Took a recently purchased used 2003 Honda Accord to have looked over. They made very reasonable suggestions on what to replace to get the best performance for my car, and offered a couple services at no cost. Work was done within a very reasonable time frame and the customer service was excellent. This shop was recommended by friends in the area and I was not disappointed. I feel confident driving my vehicle after being serviced here. It also came with a great warrantee. Would recommend.

What an absolute pleasure the gentleman here are to work with. I came in to have my car inspected to see some damage under the car caused by a construction and they took care of me without question, even though my car is lowered. They were patient and careful getting it onto the lift and treated my car as their own with a smile on their face. First time ever being here and I will come back for further work to be done when its required/needed. Im beyond shocked with their customer service and th it generosity.

I moved from Oly about 5 years ago and Madrona had come highly recommended by people I trusted. I had them replace a clutch and tune-up my pickup before I moved. The year after I moved I had my truck tuned-up again only to have my mechanics in Phoenix reveal that I had been driving with the wrong wires, plugs and distributor for a year. I just replaced the clutch again last month and my new mechanic said that the replacement clutch Madrona had installed was missing vital parts causing its premature failure. You dont always get what you pay for; sometimes you simply get taken for a ride.
