Quick pedicure while getting a chair massage. The warm stones at the end was a welcome difference.

Ive been getting my nails done here for as long as I can remember and have had nothing but great experiences. The staff are all very sweet and do a great job. Prices are pretty much the best Ive seen in the area too.If theyre too busy to give you timely service, theyll tell you which I really appreciate since I feel like many other salons wont turn people away but then leave you waiting and waiting. Highly recommend!

My experiences there have varied, even with the same person, Emily. This past time I told her I wanted my nails trimmed a little bit and she cut a few of them down so short that after they were filed, you could see the skin under a few tips of my nails. A really bad job not to mention it hurt!But what made it worse was that excuses were made.. that she wanted to make my nails even. Yet my nails were not even at all. On top of it, she cut a few my cuticles.Very disappointed. My nails look butchered and a few were kind of butchered. Even WORSE I was not given an apology. Apparently it was my fault. No acknowledgment that she had messed up.I would not recommend Emily and while the staff is friendly and a fun environment, customer service is most important.When I tried to speak to Ann about it afterward, she didnt acknowledge what had happened. They really didnt take seriously that Emily hurt me. Even tried to say my nails were even...they were not.No one would cut nails and file them that short to expose the skin. OUCH!

Probably the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I went for a gel full set I wanted medium/long the lady did my nails took up to 2 hrs giving me a short set and told me I had to pay 55 dollars because they’re long. Whatever I paid. It has yet to be even 5 days.. the paint is chipping, 3 nails are broken and some are loose mind you this a GEL set. They messed up the shape I wanted I will never return . Not worth the money, not worth the time never again.

Courteous skilled staff, very clean facilities. I love the hot stone massage which is part of the pedicure.
