I had a great experience with Baxter Auto Body Shop. Someone backed into my Tundra and caused several hundred dollars in damage. The customer service people were helpful and friendly. They fixed my truck quickly and delivered a quality fix. Looks like my truck was never damaged! Plus, they cleaned it inside and out and just did a wonderful job! Thanks Baxter Auto Body, you guys truly do great work! I was very impressed! I would definitely go back and highly recommend them to all of my family & friends.

I am very picky and this body shop is the only place I have had work done that met my expectations on the first try. This was a brand new Camry that had a scratch on the bumper from the loading chains. I would have given 5 stars but they got grease and dust all over the drivers seat. As previously stated BRAND NEW CAR but, was very pleased with the body work.

I need to get my car fixed using a protection plan Im under. I called in advance to make sure I knew the procedure and that someone would be available. They dont take appointments for the appraisal and say to just show up, but I took my car there during my break and both of the employees who could have taken photos and made the appraisal were gone the whole hour I was there. The woman at the front desk said they should have been back, but they never showed up and I never got my appraisal. The shop is very far away from me, so I still havent been able to make time to try again.

Baxter, your staff in Auto body department are 5 star for sure. From the friendly smile and assistance from Sherry at the front desk, to Steve giving me excellent customer service and constant updates on my SUV. A big thank you to the Body manager, Rodney for going to bat for me on parts and fighting the insurance company on my behalf. Theh went above and beyond my expectations and did more than was estimated. Matched my paint perfectly and I would most definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing body work done kn there vehicle.

The fact that Baxter Auto Body south couldnt fix my car because of my Lien holder isnt their fault. What Im upset about is how I got my car back. My door bumpers were missing, the tint on my window is coming up, the wiper was completely off of the window. Then they told us that would be a $95 fix...out of our pocket... Those are just the things Ive found so far.Also, someone at that location just up and quit and they had no clue what was going on. Took my car to Firestone and they fixed it. Plus put the wiper back on for free. I wont be getting my car fixed at Baxter again.

The repair itself is okay. But when they finished the repair, I did not get any notice. They said they try to call me but my voicemail box was full while I didn’t even set up a voicemail box. I actually used my email to communicate with them to set up the appointment but they never sent me a email about finishing the repair. I have to pay extra money for the rental car.

I recently purchased a car from Baxter Volkswagen. There was a ding between the door frame and the seal on my rear passenger door. The dealership took car of the bill after Bruce contacted them about it. Bruce was extremely friendly and helpful in getting my issue resolved. I highly suggest going to him for anything you need from here. Overall amazing experience with this Shop.

We had a damaged right front fender that was damaged to the underlying metal on the fender. The staff took the time to replace the fender, paint the fender to match the color of the rest of the truck and to replace the metal decals on the fender. They did an excellent job and we will continue to use them In the future. Steve was very polite and honest about everything up front. The estimate was spot on! Their customer service was great! I would recommend this place to anyone needing bodywork done on their vehicles!

After being rear-end, I didnt think anyone could make my Aspen look as good as did. Boy, was I wrong! Just phenomenal work with no discoloration against the original paint. Every detail exceeded my expectation. Super impressive!

Really bad customer service and really racist people. My car was there for about 3 months they told me the day I dropped it off it was gonna be done within 3 - 4 weeks and 3 months passed by. Very upset about it they are a whole bunch of liars!!! I suggest you guys don’t take your car there very but very upset! I can’t believe the way they treated me they treated me so different compared to other people very disappointed.

So the warranty on the body work isnt worth anything, a year after having the pinstripe start peeling again after the first time they fixed it, they told me the place that did it went out business so they cant warranty it anymore, I dont understand how its my responsibility to make sure they are using reputable people to do the work, and then they offered to do the work if I wanted to pay for it.

Everyone there was excellent! I was living in Kansas, about to move to Omaha in a week and the week before got rear ended. I didnt have an insurance check yet so I couldnt get it repaired until I was already here. They not only repaired the bumper but cleaned the inside of the car as well. They also found a tire with a nail in it that was giving a slow leak that I must have gotten the day before or day of and hadnt realized it yet, and they repaired that tire without charge. Two weeks later my tail light bulb went out and I called because I thought the bulbs had been replaced and it may have been a wiring issue from the accident, I was mistaken, the bulbs had not been replaced, but they said hey bring it in we will look it over and if its just bulbs well go ahead and change them while youre here without charge. They have gone above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. They are very professional and friendly as well.

The woman at the front desk is FANTASTIC! After a miscommunication over the time my car would be worked on, she stepped in and worked with the body shop manager to have my car worked on while I waited. She really went out of her way to do what was right for the customer. I wish I could recall her name. Thank you!!
