Jody in the office is so nice she really cares about the residents and handles your needs very quickly! Whenever my family has seen her on property she speaks to everyone including the kids. We really appreciate her

My apartment is constantly falling apart with no support from the complex at all, currently they’re resurfacing the parking lot and gave us no info on where else to park so we were all just basically sardine canned into one section of the lot. On top of this, when the parking lot IS available there’s not enough spaces for the number of residents and when we told them this they basically said “Not our problem, find a space and figure it out.” They also did not put a no parking sign in an area, towed everyone in the area, and then put a sign up and lied and told everyone that there was a sign. Shady slumlord apartment complex that isn’t worth the money, terrible excuse for management who I assume were all hired only if they could prove they were lobotomized and had no empathy for other human beings, I wouldn’t even recommend this place to the bugs living in my apartment

The apartment complex does not work with you on anything from maintenance to paying rent. The office seems to give zero care about anything and does not care about helping. Neighbors sound like theyre constantly fighting and abusing theyre animals the office doesnt care about any of that. Also dont put in any work orders they take months to get to work on them then they half fix the issues. Dont move here unless youre desperate.

Everything was fine until I decided to move out. When I moved in there were a few issues with the apartment and I wrote them down on the paper like I am supposed to but I knew the apartments were dated from the tour so I was okay with it. Upon moving out they nickel and dimed me for everything but when I moved in the apartment wasn’t perfect at all and I had to clean the entire place so I’m just a bit confused why they charge for things they don’t normally fix when you decide to move out. I’ve rented from a different complex of theirs before and I did not have this same problem.

Poor services- Dryers and washers (very old models) dont function correctly- Good luck with parking. Most garages are unoccupied, but you have to pay an extra $60 to use it.- Lost packages. Very unsafe to deliver packages to the apartment. There are too many sketchy people surrounding the area. They will steal your packages!

The best part of these apartments for me was the management. The girls in the office made everything smooth, they were super helpful and went above and beyond at move-out time. Overall I never had many problems here and the couple I did have, maintenance was out fairly quickly to fix them. The one concern I had was my furnace filter was very dirty when I turned on my furnace for the first time it smelled like something burning- the maintenance man showed me the dirty filter and it looked like it hadnt been cleaned in ages. New management has taken over so hopefully they keep up on those filters.

I don’t understand some of the bad reviews on this place, I think with any apartment there always going to be issues. And more often than not people who have negative experiences feel compelled to leave a review versus people who are perfectly content.My husband and I have been living here for five months and we definitely prefer this place over all the other apartments we have lived. The buildings themselves might be a little bit dated, they have a few things wrong with them (tub doesn’t drain fast, floor creaky, hallway door slams) but our good experiences outweigh the bad.I appreciate the fact that there is a 24 hour maintenance call line. We had experienced a leak at one point during a storm, said leak was dripping down the wall into an electrical outlet- which is of course absolutely dangerous. We called the emergency maintenance line and then maintenance was here not but 10 minutes later to fix the leak! This was around 10pm at night.Most of our neighbors are kind and friendly; Not exceptionally loud and rowdy. We do have the neighbors Directly under us who are causing issues currently(being loud, dog barking, grilling below our balcony causing a fire hazard!) but the office staff is wonderful to work with, and I trust that they are taking care of it! They are working with me to resolve this to the best of their abilities.I would like to make a special acknowledgment of Sierra. She is an absolute angel! Literally one of the kindest people I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with. I have not personally met her because I am pretty much homebound due to medical issues and only go out when necessary. But she has helped me over the phone Various times and has been extremely knowledgeable when I have had questions. She is the individual my husband worked with when getting setup here; and he as well agrees that she It’s definitely an asset to the company. My husband and I have joked that if she ever leaves we’re moving out lolBut I saw all the negative reviews and felt compelled to write my experience so far. The other reviews are still valid, I don’t want to discredit other people’s experiences! I am thankful that I definitely haven’t had any major issues thus far.

This place made apartment living easy for me. I couldnt ever hear my neighbors talking through the walls, I never had any maintenance issues, and the office staff and my neighbors were always friendly. Overall, it was a great experience living here.

The floor plan was great, nice friendly staff, and they were trying to remodel to make it look nice. However the reason why its only getting a two star is because there is a parking issue. People are parking on sidewalks, and in illegal spots. If you did find a parking spot after 8 pm, you would be walking a great distance to get to your building. Also the tenants just dont care... they would not pick up after their dogs droppings, which made it impossible to walk and not get dog poop on yours shoes. littering is also an issue, they have the maintenance guys do a weekly pick up because the tenants JUST DONT CARE. Another thing is that my floor wreaked of pot, it would linger into my apartment which was one of the main reasons we left. I honestly dont care what people do in their homes, i just dont want that smell in my place/ in the halls. We werent the only tenants who were having this issue either. When brought up to staff they told us there was nothing they could really do. I just wanted to reiterate that the staff/ maintenance was amazing. They were trying to make it better. And I loved the floor plans for a first apartment. I just couldnt handle the neighbors not being very neighborly.

I currently live here and have for several years. Turn over among office and maintenance staff has always been high. Its always unfortunate when the good ones leave but it shows how little the property owners/management cares. It also shows in how little regard they show to long time renters. There was a new management company that bought the complex and they make policy changes that leaves us no alternative but to move. The latest is charging monthly pet rent, which is against Nebraska landlord-tenant laws, if youd like to take them to court. Yet, I see 9 or more people occupying one apartment. I would guarantee that many people do more damage than my animals.Theres trash everywhere, beer cans and liquor bottles all over, people hanging laundry outside on strings across the patio, dog crap everywhere you step because they wont do anything to make people clean up after themselves or their dog. And it happens in broad daylight in full view of the queens in the office as they stand out on the balcony smoking.And dont count on the pool ever being open on time and closed all day whenever they feel like it.Ive put up with a lot but this latest disregard of long time tenants, changing of policy and downhill spiral gives me no incentive to continue to live here.

Place is ran by crooks. There are alot of better places for to live for the same price or cheaper. If you do decide to move in, keep copies of your monthly bills because there financial department isnt very consistent with simple math.

New manager asked for a key to our apartment which was changed when the old manager was here and she knew about it. So my husband told John he would be their to give him the key John left before my husband could give him the key. My husband has video proof so he (John) cant deny it. The very next day John hands us a 14/30 notice to cure as my husband was handing him the same key he tried to give John the day before! Tried calling the person in charge of him no answer which is fine cause chances are we have to get a lawyer as you can see this is a very shady company that runs these apartments. We didnt believe what some of the residents were saying when we first moved in but if you heard something there is a 99% chance its true.

Ive gone from a one star review, to a four star review (after previous management talked to me and things improved for a month), back to a one star after turnover and some management attitude.Since Ive lived here (Jan. 2015) to now (Feb 2017) this place changed management. It was supposed to get better, but nope, it hasnt.Theyve gone through 3 property managers since Ive been here, and 3 head maintenance techs. I dont know the details of why theyve left, but it should say something to have turnover that high in management positions, in only 2 years.They barely keep up with cleaning and repair, and consistent turnover means zero rapport between staff and tenants. It also means that tenant problems go unanswered when it relates to long-term problems.Ive reported my neighbors for issues, and once the management office requested that I give them a full statement on everything, as upper management (Monarch) was going to begin the eviction process. Then the property manager changed, and now it seems those problems have been forgotten. These neighbors throw trash out their windows into the lawn, smoke weed (and some other weird smelling substance) in their bathroom with the fan on so it blows into my apartment, and have broken the front security door so their friends can get in without keys.Community amenities are mediocre, and theyre not supervised. Rent is high for what you get - essentially the best part about living here is the pet policy, which is abused by some tenants who hide their fourth and fifth pets (seriously my neighbors have 4 dogs and two birds, and the dogs are fighting as I type this).Look elsewhere. I tried to empathize with the management because I used to work in residency environments. I understood what they inherited and can relate with trying to meet the high expectations of bad tenants. Theyve had their chance, and its past. This is poor performance plain and simple.

Dirty nasty place infested with bugs I reported to management (John) about a huge bug crawling on my face in the middle of the night (picture attached). I noticed several others crawling out of the furnace into my bedroom. Nothing was done about it. A month later we get new management (Chris) and I reported about the huge creepy bugs and all they did was vacuum the furnace. Up until my last day there nothing else was done. Tenants leave their thrash on the hallways for days. Parking is an issue there too. I could go on and on about the so many irregularities at this place but the main one is when you move out before your contract is up, you get bill for break of lease for over $2300 even if you left the apartment spotless and given your 30 written notice. They kept my security deposit but theyre not going to rob me for another cent.

The main doors to enter the apartment complex are a bit hard. Also, the hallways smell pretty bad. Other than that, it was a nice environment and I enjoyed my time there. 😊

You can only use the under new management for so long. I am a former tenant who paid rent on time, reported damages, was a good neighbor, etc...I communicated via email and phone numerous times during my 1.5 year stay at Pacific Winds, yet my final bill was not sent to me nor was there any attempt to inform me.So now my credit is dinged? This company and their managers are no different than other apartment complexes who lack a conscience.I encourage you to read all the reviews. All of them are accurate. The former management were actually human. The under new management replies you read mean nothing.

Water come to whole house many times and no results it, I living in flooding with cool water

I lived here for over a year and to call the staff incompetent would be an understatement. To get anything fixed you have to put in a request four times. And no one seems to know how to read the lease agreement there. I broke my lease, paid everything in full, I even asked them how much I owed them and they said i was Paying it all that day. A week later I get a bill for over a thousand dollars saying that I better pay up or kiss my credit goodbye. Their thieves plain and simple

STAY AWAY!!! I could write a novel about why you shouldnt move in here.We moved in when I was 5 months pregnant in the winter time. The furnace kept going out. After the third or fourth time I go to talk to Lindsay the desk girl and say we need a new furnace. She goes yeeeaaahh... thats not in the budget. Of course it kept going out. It wasnt until I went out and bought a carbon monoxide detector to prove to them that I had been breathing TOXIC gas for months! I was pregnant! Only for them to tell me they had an extra new furnace in storage!-The toilet kept over flowing.-the kitchen drawers barely open.-windows leak, bad. You can smell your neighbors smoking cigarettes every 5 minutes. (Sometimes inside the building)-the manager is very condescending-you can hear your neighbor snore, cough, pee, fight, everything. all night long.-the furnace/ air is super loud.-theyll turn off the water with no warning. Had to go out to get warm water for my babys bottle a few times.-they rip you off on your gas bill.. always random amounts and no proof behind them.-I could go on.We lasted 6 months here until we had so many problems the manager let us go without paying any fees. But then charged us for a bunch of BS afterwards, of course. Stay away from these sketchy people and crappy apartments. Youll be glad you did.

Take it from someone who lives here. STAY AWAY. Roach infested. Dog poop everyone because no one picks up after their dogs. The place is old and falling apart. They will offer you a deal to move in. If you plan on staying more than a year, expect to pay A LOT MORE the next year. Way to much for these broken down apartments. Oh yeah, the staff turnover rate is very high. And the on site security is a joke! They dont ever show up when you need them. Cops are here all the time for one thing or another!

Very unpleasant stay here..Wouldnt recommend this place to live in to anyone. They are infested with bed bugs, dustmites and they dont follow up with tenants about any care on apartment. The hall ways are always stinky and the neighbors smoke is always in our apartment its really disgusting and disturbing. If I could rate this a Zero I would in a heartbeat.Response to owner:I have moved out of your apartments and broke my lease now you have sent me to collections for $1,900.00 dlls, if you want to make this right remove me from collections and fix all those problems with your apartments and then I will remove my review.

Its a decent place to live in. It has a Gym, Swimming Pool, and a Computer Center. Appartments are well design and big is the inside.

Dont even bother. Unprofessional and trashy. Good luck trying to get ahold of the office staff. You have to call multiple times to get an answer. My roommates and I enjoyed our actual apartment unit, but couldnt wait to get out of that place mostly due to the staff..also the pool is never clean.

Awful place to live for the price. My bathroom took 2 years to be remodeled & its still a mess horrible paint job toliet coming up from the floor. I am currently a tenenat always pay my rent no matter what & the new manager tells me novembers payment didnt clear. I spoke with my bank & my bank shows they never even processed the payment. I asked her to re run the rent since it had been in my account for days & impossible not to have cleared. They didnt re-run she never called me back & she asked me not to process a new payment until she called back & now they want to charge a 30 NSF fee & 75 dollar fee for money that was available. And in three years I have never processed a bad payment. I truley hate this place. WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN OMAHA!

I was a former inmate her..I mean tenant and I just want to say ...DO NOT rent here!!!! Dont let the location and free month rent get you...its a dump....my neighbor had a roach nest and management never took care of it...and so I would occasionally find one in my kitchen. I rented a garage and was double billed on several occasions....management sucks....so many complaints but nothing changes....beer bottles in the parking lot along with condoms and drug paraphernalia. Cops always show up..somebody beat their significant other..AGAIN!!!The pool is filthy but come summer it is always full of people and so of course there is always filth and noise....Please do yourself a favor..go ANYWHERE else but here.....

Hi, my girlfriend lives here. There are no smoke alarms, the appliances and cabinets look like like there from the 70s, they dont accept money orders as payment for rent and charge $30 to pay online. Shes been there over a year and never had her furnace filter changed, the parking situation is a joke.

Do not move there. I gave them a $100.00 deposit which both the office girl the contract stated that if I you are declined they will refund your money within 7 days. I was declined because I was still under a lease else where. Due to a busy work schedule and a child in the hospital with cancer I was unable to go pick up the deposit until the following week at which time the very rude manager lady who apparently cant read a contract stated she would not refund my money because I had 7 days to come pick it up which is false. The girl that I originally talked to told me I could come by and pick up the original check but never mentioned there was a time frame because there wasnt one.They had 7 days to give me my money after the contract was declined. Both the old lady and leasing agent were very rude and had no compassion for someone whit a child in the hospital with cancer that cant afford to just throw away $100.00 because of there incompetence.I will be taking them to court and very glad I was declined do to the very unprofessional and incompetent office people.

I left the apartments last march and they are trying to say I owe them nearly 4000. I left because they would say my rent was late when on time. I contacted the corprate office in colorado multiple times over this. And they never fixed anything the door knobs are cocjed on because there maitnence are a bunch of idiots who cant install a simple door knob rub wouldnt drain toilets shook man beliw me would beat on his wife. At 4 in the morning scaring my kids. Multiple complaints but they are not getting away with this one. As I have hired a attorney to fight them because I have my pictures upon move out lease and signed maitnence request. From there complex. And it stated I would be vacating if my toilets were not fixed within 30 days. One didnt flush at all and my apartment started to stink. Be smart when u request maitnence get them to sign of on a request and a notice with a certified letter like I did. Or they will screw u and make sure you use money orders or they will say your rent is late
