Everything is wrong with this apartment. They rather tow cars then get things fixed. My furnace been leaking for almost 3 weeks. My hallway is soaked because of it. My a/c went out not fixed. My outlets in my bedroom on one side went out and my closet light stopped working. They rather get on your neck about paying rent on time then getting things fixed. I wouldnt recommend nobody to live here. Im over it

Kelly is the best mngr I have ever had. She’s very responsive and handles my concerns in a timely manner every time. Apts are spacious and quiet. I like it here

New management is sketchy, incompetent and will happily screw over tenants. Stay away!

Security is nonexistent. your vehicles will get broken into if you live in this complex. it has happened to me twice in one year. the parking lot is pitch black at night time; no lights or cameras or anything. anybody can go in and out of the building. sketchy people are always coming and going. look elsewhere, even if you have to spend more money. it isnt worth being somewhere where you arent safe

Every month they lose my rent u no it’s annoyingSpecially if u want to knock a few months out at a time because they lose ur money order or miss place it .not signing a new lease for sure

Buildings are somewhat old, so some related problems but Julie the property manager is great. If you pay your rent and bills regularly you will do very well here. Awesome locatiom

Inadequare maintenance, no utilities included, no ammenities, no security, inadequate customer service or hospitality, responses from the management company are nonexistent.

Follow up from the management company and landlord is virtually nonexistent. Communication is inconsistent, infrequent, and hostile.

I was going to tour an apartment here and a tenant backed into my car, turns out they have no car insurance and this complex has been impossible to get ahold of to help rectify the situation, please give me a corporate # and/ or e-mail STAT

NEW MANAGERS LOSING ALL THE PEOPLE OFF THAT ARE STILL THERE ANYWAYS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL 13 YR RESIDENTS AND SHE KICKED HER OUT THATS SAD SHES WAY WORSE THAN JULIE EVER WASAT LIVE

Bad management, garage, windows and doors falling apart. Washer and dryers never work. They took the playground down and left glass and trash in the sand. (Not good for the kids) Freezing cold in winter very hot in summer due to poor upkeep of windows and insulation. For the same price look at different locations.
