We have a new maintenance man. I really feel he is very knowledgeable. He is professional and nice.
Absolutely wonderful place to live in! Tabitha and Jewelia (sp?) were amazing to work with. Professional and relational. Always a good time stopping at the office just to visit with them. They even got to know our fur babies!Maintenance: James and Torrence we communicated with most. Fantastic. Real, honest, genuine. They got the jobs done, were respectful, relational, and mindful of our fur babies while coming and going.Pool/hut tub: We were there for 2 yrs. Never used them. But that was on us, not them.Pricing: CIP is getting really expensive. But if you can afford to live here, it is worth it!
I wasn’t home when the maintenance person came but they were repairing some water damage to the ceiling in my garage and they did an excellent job and there was no mess
The maintenace guys are always very respectful. I like them because they can answer my questions and they dont leave until they are sure we are satisfied with their service. These guys are some of the best maintenace men that Ive experienced in my lifetime.
Maintenance staff has been failing me hard lately. My dishes come out of my dishwasher have been smelling like wet dog all year, and they refuse to bother using any tools to actually fix it, even though working on dishwashers is incredibly basic. I also complained about animals making noise in my wall months ago(rats? Squirrels?), and now when it rains, it is leaking through my fireplace.Edit: My dishwasher did finally get replaced with a new one (yay, it works!), but the fireplace leak has still been ignored. I added a star back only because I did enjoy living here in the past few years, and because the office staff has generally been good to me. Needless to say, with rate increases and issues not being fixed in a timely manner, Ill be moving when my lease expires.
These seem like theyd be great to live in but unfortunately no one got back to me and my boyfriend. we came in and spoke to someone and set up a viewing for the next Saturday but when I called to confirm the time I was told there was no record of the appointment & maybe it was a different property. I confirmed that it was in fact this one, called back and left a vm. unfortunate bc Ive lived in a cip property before and loved it.
Great experience with the apartment itself, very spacious and cozy. Quiet neighborhood, helpful staff. I take two stars off for the pool and hot tub. They were major attraction for moving in and why I was willing to pay higher rent. The pool has had extended closures multiple times this summer, and the hot tub has not been open at all. In my opinion we should have some rent credited back to us, since pool and hot tub are advertised but the hot tub is never usable.
The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and always responds promptly. The villas are luxurious yet affordable. The property is spacious and beautiful. Honestly one of the best places to live out West.
Great place to live! Jewelia is awesome
Love the property and the staff. They have had some issues with the pool and hot tub this year but they worked very diligently to get them running. Any issues we have had have been rectified promptly and correctly.
I have been here almost a year and love it. Its a beautiful well planned community. I would move anywhere where these same builders had apts.
I received a partial refund of my deposit, but this complex charged me for utilities dating back to Sep and I moved in Nov. Not sure what these charges are since theyre rolled in with the rent and my rent was never late or short-paid. Ive tried to reach out to Tabita to have her explain these charges, she will not return my calls or emails. I will be contacting the corporate office to find out what this is about.
I would give this place 5 stars because it has a pool and a hot tub and everything else is great, but I seriously think the hot tub spends more time being out of service than actually running. This summer I think its maybe been running a month.I hope you enjoy reading The spa is closed until further notice because you will be reading it a LOT.
Safe, Clean, and Convenient. The clubhouse staff has been wonderful to work with as well as the maintenance staff. Ive had to call to get a few things fixed and its been taken care of instantly. I am happy here and would suggest Stone Creek to anyone looking to rent.
I moved into the villas almost 2 months ago. I have found Chelsy & all the employees I have come into contact with to be so cheerful & helpful- they have bent over backwards to accommodate me. This includes Richard, who carried a very heavy rug I bought up my numerous steps into my villa. Im pretty sure this isnt in his job description. Thank-you Richard. The landscaping is beautiful & kept up. I see workers out & about frequently doing maintenance. It was one of the best decisions I made in moving here after being a homeowner for 20 years. I thought I could never love a place as much as I loved my home in Papillion. Im glad to say I was entirely wrong about that.
Ive lived at Stone Creek Villas for a little more than 2 years now, and couldnt be happier with my apartment or the staff. My home is peaceful, quiet and the friendly staff have made this experience amazing. My soul is happy here. I lived in a house for 23 years before downsizing into a place that could not be more perfect for me. Thank you for everything, from the bottom of my heart.
We looked for a place since December and we moved into Stone Creek Villas the end of July. After much searching we found exactly the perfect place with everything on our wish list. It has 10 foot high ceilings, gas fireplace to turn on by remote, two car tandem garage with storage, workout room, pool, sound proof, spacious, walk in closet, laundry room off of the kitchen, close to lots of great shopping areas, church down the street, super clean, safe, and friendly. We find it to be perfect.
Ive lived here five years and it would be hard to ever leave. Staff ranks a perfect 10 in customer service and great relations. I love living here!!Mike
I stumbled upon Stone Creek Villas after a series of unfortunate events at a sister property and initially was a bit leery of staying with a CIP property. I can honestly say though that I loved my time here. The grounds are quiet and peaceful and beautifully landscaped and taken care of. The staff are friendly and helpful and the amenities made the higher rent worth it - from the pool (and new outdoor pergola) and exercise room to the theater room and fun events planned by the staff, there is always something to do.But what really made the difference for me was the addition of Chelsy as property manager. Chelsy goes out of her way to help when something needs to be done and always goes the extra mile. In all of my renting history, I have never had a property manager like this and she will probably be what I miss most about my time here.I would definitely recommend Stone Creek Villas if you are looking for a quiet, hassle-free, friendly place to live!
Office staff is helpful and nice. Property is nice with lots to offer: workout room, can rent theater or club house for big gatherings, furnished apartment for guests, pool, hot tub...apartments are clean and well taken care of with large garage.
Stone Creek Villas is a HEAVILY SMOKING community and they will not disclose this, nor let you out of your lease when you later discover chain smoke hazing up your apartment and ruining your furniture and belongs. I’m a senior, and sold my house out of state to move back to Omaha to take care of even more elderly parents, and not living in apartments for decades, I had no idea property managers did not have to disclose smoking in 2016. When I moved in unawares, I spent thousands moving in with the moving costs, the utility set up costs, re-cleaning (the place was just filthy), putting in custom items (that could not be moved later, expensive ceiling fans, light fixtures, garage shelves, etc) as I was not planning to move anytime soon. Then when I moved in, smoking and pet urine smells were covered up with heavy perfumes. And everything that could break, broke—including a very damaged washing machine that when discovered the first week, it leaking had grown black mold up the walls around it. At move in I noticed ceiling water marks and was told the roof had been repaired but when rains started in shortly, the apartment ceiling leaked in even new places and started dripping water all over my belongings and then I discovered black mold up around the hot water heater closet where the leaking ceiling had been leaking a long time. Then the bathtub gushed leaks into the neighbor’s garage and at 6:30p at night maintenance was pounding on my door to turn off the water and had to fix that. The kitchen ceiling light exploded in sparks when I turned the light on that had to be fixed. On and on. Finally all was repaired, the ceiling and black mold walls were kilzed and repainted. Then the cigarette smoking of the neighbors started and THEN I found out “we can’t do anything, its a smoking apt. They will not let you out of your lease and will ask for rent and utilities to end of lease, re-rent fees, re-clean, re-paint, forget getting deposit back even if immaculate at move out, took over 100 photos of even the doors and fan blades clean, no furniture marks on the carpet from the $200 I spent to clean it before move in and items still unpacked left on clean moving blankets. But they want what ever is left in my savings for leaving early when I was already physically sick now with it all, and if not paid, they threaten ruining credit and my new tenant rental history. Submitted complaint to BBB and they did not respond. Be aware.
Staff are excellent, the villas are comfortable and very energy efficient. The previous maintenance staff didnt exactly care about the little things, matching grout color, paint specs on the carpet, ect but the new maintenance staff are excellent.
Awesome maintenance guys
Excellent as usual.😋
Very trendy and great staff! Newer apartments !
Nice community and floor plans.
Beautiful homes and neighborhood.
