I had the same issue as Mo. i only went to Luxuria for Rachel. I too had an unused gift card I ended up using on a pedicure. Gail is WONDERFUL but the setup leaves a bit to be desired. For the price ($68!) the pedicure area should be more professional. I ended up with some money left on my gift card after the pedi and decided to use it on some sample size shampoo and conditioner. After leaving I realized I was overcharged by a few dollars. Not a big deal but after paying $68 for a pedicure and $24 for sample size shampoo and conditioner I was annoyed. I called and Erica was very sweet. She said she would leave a message for the manager to call me so I could get a refund. Two weeks later and no calls. Disappointing experience for a very long-time customer.

Have been seeing Rachel for years for waxing. Excellent service by Rachel, never an issue! I was gifted a gift card last year but avoided going due to close contact and covid restrictions. Rachel is leaving and she is no longer taking appointments. No announcement on the website, her photo still appears there. Nor is there another esthetician on staff. Luxuria will NOT refund gift card and is trying to sell unwanted products and services which I get elsewhere for better value. How very unfortunate and unprofessional, especially given years of being a client! Hope my money really makes a difference to your bottom line!

I have been going to luxuria for over 10 years now. Kristin is my stylist and I love her. I have recently been in a situation where I cant wash my own hair. thanks to Kristen the wonderful people at luxuria Ive been washing my hair twice a week for 6 months. at no charge. nowhere else would this happen. luxuria is not just a hair salon to me. it is part of my family. they watch out for me. thank you Marggie for such a wonderful shop.

Kat is wonderful! Shes a great help when making changes, big and small.

Great Salon. Everyone is so happy and helpful. They are wizards with scheduling...they will always try to fine a way to get you an appointment. The stylists are all very talented and they give you the attention you deserve. More are always on time, and if theyre not they apologize. My wife has been a faithful customer for years.

They do not know how to work with black people natural hair. They need to either hire someone that does or just don’t take clients with black natural hair cause they do not know what they’re doing.I’m not sure if her name was Melissa or Stephanie but she did not know what to do with my hair and was rushing me to get out her chair because she had another client coming in.As a fellow business owner I felt very disrespected and would never treat my clients this way. I ended up missing my meeting after my appointment here, I went home and my sister was able to blow dry my hair no problem .I recommend if you’re black with natural hair, don’t go here

I always enjoy my time at Luxuria and feel like a whole new person when I leave.They treat their clients wonderfully...the staff is always welcoming, ready to answer questions, and helpful while making appointments.Kristin does my hair, and I always get compliments on the color and cuts. Rachel does a great job with waxing, facials and more. Gale and Megan are both skilled in making the nails get pretty. I do mainly pedis, and they are always helpful with picking colors and making my legs and feet feel like a million bucks.I see other stylists doing their thing and the clients always leave looking great.I wouldnt want to go anywhere else.

Stephanie McMahon, is excellent, professional and does a fantastic job! She cares about her clients and her work! She will give you her best and her work is a art! I definitely recommend her!

My hairstylist Erin was amazing!!! She was very catering to my style and was amazing at holding conversation and just a great joy to have cut my hair. Would highly recommend Luxuria to anyone who asks

I have been going to luxuria for the past 10 years on and off. More off than on. It appears that they have a problem keeping staff of other ethnicity. My last and final visit turned out to be a nightmare. I had long beautiful hair. I distinctly told the stylist that I had lost some of my hair due to my medication but it was growing back. This stylist assured me that she would give me a fabulous hairstyle that would make my hair look full while my hair was in the regrowing process. She even told me that I was not loosing my hair and that it was normal to lose about 400 strands and that I have a lot of hair.To my dismay this person took the scissors with the shear and had a hair party. Then she added hairspray to make my hair look as if it had body. I proceeded to the checkout area only to be told my bill was over $200.00. When I reminded her about the special my bill went to half the price.When I got home my spouse was horrified. I could see straight through my hair from the top to the ends. I had to find a competent hair dresser who cut the entire shoulder length hair to neck length. My friends and family that knew what my hair looked before asked if I was ill. When I asked why the response was “ I have never seen your hair so thin.Margie what’s going on. Why can’t you keep hair dressers that know how to handle different hair textures.Not a good sign. All Caucasian except for the nail technicians. 😮

Went in to color my hair for the first time ever. Everything was explained step by step, and I got exactly what I hoped for and more! Many compliments!! Everyone was extremely hospitable and made you feel at home. Overall a very positive atmosphere!

We found Luxuria a couple of years ago after moving into the area from out of state. A good friend recommended them to us. And theyre the best salon Ive ever been to. Really love them. I can strongly recommend any and all of their services.

They have great customer service and all the girls are really nice. Very knowledgeable and do a great job.

I don’t recommend this nail salon. They didn’t have enough staff so service was very slow. No apologies for the wait. Several people came in and walked back out because of the wait. Staff not friendly either.

Katie has been cutting my hair for years & she is a true miracle worker. Before I met Katie, I had gone to another hair place in Ashton who actually burned my hair during the color process. When I thought it was helpless - Katie fixed/recut/super power conditioned my hair - she totally saved the day & turned a horrible situation into a good experience. Everyone at the salon has been very nice, welcoming and professional - I always walk out of the salon feeling great about my hair experience. The only negative is that their rates can be a bit pricy but they are totally worth the results.

I stopped in for a hair cut and beard trim this evening. It cost $45.00 to shave my head to a zero and trim a little hair off my neck, and the lady still missed hair on the front, side and back of my neck. The way she handled the clippers, Im not sure she ever cut a mans hair before. I wont be back, nor will I recommend them.
