This company drug out our application process for 4 weeks. During that time we had to constantly call to make sure they were getting the ball rolling. I called and explained that we had already put in our thirty day notice and that if we didnt know by three weeks we were going to withdraw. Five minutes after that call, my employer finally received a fax for employment verification! The agent we were working with proceeded to miscalculate our income and we ended up not qualifying to rent after all. Furthermore, Seldin cashed our deposit before we were approved. They then proceeded to tell us that it would be a 1-2 week turnaround to get our money back. At this point we had 3 weeks to find a new place and be out of our old one. I asked to speak with management to see if the process could be expedited. The manager at the Kellom Heights location refused to take my calls on 3 separate occassions and never called me back. It is now going on 3 weeks and we have yet to see our deposit back. This company is shady and unprofessional!

Awful. I live here and can never get ahold of management, and when i am they do absolutely nothing. The fact that people actually do work here is questionable.

There apartment for a two bedroom are 550.00 a month and to switch to a one bedroom they want 615.00 for a current tenant what a rip off, I will never recommend this place to anyone
