Honest outstanding service from a awesome mechanic. I would recommend Kens Auto service to anyone in need of auto mechanic work. Support for our local shops and owners is crucial. Especially when the shop is more concerned for you as a customer and individual, more so than a profit.

I rarely give 5 stars in a review, but I will here. Though the work I have had done here is basic their customer service has been consistently excellent. Always return phone calls, able to schedule effectively and the prices have been very competitive. Thank you.

Great service at reasonable prices. Kens is a long-time automotive repair shop in the Griffin area and theyve got a lot of satisfied local customers. Ive taken my Ford F-150, a Chevrolet Cavalier, and a Toyota Camry to them, with no complaints and Ive been very satisfied with the repairs. Kens is very good at calling before doing more work and they work with you to triage the work that needs to be done now, as opposed to what work you might defer, if you have to make that decision.Why not all 5 stars? With some of the staff at Kens, you have to be careful about asking questions and extracting the important information you need, not only to make a repair decision, but also to find out what was actually the issue - and in some instances what work was actually done - with your car. It shouldnt be so difficult.Also, Kens supports local area community groups such as the Griffin Neighborhood Association.

Cant praise these folks highly enough. Theyre honest and reliable and go out of their way to help out in a pinch.

Great service recommend it

Ive used Kens Automotive for 4+ years, and they always do a great job. They help me keep my 2001 Civic in good repair on a tight budget, and explain which repairs are necessary, and which ones can wait. I trust them. They go the extra mile for their customers.

I really want to give these guys a higher rating. Their customer service was great, the kept me in the loop every step of the way. The problem was they couldnt figure out what was wrong with my truck after about 12 hours rechecking all the work I did myself. They did find that I put the fuel filter on backwards ( had no effect on the problem). Other than that they failed to figure out the problem. I had a buddy come over and 2 hours later with nothing but a multimerer figures it out. They will be honest, and upfront with you.

Very great job! They started my car day before Xmas and finished it day after xmas. Its nice to know you have a good mechanic someone you can trust and depend on. On top of it all very reasonable price.

I have not personally use their Automotive Services but the business and the management customer service skills are exceptional currently ran out of gas right down the street from there shop and I ask for help they didnt look at me weird they didnt judge me they said they have a little bit of gas to help me cuz I saw I need a little gas in the gas can and I will be returning the funds for the gas that I can use of theirs and not many companies or individuals would be that helpful or kind of stranger
