My son and I just moved here. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apt so we have some privacy. It’s also very quiet here.

I’ve lived here for 6 years, in a 2 bed 2 bath. The office staff is always polite and helpful, maintenance is always quick to respond to issues, even after hours emergency issues are handled quickly. The apartments are large, and the walk in closet in the master bedroom could probably fit a twin bed. Seriously. I have a deep freezer, holiday decorations, camping equipment, extra small appliances, crafting section, and small pantry. The kitchen is a great size with plenty of counter and cabinet space. There’s even a nice sized pantry. The only cons are the frequent shutting off of water, though they do tell you when and it’s only a couple hours, and parking. Parking is horrible 5 out of 7 days. But it’s hit and miss. Sometimes all the spots are taken by 7pm. Sometimes you’re able to. The smoke alarms are also very sensitive. Don’t cook bacon. It’s in a great part of town, close to shopping and in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Great place to live!!

My family moved into Stonegate Apartments a little under a month ago and we loved getting to know the office staff as they made the moving process very easy! When we moved in we called maintenance for a few things that we needed help getting fixed and the responded right away! It is such a nice and clean place to live. We will be staying here for a while!

I moved into Stonegate Apartments about a month ago, and absolutely love it here! The size of the apartment is great! Very spacious living area and bedrooms. In unit laundry is amazing. But, the walk in closet is what sold me! Its Huge! The grounds are very well maintained and maintenance took care of the couple minor request I had at move in. Haley helped me through the entire process from looking, to leasing, move in, and maintenance. I am very impressed with the responsiveness, and professional customer service I have recieved.

Could not recommend Haley enough! She made the application process and move in process a breeze, she went above and beyond. I just moved in very recently but they neighborhood is quiet and the apartments are incredibly spacious. There is no pool but a gym and garden beds available for residents which is a unique find! The closets are massive and the decks have outdoor storage closets.

I was in a position where I needed a place to stay, and Stonegate got me an apartment same day. The maintenance team is amazing as well. I had a couple minor issues with my apartment and they fixed them within minutes. I am so happy i chose to live here again. I would recommend this place to everyone i encounter.

Moved in the first of May after looking at several properties in the area. I have been very happy with my decision. Mary and Haley were very nice to work with and answered all of my questions prior to my decision. My apartment was very clean and the carpet looked liked new. I like the gym that they have at the office. All the machines I like to use and a newer treadmill and elliptical machine. I also like that it is a dog friendly place. I see a lot of areas that have the dog waste removal bags to use for free. It looks like it really keeps the grass clean so that kids can play without worrying about getting their shoes dirty. Probably the coolest perk is the raised garden beds for us to use. They are all around the property! Check out the picture!

The ladies in the office are so quick to answer questions and help out in any way! The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is nice. I needed to have some repairs done when I moved in and they were quick to get them done.

I started my apartment search a few months ago, toured many complexes, and I was very impressed with what I was shown at Stonegate.I worked with Haley and Mary. Haley was honest and very willing to show me multiple units on my first tour. She showed me each room and answered all of my questions. They did not have the “sales approach” when it came to showing their units and providing details. I really appreciated that. Mary is great to work with as well and she was very understanding of my current credit situation.I also think their price range is accurate for what they offer. The gym has a good amount of equipment and the units are very spacious! Tons of storage and a washer dryer hook up! If you have a lot of clothes and shoes don’t worry because the closets are HUGE! Plus the location is great because you are right next to a lot of shopping and restaurants.Overall I have had a great experience working with Stonegate Park Apartments and I look forward to being a tenant !

When youve lived here for over 10yrs, you see what comes and goes. Ive experienced two changes in office staff, I can say there is no difference in how we are handled. Ive had every maintenance request handled as expected, timeframe based on how critical it was.Apartment above me had a toilet overflow and within 5m of calling the office, someone was in my apartment to help control the water coming thru the ceiling.Light burnt out in the oven, was replaced in 3 days.Notified the office someone broke the door closer on the fire door between each floor, it was being fixed as I came back into the building.I love living here. Everything you can ever want as far as restaurants and shopping in less than a mile away. The lady who lives below me, gives me cookies every year at x-mas since I live alone. I didnt even get that from my neighbors when I owned a house.They have also added gardening spaces in the courtyards we can reserve every spring.The one thing I dont like, they have banned any type of grills on our decks. That is the only complaint I have, but they did build outside areas with grills between every building. Running an electric cord to the grill area makes me feel ghetto when I wanna smoke deer meat. If thats the worst...it says a lot.

My family and I thought we had decided on an apartment, but after driving by Stonegate Park, we decided to make one last stop. So glad we did!! Haley was incredibly helpful and able to answer all of our questions. She showed us two apartments. Theyre very spacious, with HUGE closets, and we loved the open layout. They offer W/D hookups, and you can even rent a W/D from them if youd like! You can tell they really care about their apartments. Definitely check this place out!

My family and I have enjoyed our first year here! We are renewing our lease. These apartments are spacious & located in a great area. Maintenance stays on top of their work, they are fast! I would recommend anyone to live here. Ms. Mary is so sweet and looks at the residents and this community like a family. Hailey is super nice as well, such a great addition to their team. We love living at Stonegate. The price is great for the amount of room, including giant closets and generous kitchen storage. The common areas are cleaned regularly. We rarely hear noise from the surrounding units though I should note that we dont have an upstairs neighbor so cant speak to that.The maintenance crew are terrific. Repairs are made quickly, usually the same day. The office staff are polite and helpful. Everything is done online (payments, requests, lease renewals) which is a huge convenience for us. There is adequate parking. Weve been here over 2 years and have not had a single negative experience with staff or neighbors.My only complaint is the poor condition of the parking lot (pot holes, etc) but I am not deducting a star because they do make repairs every spring. The rest of the grounds are well kept and sidewalks and parking lot are promptly cleared in the winter.

I lived there for about two years and I was very sad to go. The walk-in closet was huge, seriously big enough that I couldve used it as a nursery if I needed to. The management was friendly, the maintenance guys were always nice, prompt, and quiet. The best part was that we couldnt hear the neighbors. We left the apartment once and when we went in the hallway we could hear that someone was jamming to music, but inside the apartment we didnt hear anything. I also really liked that they had full size washer/dryers that you could rent, but you could also use your own if you had them. I personally didnt care for the fireplace because it was gas, and I have a semi-irrational fear that I would blow up every time I tried to use it, but I loved having a fireplace at all. The balcony was spacious and there was a really good sized space to store stuff outside as well (like a closet). The only reason I ultimately moved out was because at the time I couldnt afford it by myself. Thats it. Otherwise, I would still be there. I could seriously go on about all the different things I liked (the neighborhood, the apartment layout, the fact that all I could hear outside were trees and birds), but I think this review is long enough as is. Overall, 110% recommend these apartments.

A wonder place to live! The manager, Kathy, is great. Maintenance is always prompt when called. Large spacious apartment with large closet space. I loved the neighborhood to walk my dog. I would highly recommend this place. I only moved because I moved out of state.

If you like overpaying and living in squalor this is the place for you. Gave only 1 star because it didnt allow to give 0.

When we first moved in almost 2 years ago, we had no issues. We loved it. Then, about 9 months ago, we started having issues with our downstairs neighbor BLASTING their music at all hours of the night. I had called the office after asking the neighbor to please keep it down multiple times and all they did was say they “messaged” him to let him know about the quiet hours. I had called back a few days later because he kept me and my kids up and all Haley said was “call the cops then. There’s nothing else we can do about it.” Which is total BS. Also, the parking SUCKS! If you want to make sure your car doesn’t get dinged, you need to park on the back end. We can’t wait until our lease is up in a few months!

Need work!!! paint..wood repairs...junk on patios is tacky!!!

I moved in on June 6th. Apt was Handed absolutely dirty, full of cob webs and grit. Cabinets were dirty and didn’t open. Complained to management on June 8th over text, didn’t hear back until June 10th. Asked them to clean and they said we can only have it cleaned tomorrow at a time when I had my Zoom interview. I told her I cannot do tomorrow since the window is close to my interview and she said we won’t do it unless it’s tomorrow. Mary said Cleaning it’s not happening! Mary is absolutely unprofessional, RUDE, unaccommodating. Moreover, Mary said it’s been a week since you moved in whereas I moved in on the 6th and contacted them on 8th to which they didn’t respond. It was 2 days after I moved in that I contacted them. She’s a frustrated woman who is lacking the qualities of being a manager and doesn’t want to spend a dime on cleaning because she’s running over budget and would be fired if she had it cleaned. Called corporate and haven’t heard back. Several work orders that need to be fixed and haven’t been gotten to. Do not rent from this place. Mary would spoil your day by her extremely rude unprofessional and unaccommodating attitude. Like a few other reviews have mentioned she’s super rude and the apartment was very very dirty. Parking is another huge issue.Update - Do not rent from this place. This place is a big joke. Manager Mary is very rude and so is the corporate. I received the apartment and toilet pot covered in poop when I moved in. Manager Mary said cleaning it’s not happening. Corporate office Rodney said remove me from email chains and I let property manager decide. Tiles are broken. Shower is falling off. Carpet is ripped. Fridges tray was broken upon move in and hasn’t been fixed over a month. I’m expected to clean the dirty toilet pot that was left unclean by previous residents. Management has stopped responding. Will be contacting news and housing authorities. I have attached photos on their Facebook page and other sites be sure to look at them before you decide to rent here. If there was an option I would post pictures here too. I’ve cut my foot with the broken tiles a few times. This place is a nightmare

Great place to live. Maintenance is always on point with work orders. Apartments are spacious and have anything you could need. The walk in closets are something i have never seen. This place is secure and safe. Would recommend it to anyone.

Me and my boyfriend currently live here and especially compared to my last apartment, it is wonderful!! The apartments are spacious for the price, the staff is very friendly, and I overall feel very safe here. My only complaint would be the parking. Sometimes at night I have to park about a block away from my apartment, I wish we would have been warned about this. Even with the parking, these apartments are very worthy of 5 stars!

Recently was given a tour of this property and although the landscape is pretty, almost every apartment building was falling apart.

Ive been here for 3 years and it really is a great place to live. Cost, location and space is perfect. I rarely hear my neighbors, maintenance is great and the area is safe. My only concern is parking. If you get off later than 5-6pm, parking will be an issue. Its never very far but just enough to annoy you. In the grand scheme of things, its minor. Great staff, Kathy, Kelly and Tom are great!

Lived here for a little over a year now and we love it! Amazingly huge closets, nice bathroom, and just enough space for what we need. The office ladies are super nice as are the maintenance guys.

We absolutely loved our stay here when we first moved in! (When Kelly was still the manager here).. they got new management halfway through our stay here and everything went down hill from there. The management they have now (Mary) is absolutely RUDE!!!!! Doesn’t work well with you to compromise on things. It’s all about getting money out of you! We would have loved to renew our lease but with the rude management they now have, we can’t WAIT until our lease is up to move out!!!

They handle any issue I have had very quickly. Big closets, secure, low drama, low crime. They paint and maintain the grounds well. First time I have lived in an apartment in many years, was worried about neighbor noise, hardly ever do I hear mine.
