I had a great experience getting my nails done with them. They asked me how I was doing and if they were hurting me(which they did not) so many times. They asked many times throughout if I liked my shape and how they were turning out. They were just all around very polite and nice. Would recommend them to everyone and will definitely be going again.

They were fast and efficient. Mom of 3 and they were sweet enough to help with my little one after he woke up from his nap so I could finish my fill. Will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

I come here to get my pedicures done, and the ladies always do a wonderful job. She is always very careful to check in with me and she spends the extra time to make sure it is perfect. I have trouble with in grown toe nails, and she is hands downs the best Ive found.

DO NOT GO HERE! waste of time and money!I came in for a full set and a pedi. The full set turned out awful! The color is not evenly on there. And the gel polish didn’t cure completely. This mani is sure to last only one day. Took hours for this to be the finished product.You can just see in my images. These pictures were taken right after getting them done!Pedi equally as bad. They rushed. Didn’t even service a full pedicure (cleaning it up/filing) Rushed through the entire thing. I asked for gel polish and they tried to make me get regular because they were rushing and I had to say “no I want gel polish”I am never going here again! They are clueless with their “skill”.

Should have read the reviews before wasting my money here. The lady kept getting the top of my toes with the nail file and it was so painful. I’m 37 weeks pregnant and was hoping a pedicure would help with my sore feet, not make them worse! She kept digging into my cuticles too deep, I was regularly wincing in pain and had to tell her to stop. On my manicure she applied the gel polish over the edges of my nails and onto my skin so now less than a week later it’s peeling already. Definitely not worth what they’re charging.

First time visiting. I got my first pedicure with my sister. The lady did an ok job. She seemed rushed. The lady that was helping my sister seemed do things a little different. They came out good but there was a lot of spots on my foot where nail polish was left. My manicure is about the same. But the polish was not as good. Polish was all the way up on my cuticles so had to fix the rid of nail polish. I do not recommend this place base on my experience. My sister enjoyed her. I would say get your nails done by the lady at the first desk. She did my sisters and my sister was happy.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I went to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady waxed off half of my eyebrows and the other lady was laughing at me while I walked out crying.

It was my daughters 12th birthday and she and her best friend wanted to get their nails done. The ladies here are open later than most salons which was perfect for us the night of her birthday AND they matched a photo the girls found on Pinterest. Thank you!

This place is terrible. I had paint all over my toes and the pedicure overall was the worst I have ever had. I dont even want to show my feet until I am able to have them redone

I LOVE this place. I went in not knowing what to expect because Id never been to this particular place to get my nails done, but I was pleasantly surprised at how well and fast the tech did my nails. Ive got Rheumatoid Arthritis, so my hands are VERY misshapen and she worked very well and didnt hurt me at all!!Im going back soon for a fill and I think Ill keep going here even though its a 40 minute drive from home. Its worth it!

This nail salon spoke no English to me, they were rude, and the woman burned my cuticles with her file.She never stopped to put any ointment on The Cut. She just kept going, until I took my hand away from her.I will never return.

Both times ive been there, i got the same lady, the older one And he has painted top coat on my skin, and painted the gel polish so far up the nail, it gets on the cuticle and peels the next day. I went back to have them fixed this last time and they are still messy and polish is still on my skin The undersides of my nails are messy as well. She also, instead of soaking my previous gel manicure off, soaked my hands in scorching hot water (i told her it was too hot and she laughed and said hot water feels good) and then proceeded to pick off the polish with her fingers, which was incredible painful, since the polish was nowhere near ready to be taken off yet

Horrible customer service! I walked in today expecting to either get my eyebrows threaded or waxed. I have bushier brows but no one has ever had trouble doing them—wax or threading. I love my thicker brows and I just wanted it cleaned up and shaped. I initially asked if they threaded they said no so I said well how about a wax? (Which I prefer anyways) and they called some lady over who was talking to some other woman outside he store and she came over looking upset that I interrupted them. She looked at my brows and was confused like you sure you dont want them threaded? There is another store across the mall that will I said no I wanted wax. She asked me why I dont do it more often I said because I dont care but today I felt like doing it she insisted one more time I get it threaded and Im now confused on why they just wont take my money. She then took me back to this disgusting room in the back and I should have ran then. She looked pissed and I did get a little rude because Im like why do you care why I want my eyebrows waxed? I told her how I wanted them and she messed them up. They are over waxed now and NO arch. Im irate and near crying. I have never had my eyebrows this thin and I never wanted them this thin. I should have known what I was getting into, but I didnt expect them to want to push a customer away. and it was not like they were about to close, I went toward a normal hour. It wasnt even busy in there. Never will I go there again. I should have known!

Wish I could give zero stars. All the reviews regarding the child-like service is accurate. My six year old brother probably couldve done a better job with my gel manicure than they did. My nails were stuck to my skin and it looked like she had done about one and a half coats. Please save yourself and your money and go somewhere else. The convenience of a mall nail salon is NOT worth it.

Owner did my nails and talked on the phone the entire time I was getting a Gel Manicure. She didn’t soak my nails before trying to get to the cuticles which caused great pain, like pulling on a hang nail.Then during the manicure she only massages my hands for 5 seconds a piece. Because she didn’t know how to cut down cuticles, my gel nail polish went right over the cuticles causing the gel to come up the next day. Along with bubbling.After she put the alcohol on, she failed to moisturize the cuticles, which I asked her for the cuticle oil. She slathered it on like it was syrup on pancakes.Furthermore, their business license expired 8/31/2018.The reason I gave two stars is because my daughter did get acrylics nail done through a employees. It was wonderful! When I went to tip only the employee and not the owner, the employee told me, “She won’t believe that you only gave me a tip and will demand me to split it.” So sad. Owner is a fraud and needs retraining. Employees are wonderful!

Loved it! I have to admit their baseline nail polish selection sucks. I paid an extra $10 to get special nail polish or something and There were a ton more options. So if youre not wanting to pay the extra, bring your own nail polish. But the lady who did my nails was so nice and did a fantastic job! $15 nail fills. I will definitely come back!!

10/10 do not recommend this place. The tech (older lady with the wedding canvas at her station) that did my mani and pedi was rude. She was on her phone texting while doing my toes. She was rushing for no apparent reason because they were not busy. My gel mani, turned out horrid. There seems to be dust/bubbles in the polish. I had polish residue on my skin around my nails due to being poorly cleaned up. She painted on my cuticles, causing the paint on the cuticle to lift, and snag on things which results in peeling. The day after getting my nails done, I had already had one nail chip. I went back to explain to them the over all quality wasn’t great and she painted over my cuticle and she argued with me. She didn’t fix them, she did however fix the one chipped nail. It’s not even a week and all my nails are peeling. Luckily, I had a certificate and only had to come out of pocket $15 for upgrading to gel polish but I will never use this place again. I’m not sure how to upload photos via my phone but just know they are poor quality.

Until yesterday, I had only had pedicures here and they were ok. It had been a long time since I has a manicure, so I thought I would get one, while at the mall. bad idea! Horrible! Didn’t fix cuticles like I ask., made me bleed, slapped some clear coat on and out the door. I will never return. I will make the half hour or so drive to Chehalis Nails from here on out. Now I got to figure out what to do with my messed up cuticles until next weekend. Avoid this place at all cost!

Staff yelling at customers, given broken nail samples, and just plain out rude service. Nails are good and not a very long wait. Just disappointed at the way they treated my little sister today. I most definitely will not be coming back. After reading most of these reviews seems everyone gets treated with rudeness.

I went here twice, the first time was with my sister and I got my nails done and they didnt hurt and they did the design I wanted just like the picture I showed them but I went back here with my best friend and my fingers were hurting, the design was all wrong, and the length wasnt right.They were trying to give her a pedicure while finish her nails and one of the Ladys smudge her nail and didnt bother to fix it just painted over it,like thats going to solve the problem. I got my toes painted blue while we were there and after the polish was wearing off in about a week while my friends was still on because they used a gel based polish on hers but a normal non gel on mine and I notice there was Pink on my toes but my toes were never painted pink.i wont go back here Ill go to a different one next time

If I could give this place zero stars I would because that’s the level of service I got. My pedi lasted MAYBE 15 minutes along with the comment about my hair looking like man hair. I have a short hair cut who cares? Then onto my mani which lasted MAYBE 10 mins. She didn’t sanitize the tools, she basically just took another tool and cleaned out the nail clippers. And to top it all off my nails on one hand looked like a child did them. Nail polish and top coat all over the place. I try not to stray away from my usual nail salon but I needed a break and the one I usually go to wasn’t open. All together my mani/pedi lasted less than 1/2 hour. Don’t recommend this place at all! Don’t let the store front fool you!

If I could, Id give this place ZERO stars. Not only do the staff act like theyd rather be anywhere else, they also dont disinfect any of their tools. I watched a cuticle trimmer go from being used on me to being used on another woman without being washed in disinfectant. It looks like an inviting place from the outside but the inside looks like its never been cleaned.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. Very rude. Argued with me about the shape I requested. Unable to do a very basic coloring. Will never return. Even 1 star is being too generous. When people would come in while I was there they just sat there not acknowledging them.

The first couple of times I came here I loved how my nails turned out, mainly because I always got the same lady, but some of the other ones didn’t do as nice of a job. But the last time I went there, I had brought my friend who was also Vietnamese, and she texted me saying that the lady doing my nails and another worker were talking about me, saying how I was dumb for not knowing what to do when one of my acrylics broke off? They had also said since I looked like I had money, to try and get me to want more expensive things done wich I said multiple times I didn’t want . Basically this place is a hit and miss.

As a single mom I took my daughter with me to get my nails done. She hadnt had a nap so she was cranky. After getting a pedicure and a full set of nails and dropping $75 I was told not to go back.

While at the mall excited for its brand new opening I decided to get my nails done and honestly it was the worst decision I’ve ever made after being harassed And insulted the woman proceeded to cut eight of my 10 fingers open with slices on the side doing nothing to calm it down you think with all of the virus stuff happening in the world right now they would be cleaning their stations but the entire two hours I spent at the location I’ve never seen anyone clean anything very rude and unclean My nails are sore today still avoid this place under any circumstance

Terrible Experience! Im pretty sure the lady was partially blind or something. She cut my cuticle really bad and then tried putting alcohol on it over and over. She never said a word to me until the very end. I got white tips and they looked like a child painted them! Please dont waste your time or money! Go to T-spa!!!!

I paid almost $50 for a manicure and gel polish, only 1 color... and for my toenails to be painted (without pedicure) I did NOT get a manicure, this woman soaked my nails in some tiny bowl so only my nails were being soaked by whatever was in it for about 2-3min each hand, Files my nails and quickly paints. She got nail polish all over my cuticles so the gel lifted from my skin as it grew and cracked after 2 days the gel polish was inside of my nails, all over my cuticles it was HORRIBLE! And I sat and listened to the woman scorn me for having too many kids (she had asked me how many children I have and I have 4)

Absolute nightmare. i went in for a simple gel manicure and i came out with what looks like a child could have painted on my nails. its on my skin- and stuck there because its gel. there were few color options. the gems she put on my nails are totally off center and one is even upside down! not to mention there are only a few employees so they had to keep sending customers away. a girl walked in for a fill and i was told to get up out of my seat in the middle of my manicure and go wait while the lady does her fill real quick.. i could go on and on but really its just bad.

Worst pedicure Ive ever had! My first and last time here. Im usually not one to complain. Ill just smile and know not to go there again, but this is by far the worst pedicure and customer service. They made me feel like a burden to them when they were all just sitting and talking when I walked in.

Liked my nail color and friendly worker. However, some of my nails are crooked and very thick---- its a full acrylic set. Also, I was nicked quite a few times with one of the whirring tools

They dont do ombre acrylics. who doesnt have the equipment for ombre acrylics????!!!!!!

Got a gel manicure and standard pedicure. Most rushed and sloppy mani-pedi Ive ever had. No attention to my cuticles at all, barely touched my heels. Offered me color samples for the gel but then my top pick was empty. No pride in the work at all, just seemed like she wanted to get it done and get me out as soon as possible. (There was only one other customer there.) She made attempts at friendly conversation. I clearly got the wrong nail tech, because the other customer was there before me getting a pedicure and the other tech was still working on her pedicure while I was being rushed out the door. So looks like quality depends on who you get. I wont be returning.

The short old lady is horrible, but the other workers were okay. Since I was Vietnamese, I can hear what they are talking about. And people think its about their clients. Its not. All of the workers there are Vietnamese. They just talk to each other clients because their bad at english, they just speak in Vietnamese.

Rude! Watch out for short, old, grumpy lady that wears glasses on her head. She should not be dealing with the public. She is rough while doing gel nails and they chip. When she does cuticles, she made me bleed. Also, she talks crap about the clients in there as If I care to hear you smack talk the lady in the seat behind me while I bleed to death. The lady I had was super rude. She asked me why I wasnt at work, to which I told her I dont work and she scoffed at me. I had recently cut my hair sorry and she asked me why I cut it so short and isnt your boyfriend angry I said no, I dont know why he would be. Then she said my haircut was choppy and messed up. I just wanted to get out of there. Do not go here.

Worst nail salon in Washington State. These people are scam artists. She kept adding $10 to the price..everything is 10 dolla extra. Dont waste your money or time here. I went in to have gel polish removed and instead of soaking them this old short lady ripped my toe nail in half by pulling off the polish. I told her that was not the proper way to remove gel polish and she proceed to get up and grab foils to remove the polish after my nail was completly damaged. She yelled at me in what sounded like vietnamese. I did not let her finish my pedicure i got up a walked out.The old lady who works here is rude and i hope they fire her because her customer service is at best pathetic.

Lady was very rude to my friend and was criticizing the way they looked. The clipping and polish coating were very uneven. I wont be returning.

I called to make an appointment got there and told me they were done with costumers for the night. Showed up at 5 when they closed at 6 and they were very rude about it.

I chose to come here my nail artist seemed very annoyed by my few questions and acted as I was an inconvenience to her she talked over me and also talked on the phone the entire time I was with her and not to mention that at the end of it the price was some how 38 and all I requested was a full set and one Solid color and let me tell you that set of nails were not worth 38 I wouldn’t have paid 15 for what I got the nails looked chunky and the shape varied from nail to nail.

Seven years ago, I posted a bad review about B Natural Nails & Spa. I want to say that yes, the customer service was terrible then. My daughters nails and mine looked awful, and unfortunately, they did not fix it. They could have since changed, but I cannot say for sure because I have not returned.

This is my second visit there and I left both times unhappy...I left with messy nails, no cuticle remover was applied to remove my cuticles so it was painful and the manicure and pedicure I received were not worth the money at all...worst service I ever received
