I absolutely LOVED this place. The man who did my nails was so thorough and precise. The staff was so friendly and I found their prices to be very fair. They don’t charge you for random things you don’t ask for like some nail salons do, and they’re fast, but not rushing. My nails had a bunch of little designs, but it still only took about 45 minutes. I will definitely be back:)

I got a pedicure here, and the woman who did them was way too aggressive, especially on my right big toe. Its swollen after she kept digging into the sidewall on the right of the nail, eventually cutting the nail bed (also, there was a chunk of skin that really didnt need to be removed). It bled as a result and is now really painful, especially while walking. The service was great and everyone was very friendly, but there was no safety considered when it came to this nail cleanup. I am happy with how the nails turned out, but the pedicurist was tough on the pressure ( with everything...the filing, buffing, and nail trim) that it made my experience unsettling. Throughout the duration of the appointment, I was clenching my teeth. It is truly unnecessary to treat nails with such haste. I will not be coming back.

Got me in as soon as I entered and did a great job on marble. I cant find anyone to do it right. They did great👍

Mine and my sisters appointments were at 3:30. We didnt leave until almost 7. The nails I asked for i didnt even receive. I didnt even take a picture of my nails because they were so bad I didnt want anyone to see. Absolutely trash.

I chose this salon due to the reviews but the lady who did my toes buffed off the skin three different times on one toe and then swapped to a guy who did a great orange pedicure. Then the same lady came back and cut my other toe. I was so tense by the time I left, both toes were in pain, red, and they still attempted to charge me the full amount. Only took off $20 ... will not be back.

First time here and I will definitely be returning! Very nice people! Love that they take their time with their clients and make sure you your getting exactly what you want. Very clean salon and everything was well organized. Soooooo many gel polishes and dip colors to choose from! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me!

My pedicure looks great, but I dont think Ill be going back. The woman who did my moms pedicure cut her twice and didnt even acknowledge it.The man who did my pedicure bruised the top of my feet during the massage. I told him several times that he was pushing too hard, but he didnt seem to understand. He switched with another nail tech during my pedicure and she handed me the cream for my hand massage and indicated that I should do it myself. My mom got the same pedicure and they did her hand massage as expected.

Best place that amazing all my toes and nails. They gave me a really good Foot & Leg massage. When they do the leg massage they even put those hot rocks on your legs and rub them and it feels so good. However I do wish they would start doing a hand massage. Ive always gotten one of those when I get my nails done.

The staff is wonderful and professional. They always do good job. I highly recommend this place.

Very aggressive nail tech while I was getting my acrylics removed. Made every finger bleed and left in pain. Would not recommend unless getting a new set.

They were busy but didnt feel like they were rushing to get to the next customer. I will definitely be back again.

AMAZING NAIL SALON!!! By far the best salon I’ve found around here. It was my friends 21st birthday and we needed an appt for 3 full sets and they got us in and out within and hour and a half. They take their time with shaping and making sure you’re satisfied with your nails! Will be returning!!

This nail salon and spa is the best! My 14yr old wanted a full set of coffin acrylics and an eye brow wax/shaping and they did an amazing job; this family is professional and the kindest!! Very clean and friendly too!! 😊😍

I decided to visit this nail shop because I read good reviews about it but after getting a full set done I can strongly say I wont be returning. The lady helping me was very nice but the shape and design of the nail was not what I had asked for. They were bumpy and the design was off. I paied $46 for my set but dont recommend.

They are SO good @ taking precautions; theres a paper to sign before sitting down. These folx are SO thorough! Very good techniques; lasting manicures & pedicures. Very good @ dealing w/ingrown toenails.

I got a pedicure done here and it was very relaxing, really enjoyed it. The reason I give it a 4 star is because they did not have me wash my hands before getting my service started and they were not following the 6 feet apart. The man doing my pedicure even touched my feet without his gloves at some point then put them on again.

Amazing! Thats the best word I can use. Emily and everyone are friendly, helpful, creative, and sweet. They are polite and careful. The store is clean and well cared for. Their pedicures and manicures are very detail oriented. They try to do exactly what you ask. They are very customer oriented and gentle.Edit-Update: Watch your wallet, the longer you go, the more they slip things in. Random $5 charges here and there. It got to where I would go every two weeks and never be charged the same amount. Its hard to budget when you arent sure what you are being charged for.

I went in to Butterfly Nails & Spa today in the late afternoon with my mom for two pedicures and we both left happy and relaxed. I had the Cooling pedicure treatment while my mom had the Babys Butt pedicure treatment. The atmosphere was calm and quiet compared to most salons I have been to, which was refreshing. Tan was thoughtful when taking care of me and no part of my treatment felt rushed. The massage helped me decompress and the hot stones/towels were just the right temperature for me! Tamy did a fabulous job with my mom and was gentle and thorough. Everyone we met was kind and welcoming, including Emily, the owner. We will definitely be coming back.

I moved to the area a few months ago and was looking for a new salon to go to for my acrylics. I decided to try Butterfly Nails and Spa because it was within walking distance of my apartment. I am SO happy I decided to try them out. I have been coming here on a consistent basis and have tried many of their services. I get my acrylics done which I think they do amazing on, always the right thickness, shape, and color and never weak. (I am super active and my nails last longer here than they have anywhere else that Ive gone). I have tried 3 of their pedicures, the basic, the baby butt and the cooling treatment. All are wonderful and feel amazing but the baby butt is to die for. (My mom even comes an hour away to get the baby butt pedicure since she has such dry and cracked feet). The cooling treatment feels so nice, my advice would be to not shave right before though. Lastly, I have had their full volume set of lashes put on. I love waking up in the morning and not having to worry about mascara or anything! (Disclaimer: I have never had my lashes done anywhere else so I have no comparison but they look and feel great!) I have brought many friends and family here and everyone always enjoys themselves. I would most definitely recommend giving them a shot! All the employees are super sweet and make an effort to get to know you. The owner, Emily, does a great job running the business and investing in her clients!

This is a lovely salon. Very new, all updated products. They offer dip powder, gel, acrilic, pink and white. Eyelash extensions - they are beautiful. All of the employees are wonderful. They have an extensive pedicure menu ranging from just the basic pedicure to high luxury.I had the best pedicure and I love this place.

Very friendly staff. Every safety precaution was taken and they did an amazing job...And in response to the owner asking me why only 3 stars, Im hard to please?? I dont expect perfection but that is what I reserve 5 stars for. No conversation was had with me and the tech and Im uncomfortable in public as it is. She wasnt UNfriendly, I get there maybe a language barrier so I dont hold it against anyone. I said it was an amazing job and its very true. Ive been around staff that was very obviously rude and I got NONE of that from them. They were very professional. Why not a 4th star then? I am an introvert and the fact that I wrote a review in the first place had me going, hell yeah, I liked that place, do recommend.Do I take any of it back? Nope. Will I add another star? If it makes you feel better about your rating and because I know nothing about how stars work on this, I will change it from 3 to 4. Not trying to be any sort of way, you asked for an explanation, you deserve better recognition.

I started coming here a few months ago and I will not go anywhere else! After Emily left the salon she worked at before (she was my nail tech for a couple years), I was never as satisfied with other nail techs. Emily does an amazing job with dip powder and nail shaping. Ive tried multiple places but only her dip powder manicure looks great for 3+ weeks (after that it just grows out) and she doesnt use a UV light. Shes the one I credit with helping me grow out my thin, slow growing nails - they look great now.Emily is a perfectionist and wont leave a customer unsatisfied. I remember one time I went to her to get my nails done for my high school graduation and I wanted the color to match my crimson gown. I did my best to choose the color from the nail samples and she started doing my dip powder with extensions. Unfortunately with dip powder, you cant tell the true color until later in the process, and thats when I noticed the color was not what I was hoping for. I told Emily that I wished I had chosen a different color, not expecting anything of course (this was at least 15-20 minutes in), and she immediately started clipping off my extensions and removing her perfectly applied dip powder and said I will fix it!. I was shocked. She helped me select a better color and redid all my nails while the salon was busy for no extra charge! My new manicure looked awesome.Im so glad she opened up her own salon. Everyone there, such as her mother, Tammy, is friendly and warm and the salon is very clean and comfortable. I love that you get a shoulder massage with a manicure and that I can schedule appointments online through Facebook. All of this and the prices are competitive. I recommend her salon to everyone I know.
