Friend met a guy at the Max and went back to his place for some Milort. 2/10 experience, he wouldnt shut up about Milort. Apartment was pretty small for what Im sure is a hefty rent check.

I absolutely loved my apartment here and would recommend living here to anyone interested! I had a wonderful experience. It’s a beautiful location, great prices, and friendly neighbors. The staff and maintenance was always very attentive as well!

Havent ever lived here before but I have been on tour through the apartments. They look clean with a great view and very quiet. With good amenities.

This place is a great place to settle. The management is very easy to contact and they communicate very well with tenants! Its a great price for a downtown property!

Absolutely love the character of this building. The exposed brick in the units gives the apartment a great feel.

Horrible place . i lived here for 3 yrs . there was a possible sex offender down the hall who tryed to entice my daughter into his apt. When i called the landlords they told me to keep a better eye on my kid. My kids a teenager . also maintance never fixed stuff . my fire alarm went off all night christmas nigjt and i blew a fuse trying to get it to stop. The emergency maintaince # wasnt working so i had to go to a friends house.when i finally got ahold of peter the landlord, no apolgys or anything considering it ruined my holiday. I got trapped n the elevator on another occaision & firemen had to come free me . not to mention rent went up every yr even tho my lease stated it would not .no free parking either. this place is terriable. Save your money & rent a house.

Loved the apartment but they wouldnt do anything about the break ins to your vehicle or the vandalism to your vehicle in the parking lot where you pay $100 a spot to park or the fact people broke into your storage unit.
