pick my car up...they do great work!I once got told by a different mechanic to stop bringing in my car because they simply wanted to read an OBD2 code and fix whatever it said to without any further work (because they didnt know how to do proper diagnostic work is my guess) and Meyers remembers my car when I call and has never seemed like anything that needed to be done was any more of a big deal that anything else that needed to be done. It needs to be done, itll get done!

So I am here in Omaha less then a month, when my car wont stay running, hear an ad on the radio, wow this place is close to my work, call them they say they are full but I can drop it sat morning, agreed, unfortunatly end of work it got so bad i could not feather it home, dropped it and let them know and by noon saturday it was repaired andd i was able to go enjoy my weeked thanks Duane and all the crew at Meyers
