I would love to give a no star but Yelp wont let me, I came in because their sign said $15 for a gel manicure, got in and their price board said $12. When I asked the nail tech said $25. So I set down and ask for clarification, she then said $24. So I sit and wait,pick a color and then say so, its $12 for a regular manicure and $10 more for gel? She then says you ask too many questions in front of my customers, we dont want to do, you leave! Shocked I say are you serious? I am asking to verify the price and youre asking me to leave? She then tells her coworker something in their language and then takes the bowl my hands are in and pulls it out from under my hands and the lady then again says you can leave! Mind you I am in front of my child and literally was not asking rudely or yelling, I was simply verifying the price. as one does before they spend money. I will NEVER recommend this place and will be telling whoever I know stay as far away from this place as you can!

Tina is out of this world amazing. Shes an artist dedicated to her work and customers. They removed a botched gel job done by another place and gave me beautiful and thin acrylics. The entire time taking care for my comfort. I will be back and definitely recommend her. Thank you :)

At first I was concerned about Time they had me waiting like 10 minutes but on I was in a chair I was in and out for a full set with gel I loved the shape and all. I am also a very picky person! I should have remembered what my nail techs name was she did an awesome job and we talked the whole time. Recommend for sure!

This salon is wonderful, I was a walk in at 3:45 (closed at 5:00), my nails were a mess & needed a full set acrylic & they fit me right in. Tina & her mother did such a great job. Really took the time to repair & make my nails beautiful again. Im from the other side of the state & wish I could get such amazing service like this at home! Also extremely good priced, I would recommend this salon to anyone that lives with in a hour radius of Lacey WA. If it wasnt 5 hours from my home I would drive to come back.

It has been several since I have had my nails done. Went to Lexy nails today and had tips done, what great work! cant tell that they arent my real nails. Smooth, thin, beautiful! Nail tec works fast, price is very fair. Will go back again!

I love how they take their time and massage your legs and feet... They are super nice.

I’ve been here a few times now and had gel manicures. The ladies do a great job. However the man who works there is incredibly rough and doesn’t seem to get the hint when I told him he was hurting me and filing way too hard. This time he filed my nail beds so much that they actually burned in addition to globbing the gel on way too thick. If you go here, be sure to have one of the ladies because they’re much better.This gentleman is nice but does not do a good job with the manicures.

I do not recommend this place is bad, they do not have enough colors, the finish is very opaque and they charge you more than what is on the price list, they literally steal you, it is the first and last time I go to this place! I have gone to other places and have had better service and a much better price,

I’ve came three times this week and you never seem to be open. I just don’t understand. This is the only place I’ve done my nails and honestly getting tired of coming back and fourth to get my nails done and still haven’t...

I like this place its not fancy but good vibes. The guy technician gives good massage.

Stunned showed up at 5:38pm on a Saturday. The lady flat out tells me they don’t have time to do my nails. Was extremely rude. Mind you on their door she says walk-ins welcome and they close at 7pm. Please don’t bother spending your $$ here. And I sat in my car and saw her allow 2 women to walk into her establishment and get served.

Terrible customer service! Sign on door says closes at 7, I get there at 6:15 and she told me they’re closed. I proceeded to ask why the sign on the door stated something completely different and she tells me she has to clean up. Meanwhile there’s 4 other workers there sitting down eating smh!

Couldnt give 0. I was a first time client today. My visit was awful. Here is why I will not be returning:I called ahead and was told to be there within 5 minutes for a full gel set and a pedicure, I was in the area so it worked out perfectly. I entered the establishment hopeful, I was greeted by a gentlemen who demanded I chose my color. he seemed frustrated for some reason. I was confused as Id never been here so I asked for gell color samples. He directed me into a pedicure chair and vanished. No communication. Very awkward. He returned moments later to fill the pedicure tub. The tub filled gradually and he directed me to put my feet in the tub. It was scalding. I jumped, he laughed. It was rude. He readjusted the water and we continued. He was quite aggressive. He didnt communicate what he was doing at all. He worked with a rushed demeanor. Because of this he cut two of my toes. It was very uncomfortable, but I, (like most people would) tried to stay positive and hopeful that the expirence would get better. I asked for white polish on my toes to match a cute jack skellington pattern Id planned for my fingernails. He applied the white polish over the course of 15 minutes (sometimes it can take awhile) and just when I thought toes were done he grabbed a sanding tool and proceeded to remove the white color. No communication given as to why and when I asked him what he was doing he frustratingly snapped at me that the color was to wet. Having no idea what that meant, I tried to gauge the issue with follow up questions but he just repeated the same thing to me, just louder. Finally, sensing a concern another staff member offered to take me off his hands. I obliged and the gentleman stormed off, very unprofessional like. The woman who took over tried to keep the mood light and airy, I related with this behavior as a saving the sale technique.Things got better before they got worse.. Right before she was about to apply the color polish to the design asked for, she hit me with pricing information very different to what id been quoted when I called ahead. Seeing I was Floored and now frustrated with this new price information, she suggested options. (Their not comprimisable) the options presented to me by her were to pick a simpler design for less of the cost (so, settle) or agree to the new price. I told her I would pay for what Id wanted but I would not return to her business. She was fine with this as she finished her work and accepted my money without even a thank you.This was my interaction today, 10/21/2017. I wont be returning. 95$ for a terrible pedicure, and a full set of gel nails with a design my 8 year old would be proud of Is unacceptable to me.I dont ask for much, but I expect what I pay for. If anything you read here stops another person from experiencing my same frustrations, then Im glad I shared this. Thanks.
