The manicure was great Lisa was wonderful. The receptionist didnt tell me when I made the appointment that you couldnt put tips on your card.then she said my card would not process I explained I know it works I just used it elsewhere she typed it in and said it didnt work. I had to use another card I didnt plan on using. I called the bank after I left and was still in the parking lotnd nothing was wrong with my card and used it at the giant down the street no problem 20 min later. Now I have to drive back Saturday to deliver the tip to Lisa who should have had it Friday if communication existed. I would have been a long term client but dealing with this turned me off to the salon

Had a great time here as a first time customer; the nail tech was nice and easy to chat with. She was attentive, friendly and professional. The all team was actually; I was greeted as I arrived and before taking the road. Service did not take long and was well done. It’s a clean, nice place. This will be my new to go place for nails! My hair stylist Roxy is the best. I followed her from Bubbles to Salon H2O! She is sweet, caring, to the point and great at her job. I get my cuts with her (I have long thick wavy dark hair), as well as single process color. She is great with with more complicated color work, I just am not into the fancy stuff, otherwise I would totally trust and try her. She is also very knowledgeable and honest in consulting about products to use, cooperative, and on top of creating a pleasant experience for her customers.Sam, the lady who prepped my hair and did the wash and treatment is the sweetest ever!My first time trying a manicure and pedicure at all! I am used to do my own beauty work and as a perfectionist I am quite picky about quality and hesitant to have somebody else accomplish it for me. However, I decided to take the chance and I was not disappointed today! Lisa did my nails (Spa Manicure/Pedicure w Gel French Nails) and she did a wonderful job. She was also very sweet. However, me being my perfectionist me, had to file the nails to the perfect leveling on the sides and corners, after getting home. Overall, I am totally pleased with the service and would %100 recommend her. I will try it again.

This is hands down the best Salon in the Olney area. Clean, organized, professional, honest, and friendly staff. I found the best hairstylist/colorist too! I’ve had 4 balayage in the last 6 years in different salons and Leah’s work is by far the best of them all. She did an amazing job with my haircut too. She listens to what you want, takes her time, and ensures all the little intricate detail during the 3hr process is worth it. Leah does not disappoint. No wonder she is always booked! I will keep coming back here and recommend her phenomenal work and the salon’s superb services to my friends and family. Thank you Leah and Salon H2O for a wonderful experience! 😍

I have been seeing Leah for a couple of years now and she’s simply amazing. Each time I see her I’m blown away. Leah takes her time and really listens to what I want. I never do the same color twice. It is really difficult to do some of the colors I want but she nails it every time. I used to go to a salon in Bethesda that charged twice as much and wasn’t nearly as good as Leah. She’s truly gifted. I leave the salon feeling like a new woman with a boost of confidence. Leah is by far the best!

I am a wellness salon owner in California and always like to support salons when I travel. I was in Maryland for 2 weeks and needed highlights and a haircut, so, being close, I tried this place. First of all they could not have been any more unorganized at the front desk as well as extremely rude. After waiting for an hour, I was early by 10 minutes for my appointment, an older stylist called “Duke” greeted me rather coldly and led me to a chair. I will cut to the chase...what he did to my hair was absolutely dreadful! The haircut was disgraceful and the color was even worse! It was as if this guy had no training at all! I was appalled and literally cried on my way back to the hotel. I did not want to write this review but if I can save anyone from going through a similarly horrible experience as I did, then I thought I should write it.AVOID this place !

I got my nails done here and i loved it! the lady who did my nails was myle and she is just so nice and sweet, part of the reason i want to get my nails done again is just to be able to sit through the process with her. i originally went in for acrylics but she said that doing dip nails were easier on the nails and more natural so i went with them instead. the service there was so nice, whether it was with myle or at the front desk. i loved the way my nails turned out too. i got french nails but with easter colored tips (like pastel colors). myle did them really well and she seemed really skillful. she didn’t rush at any part of the appointment and handled each part with care, which i appreciate a lot. since what i got done required a lot of layers of gel polish on my nails, one nail’s polish started peeling the next day after i took a shower. i went in today (two days after i got my nails done) for a nail repair and she redid the nail that was peeling but this time she used less polish. unfortunately another nail peeled later today 😭. i understand why it peels from all the coats of polish, next time i’ll do a simpler nail. i still love my nails with or without the peeling and i think myle did a really good job!

I love their online booking tool, great COVID protocols and reward system! Mary gave me a fantastic gel mani/pedi and provided the BEST nail repair Ive ever had. They now have a new regular client 😁

I usually get my hair done at bubbles in Olney however, due to a last minute plan I wanted to get a shampoo/blow-dry with curls done at Salon H20. I have been to this salon couple of years to go to get a color done and the hairdresser did the wrong color on my hair! I have black hair and needed a dark brown/caramel color and she died my hair blonde. Just imagine! Thats when I started to go to Bubbles. Yet, with a first time bad experience I returned again last week.I ran about 5 minutes late due to road construction around there and they made it seem as if I was so late! Also, the receptionist was on her phone and looked up at me unprofessionally with a rude tone to ask what I was there for. She said, You are late, I am not sure if Rita can take you I apologized for being 5 minutes late and agreed to get my shampoo/blow-dry done with any stylist. Then, Rita was available to do my hair and asked if I wanted to get my hair washed. What does that mean? I was there for a shampoo/blow-dry to begin with. Rita did not greet me or anything and asked someone else to wash my hair for her. While she was blow-drying, she said she has to go to a doctors appointment that she will be late for. I felt like my 5 minutes made a huge deal. Either way, I was not happy with the end result of how my curling was done and paid $60 for everything (while they said over phone when I was making the appointment that it would cost me about $45 in total). I usually pay much less at Bubbles for better customer service, amazing hairstylists for a better job done with my hair.The place was clean however, sorry to say, Salon H20, you failed me at my second visit there as well.

Update:They redid my manicure free of charge and a week later it still looks great! Really appreciated them reaching out to me and everyone Ive met there has been super nice.I can only speak to their nails, but Im really disappointed. I spent a little more on my nails than I normally would because the salon had good reviews. I like gel manis for the same reason everyone else does, they last so well. But the one I got here lasted not even a week. Within a day, small cracks had appeared in the polish. After a couple more days they started to chip. It hasnt even been a week and the polish is starting to lift and peel. I dont know what caused it, but needless to say I wont be returning.

My 1st time here today. It was absolutely fantastic. Lisa gave me the best pedicure I have ever had in my entire life. I love that this place is a one stop shop. This is a very nice salon. Everyone is professional and friendly. Christina cuts my hair regularly and sometimes I go to Duke. They are both wonderful and so kind to my daughters and I. I highly recommend this Salon. Always a great experience!

I have now received hair services from Duke twice and could not be happier. My hair cut was well executed and exactly what I wanted. My color is better than I hoped for. The salon is large, clean and well-staffed. They offer a wide range of services, which I look forward to trying out.

I’m 30 and have been blonde for about 12 years now and I have never had anyone not only achieve the cool toned white blonde hair I want but to do it so quickly! My hair pulls a lot of orange and she know what to do. It’s always nice seeing Angela and talking to her. :)

Not a great service at all. I had an appointment for a haircut. When asked if I wanted to have my hair washed, I said yes, if its part of the service. She then said, lets see what you want to have done first. Then as soon as I told her, she started cutting. My ears came out uneven, she nicked me with the clippers, never gave me a mirror to look at the back of my head, and didnt even bother to blow-dry my hair to get all the clipped hair out. I was in and out of the chair in 10 minutes. Not worth it at all. Terrible service for the money. I even had to finish around my ears once I got home

A few weeks ago I was looking for a salon to help my sister-in-law. She had been a recluse in her home for a very long time and had not touched her hair. Her hair was so tangled it looked like she had a beehive sticking out of the back of her head. My mother in laws service was in 2 days and we had to do something. After trying one place we found SalonH2O. What a God send. The minute we walked in we were warmly greeted and the receptionist after hearing the situation went back and spoke to Sirena. We came back the next day and Sirena was so professional and caring. We had a few bumps and each time she was very gracious and patient. We even had another stylist come over to encourage her because it was so traumatic for her. Can’t say THANK YOU enough!! Jackie Catoe

Had the worst experience in my life. Went in for a manicure they bugged me over and over to get gels. I finally said yes. They bumped me around between 3 techs. Tried to use old thick nail polish on me. When I pointed it out after three different trys with 3 colors they blamed me for not having enough time. Plus they went right ahead in put the old product back into there stock. Nails started falling off after two days. Called and tech said she would fix it no charge obviously. When I got there one of the managers yelled at me in front of everyone saying I was trying to get free service. The tech did not stand up for me and that it was a new problem. They always overbook, shuffle you around between techs because they are always running late and OVERBOOK!!! The techs are terrible, do not have enough experience and are always trying to bump you up to a more expensive job. I have heard from friends that they had similar experiences and would never go back. It blows my mind that they can have such a high rating. They must text them in themselves⁉️😡 PS I am a former owner of several salons for over 20 years. I am a professional make up artist, skin care specialist and nail technician. Have worked in front of the camera since the age of 13. I now work behind the camera with actors and movie studios. Believe me when I say skip this place. Its not worth your trouble. Plus they are snotty unprofessional people just looking to make a fast buck and could care less how you are being treated and this is mostly the management. They truly deserve 0 stars and they are so overpriced. 😫😱💩!!!!!

Nice hair salon with friendly staff. The salon stations need to be cleaned better. From my chair they looked dirty and disorganized. Prices were good for hair dye, but paying $30 for a blow dry is ridiculous.

Have been using thuy for nails and wax intermittently for over a year. She does a phenomenal job, is polite and courteous. She always remembers us and treats us like regulars!

I am very happy with the styling and color services Ive received. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed. The staff are friendly.

Hair stylist are nice and courteous, but the owner, Duke Lyon, has horrible customer service. It seems this business does not believe in receiving negative feedback. Both times I was there (first by myself and second time with family), they are always running behind schedule. They dont apologize if they are running late, but try to accommodate you with another stylist. My second time hair cut was pretty bad, and the stylist didnt seem to not know what she was doing. I sent a note to the owner/manager, Duke Lyon, complaining about the haircut (with a picture of the haircut), and he responded saying that our salon is not the right fit for you. Please feel free to find another salon to meet your expectations. Bad experience and horrible customer service. A reputable company that is customer service oriented would request that the client come by and see what they can do to meet expectations - this is not the case with Salon H2O in Olney.

I enjoyed my first visit to this salon, where I had my hair colored and cut. Everyone there with whom I interacted appeared very knowledgeable, helpful and considerate.Im pleased with the results and plan to return.

I have never been to a salon where the pedi lasts 3+ weeks until I went here!!! No joke. Pedi lasts 3.5 weeks usually. Everywhere else I go, the pedi only lasts 2 weeks TOPS. Plus, all the nail technicians are super-friendly and helpful, especially Nina! :) For reference, I have been coming here for almost 7 years.

Had a Mani pedi, great job, just a bit pricey for the area.The pedi chairs are nice, but not any nicer than others nearby that are more reasonable. My nails look great and I didnt have to wait!
