Love the experience here! They are all. Ive been coming here for about a year now and my nails are always done right. Like some here whos military I am as well and Ive always gotten compliments at work about my nails. I use the dipping powder and its awesome. I highly recommend the gel pedicures. It does get busy around holiday weekends so appointments are sometimes necessary.

I went here for the first time yesterday and I absolutely loved the whole experience. The place it self is clean, and they clean up every time someones in and out. Everyone was so lovely and friendly. The most talented nail artist Ive come across. I get a powder dip and I love it. I have had a number of designs drawn from pictures from my phone. The nail technician says you bring the picture I can draw it and I believe them. Ive also gotten pedicures the waters always warm the tub is wrapped in disposable plastic and they do a heck of a job on an ingrown toenail! The warm stones and warm towels and leg massage are everything. Designs can be a bit pricey but not over the top The place is clean offers plenty of metered parking . They even offered advice on what colors are good for my skin tone. I will be returning.

I got my manicure and pedicure for the first time and they look great. My nails always look great for three weeks after leaving. The staff here have very good technology. I usually come here every three weeks for nail care, this place is great value for money !!!

Best nail salon I have been to! Love it. The receptionist had awesome blue hair and was friendly and helpful. everything was clean . I almost dont want to write a review because I dont want it to get any busier than it already is! I have never had a bad experience and my manicure / pedicure lasts for a long time! He was the perfect amount of chatty and did a really good job.

I paid for a $50 pedicure tech kept talking to the girl doing my hands using her right hand making gestures talking w/ her hands. Tech was literally just rubbing my leg w/ one hand UNTIL I asked can you please massage them. Not just lightly rub. Tech’s started talking in their native language it was about what I just said. You could tell the word strong and I knew it was regarding my request the girl doing my nails made a comment about it to me in English. I felt very uncomfortable. The massage did get better tho. Shame I had to ask. Plus, my nails were cut without asking me first after tech cut one I said heyyyy she said she wanted to make them all even but she should’ve asked me first. I didn’t want them cut. I’m going on vacation soon and I wanted them to stay longer. Once outside in the daylight, I could see the dark blue polish I had on before was still visible on the edges of my nails under the light pink new color. Ugh on several nails! Horrible service and techniques.. that was my first and last visit! The picture doesn’t do it justice. The blue on the edges just make my nails look as if they’re dirty until you look closer and you see the blue color.

Wonderful! Perfect place for meeting with your girlfriend and while relaxing in the massage chair and getting a pedicure we catch up and chit chat and laugh. And, at the end beautiful toes and your feet feel rejuvenated!

They are great here! They take excellent care of their customers and always make sure you are satisfied!

Awesome!!! I had the most relaxing and thorough pedicure and the best Ive ever had. I had some shabby acrylics removed and a new set put on.. Also, the best I ever had. The products they use are top notch and the professionalism is the best! Its very clean and nicely decorated. Plus they all seem happy, engage in friendly conversation and are very kind. I called @110pm to schedule an apt for 2 pedicures. I was offered a 2 pm apt. My husband and I show up on time, after waiting 50 min.with our feet in cold water we finally got up and left. They need to organize timing and schedules better. Time to find a new salon.

I ALWAYS go to this salon. The staff is always friendly and efficient, but spends time on each person. You never have to wait long even though this place is almost always busy... probably because of how great it is. Its been lately remodeled and is gorgeous inside. They always do a great job on nails (manis and pedis) and facials!

Did a beautiful job on my daughters hombre nails. My daughter in laws nails were perfect for her big day. Thank you ladies for such a good job

Absolutely horrible service... The woman who initially did my nails put the acrylic on so thin, within two days two of my nails split my nail beds and another nail broke at the tip... I thought to myself no big deal, Ill just go back so they can fix them... I walk in the door, explain the situation and they took absolutely no accountability and attempted to blame me for their bad job... THEN, instead of actually forcing my nails, a different woman just put nail glue in the two split nails and added acrylic to the broken tip nail (making it half as long as the rest) and repainted them!!! I had to go to a different shop to have them fixed correctly, therefore forcing me to spend twice as much than I should have had to... NEVER AGAIN!!!

I went in for a gel polish change on nails and the woman doing my nails was very careless/reckless cutting into my skin 3 different times in the session, even causing to bleed on first incident. The entire experience was the worse I have ever had in all the years I have been getting nails done. I reported to the owner upon leaving and he was apologetic and offered to fix next visit. Not sure what was meant by that, since damage was done. I would have thought maybe reimbursement for such poor service, but that was not offered.

Ive been coming here for about two years and have always been happy with the service. Other reviewers have mentioned that owners and staff have been rude, never witnessed anything of the kind! Everyone has always been friendly and accommodating.Only once did one fingernail peel within two days and I returned to have it fixed- no problem, no charge.

My daughter and I decided to try a new nail salon in Olympia. I have a very hard time trying to find a place because I seem to always pick very difficult designs. First of all, the staff was amazing! They were VERY interactive and talked to us the whole time. Second, the man who filled my nails was very gentle and did a wonderful job pushing back my cuticles so that the acrylic went all the way to the back of my nail. Last, the lady, PHI, who designed my nails did a wonderful job. I just showed her the picture of what I wanted and she made it look better then the picture. I am extremely happy with this shop and will continue to go back!

I have to say that after reading reviews on here I was very excited to get a pedicure here, I actually looked forward to it for a few days. I am new to the area and was hoping to find a regular place to get pedicures and I was deeply, deeply disappointed. I would honestly venture to say it was the worst pedicure I have ever received. It was Friday morning and they obviously had a rush which is completely fine, if youre a good nail salon you should be busy. It was the way I was treated and the service I received that was the problem. From the time the technician started working on my feet to the time she was finished was 25 minutes--and that included taking off the gel that was already on my toes. Instead of treating them at all she RIPPED the gel off, taking off layers of my nails as well. I had to ASK to have my nails trimmed, ASK to have her actually remove calluses, and there were several parts of the pedicure service that were completed omitted and not even provided. When I got home, there was polish all over the tips of my toes and I had to remove it myself. The entire experience felt rushed and I understand that they were busy but I never felt like my business was important to them. It felt like she was just trying to get done with me and move on to the next one. I was honestly extremely disappointed.

They use VERY cheap products, 4 of my nails broke. I usually go to AM nails (they do wonders) but last minute I had to go here. Not once in my times of going to AM my nails have never broken ever but after going here too many broke way too fast. I had to take the whole set off and they came off so easy. It’s like they don’t use real acrylic because it bent and snapped off like it was nothing. Do NOT recommend if you like your nails to last even a week.

The pedicure I got was amazing but my toenail was filed all the way down the side and I now have the worst ingrown toenail Ive ever had🙁 just a disclaimer for everyone toenails should be squared off, not rounded. Ouch

IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOUD...THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY RUDE. I went in to get a pedicure and manicure due to it being my birthday and I wanted to pamper myself a little bit... I was very specific about what I wanted and the lady said “no I’ll do this for you, you will like it way better”. I wasn’t quite understanding what she wanted to do but I told her 7 times exactly what I wanted & she still proceeded to do what she wanted.. I asked for someone else to please do my nails as this lady was rude and very rough with my hands. She was more concerned on making sure her glasses didn’t mess up her makeup and playing with her hair.. my nails were CLEARLY uneven, my skin was glued to the nails, and like I said before very rough with my fingers and hands.When I was paying for my visit she said some extremely high price that I knew wasn’t right.. little did she fail to mention, what “she wanted to do to my nails” cost me $20 EXTRA!!!I couldn’t believe this kind of service I had and I immediately went to another nail salon to get them taken off and redone. I will never go back to this salon nor will I ever refer anyone to go there. Highly disappointed I had to experience this on that day I did...

To anyone reading these reviews, please keep in mind that the negative comments were from two years ago! This place is wonderful! I walked in a few months ago as a brand new customer looking for a new salon, and I havent gone anywhere since.I love Luxury Nails & Spa because theyre fast and simple. You go in, sit down, tell them what you want, and within half an hour or so, youre out of there. The service isnt rushed, its apparent they know what they are doing. I got my acrylics done three weeks ago and they havent chipped or even come close to falling off. I even went out to the beach with my nails and they survived the sand & rompus perfectly!Compared to most salons, theyre prices never seem outlandish. $25 for plain white tips and $40 for my personal favorite, white glitter.Dont be discouraged by old reviews!

I made an appointment during my lunch hour and waited 20 minutes before leaving to get back to work. Nice decor and clean on the inside, easy location with good parking. Just be mindful if you are pressed for time!

Best pedicure for a great price! My pedicure lasted an hour with different massages, foot mask, and hot stones! This place is the best! Very clean and doesn’t smell of strong fumes!

I have been going here for almost 2 years for acrylics. I occasionally get a pedicure, but most of the time I just have them trim my toenails and swap polish. I have found most of the employees are competent.My nails are somewhat fragile and I am not real careful with them. The litmus test for me is if my acrylics can make it two weeks. Most of the time, they do.

The person doing my nails today must be in a bad mood. She was kinda rude and then didnt want to put a design on my thumb because I have color changing nail polish on. Just an FYI Im paying so what I want on my nails is what I should be able to get!! 😤😤😤😤😤 About my service today will not be coming back for a long while even if I have to drive outta my way to go somewhere else.

I was fed up with T spa and their horrible work ethic and customer service when I fired them in the middle of an appt, and needed someone to fix the atrocious job that they had done on my nails. I stumbled upon Luxury Nails at that time.LUXURY NAILS is everything it claims to be. CLEAN, POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, SKILLFUL, and they are fully equipped.The best part is the owners are focused on providing a luxury experience. They are kind and don’t act inconvenienced if you ask for nail art. The only negative is the pedicures are not the best, but I’m not complaining.

Best nail salon in Olympia. They are very nice and do a great job. I can wear my nails for two weeks before having to get them done.

I walked in to get a pedicure and they didnt tell me it would be a thirty minute wait, so of course the water for my foot soak was ice cold by the time someone finally came to start my pedi. Then I told them I wanted the deluxe pedicure which is extra and its supposed to last between 40-45 minutes, with EXTRA long massage. They were done with everything, including my nail polish, after only 30 minutes. Extra long, my ass. More like youll be waiting extra long to start your service. They dont know how to take their time there, so they just rush everything to try and fit more people in as much as they can. I wont be going back there again.

Great place for spa pedicure! Really nice staff, no overpowering chemical smell, really good massage chairs and, loads of colores to choose from. These two sisters from Oregon will be back, thank you ladies!

Very very unfriendly. Downright rude. I had a few simple and perfectly normal requests about how I like my acrylics and I was treated like I was a pain in the neck. Plus, they use poor quality gel polish. Cheap brands, which dont leave the high sheen that we pay extra for. Not coming back and telling others not to come here either.

I received a shellac manicure that lasted 4 days before it started to peel off. I have been in 2 times since then to get them fixed. They were extremely rude and blamed me for their mistake. The salon was completely empty and they treated me like I was a major inconvenience to them. I definitely dont recommend this place.

Ive been coming here for a couple of years now. Today was my most frustrating experience. I scheduled my appointments, as I always do. The place was very full and busy. Way more people than the staff could manage. I sat over 40 minutes in cold water waiting. I dont expect to be tended to immediately, but this was pushing up against an hour. People were walking in with unscheduled appointments and being attended to. This was even more frustrating! Im noticing how busy you all are and keeping this in mind. This is a business and you clearly strive to serve everyone. However, striving to serve everyone comes at a cost. This is the 3rd time Ive had services that wasnt quality due to the pressure of the workers to get to everyone! My toe nails are clipped all crooked, they werent filed and or buffed. My big toes werent thoroughly cleaned out and are still sore and uncomfortable. Though my appointment was scheduled the worker was telling me they were to busy for me to have the deluxe pedi. Whats the point in scheduling ahead if the services you schedule for are attempted to be pushed off because youre filling up with walk ins? I did get the deluxe, that Ive had several times, but this was by far the least quality one Ive ever had. I felt rushed out. We were told we were all done, but both mine and my daughters toes were still wet with fresh polish. Sadly my daughters polish got all scuffed and messed up. Yes I know you were busy and I get that, but cutting corners is not maintaining quality service. Its really disappointing as I loved coming here, but Ive given it 3 chances now. I have recommended this place to several people. I feel embarrassed if anyone I have recommended is experiencing this type of service also. I had two previous experiences that were also not that great. People have off days and I dont like to just give up on places. No one can do everything and I feel you strive to hard to serve everyone that youre losing the quality of service you one encompassed. Maybe think about whats realistic to manage. Keep your regular customers and this way they rave about you and refer others to your place of business. Autumn is by far the best worker you have. Even when its really busy and people keep walking in she never sacrifices the quality of service she gives to each person that comes in.

Since they moved into their new store customer service has declined and prices have increased. I had to redo the polish on my pedi last week, nails were cut way too short. She was in to big a hurry to get the next person in the chair. We wont go back!

By far the worst place to go for a spa day in Olympia. This place is horrible and should be shutdown. They charged my debit card two times for one pedicure $47 twice went to explain the situation and they made excuses and did nothing about it. I contacted my bank for the extra charge as well as the Attorney General for this place being fraudulent on purpose. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Its a nice clean place but they speed through your service to get to the next person. I didnt feel I got the quality work I paid for because of this.

I came to get a mani and a pedi for my daughter and myself. It was our first visit here. The staff was very rude I told them what we wanted they said they could do it no problem. Spent the next 45 mins in a chair with them speaking in their language the whole time laughing then the other women would come over to my chair and look at my feet. I have no idea what was wrong with my feet but it was obvious they were gossiping about me. Not really trying to hide it either. They never tried to have a conversation with us at all. They treated us like we were a bother. Didn’t speak English most of the time we were there. I couldn’t relax the whole time because I felt so uncomfortable. Then my nails looked horrible as well the gel polish is very cheap and almost like watered down. It’s very streaky. Then I wanted diamonds on my ring finger nail she couldn’t figure out how to get it to stay so that finger the paint job looks bumpy. The diamonds ended up falling off after 20 mins. I paid almost 100 bucks and I could have done a better job myself. They were very inexperienced. Very disappointing! I paid my bill without complaining because that’s just how I am. The girl was trying I will give her that. However she knew they looked bad even said so herself. I feel like she should have given me a discount or something. Will never go back should’ve stuck with my regular shop. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but would hate for someone to have a similar experience. Hope y’all have a better time here than we did. Have never experienced anything like it.

Ive gone here for the past year and am very happy. The do a great job with gel nails and will fix a chip or broken nail free of charge even if its been a week.

They do such a good job and I ask for some pretty creative designs for my nails. I will defently keep coming back here!!

I have come to get pedis here about 4-5 times and always was enjoyable, affordable, and lasted. Two days ago I called at 10am to make an appt. for 3 pedis and 1 mani for my middle school daughter and her friends the day before school. We were on a time frame, hence the appt. Two girls arrived before my daughter and I and told the gals they were waiting for us. We came 5 min. prior to our time and I told them we were all here for the appt. I then left the 3 girls went to Starbucks to get a drink for them thinking they will be seated since I communicated. A party of 4 were given adjoining seats and the girls were still waiting after 15 mins. We decided to leave since we needed to be at the schools open house. I was very disappointed how we were treated and I plan to go elsewhere.
