I’m writing this as I’m stuck in my car for the night because Ontario Place changed the key pads to the apartment units without notifying their residents. Our key fobs no longer work and we need a code/new key fob to enter. They changed this out without notifying the residents so that we are locked out of our own apartment unit. I’ve had nothing but awful experiences since new management has taken over the past year. My first few years living here was great under Gina’s management.

Pros:Great apartment complex! It is newly renovated and is very spacious! While looking to lease, Sydney helped answer any questions my roommate and I had. Wonderful place and wonderful staff. The service man is very very friendly, and is quick to do his job! They have an amazing response time.Cons:We have been seeing a lot of bugs(maybe it’s because our apartment is ground floor). Walls are paper thin. Used cheaper material in renovation. Pool water is filthy.

Loved my 2 years at Ontario Place Apartments! Maintenance staff will come help within minutes of calling them. Gina is amazing and will help with whatever you need as well as be very understanding with you. The apartments are so nice and grounds well kept. Great location too, close to interstate 80 but can’t hear all the noise!

Great location, and the apartment complex is well maintained and dog friendly. The maintenance staff are very friendly and address issues quickly. The apartments are nice, and it is a easy going, quiet complex.

What a wonderful place!!Tracy Circo is absolutely wonderful to work with and allowing our family to host our Easter at the Clubhouse. The clubhouse is very modern, spacious and clean.If u are looking for a wonderful place to live talk with Tracy at the Ontario place apartments

This is my second year of living at Ontario Place and my boyfriend’s fifth year. We’ve lived in two different units: the very largest 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with office unit and one of the smallest 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom units. I can say with confidence Ontario is the best apartment complex I have ever lived at (and I’ve lived at a fair amount). When we were looking to downsize recently, we toured roughly 10 other apartments around Omaha and came to the conclusion that nothing we saw beat Ontario Place.First, the apartments themselves are laid out so well—the kitchen and living rooms are spacious and open, the bedroom closets are huge and often have built-in storage, and the giant bathtubs are better than what you’d get in most homes. I also appreciate having a full-size washer and dryer, which seems to be a rarity in most apartments around town. One underrated aspect you wouldn’t know about unless you live here is that the utility bills are quite low; the buildings seem to be “overbuilt” as far as energy efficiency goes. On a related note, they also block outside noise pretty well. The first building we lived in was right next to I-80 and the noise was only noticeable when everything else was silent, and even then it was faint.Just as importantly, the people who work here are phenomenal. Seriously, Gina is the most helpful and professional manager I’ve come across. She knows everyone by name and has a way of making you feel instantly at ease whenever you need to visit the office for any reason. Whether you’re just picking up a package or you’re going through the application/leasing process, she’s always so accommodating. I can’t say enough about her. And the maintenance staff is just as impressive. Greg is prompt to respond to any maintenance issue. I have never had an occasion when a work order Ive placed took longer than a day—and many times less than half a day—for Greg to fix. And he is always willing to answer any questions you have while he’s working in your apartment. It’s clear he places top priority on us residents over his other daily duties.If it isn’t obvious by now, I would highly recommend Ontario Place to anyone looking for an Omaha apartment with a staff that cares about its residents. We have families, young professionals, college students, and senior residents that have lived here for many years. After living here for over a year myself, I can see why. The floor plans are generous and functional, the central location and proximity to I-80 is convenient, and the management and maintenance staff are truly top notch. Don’t hesitate to give this place a look!*Note: I have seen some comments speculating on the authenticity of some of these reviews. I want to make clear that nobody encouraged me to write this review, nor was I compensated in any way. I simply wanted to share my opinion about Ontario Place and give well-deserved recognition to Gina, Greg, and the people that work to make my home a pleasant one.

Great apartment complex with spacious floor plans. Gina and her team were nothing short of amazing during my 3 plus years of residency at Ontario Place. Gina was great to work with and the maintenance staff was quick to respond to any issues. Highly recommended.

Ill give them a single star for the maintenance. Nothing else deserves a single star. Maintenance is always quick to come fix something. After Gina left, this place went down the gutter. Pool is filthy (the water is so cloudy it looks like pure urine), does not look like theyve cleaned/vacuumed/disinfected the gym ever, never toilet paper in the clubhouse bathrooms, the ladies in the office are clueless and illiterate (counted over 10 grammar/spelling mistakes in an email), they seem like they have no idea what is going on when it comes to leasing apartments. Complete s*** show since Gina left.

The new staff is rude and not well organized. I had to schedule an appointment twice without the work being done. Her only excuse was sorry!

Love to visit our MIL. She is safe and secured.

The manager there her name is Gina, shes the best manager ive met, she stands up for me if I had any difficulties, if youre looking for a great stay and a friendly lovely manager you go to Gina, believe me its worth it !!

Very spacious apartments with mainly high ceilings!

A very nice place to live!Me and my family moved to Omaha because I was attending the Univerity of Omaha Nebraska for 6 months. It was our first time in United States and we were really exited about the visit. Gina was welcoming and helpful from the first time we spoke (and Savanah too). It seems as they go a long way to help the residents. The apartments were wonderful. We felt secure and had great neighbours. It was a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment was big and nice. We did not rent a garage but had no problem parking outside the apartment. Only one time in 6 months I had to park on the other side of our apartment (50 meters away). Greg was supernice and we saw him often at the apartments. If there were any problem in the apartment - even if lightbulps needed changes, Greg came and fixed it for us. Again, Gina, Greg and Savanah, a big thank you from us here in Norway. It was a very nice stay and if we decide to move back to Omaha we hope we can stay with you again.
