Amazing customer service and only took about 30 minutes for them to get here after I called. Took himabout 2 minutes to get everything done. He was super nice! I wish I could remember the man’s name. I believe he said John or Johnny but either way he was very nice! Reasonable price also!! Will definitely be using Lazer Towing in the future.

Called Lazer towing to pick up my car, they said it would be about a 3 hr wait. I agreed to the price and waited 3 hrs and they never showed and did not answer the phone so I was stuck. Is this how business is done in 2021. Would rather they told me to find someone else😡👎🏾

The young man that came to pull our vehicle was very nice. It was early morning, still dark outside, cold and raining. He arrived quickly and worked very hard to get us pulled from the mud. Very grateful..

THIS IS THE BIGGEST GROUP OF CROOKS IN THE BUSINESS. THEY TOWED MY CAR FROM A PARKING LOT ON A FRIDAY. IT WAS A HOLIDAY WEEKEND SO THEY WERE CLOSED TILL TUESDAY. TUESDAY CAME AND THEY CHARGED ME OVER 1000 FOR THE TOW AND STORAGE FEE. THEY ARE ALSO VERY ANTI VETERAN SO BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS

My car was recently towed, Saturday, by Laser Towing after my car accident in Olive Branch, MS. The gentlemen who came out was nice and very concerned about the well-being of me and my infant child, which was greatly appreciated. Three days later, my car was finally moved from their 5250 Hacks Cross Rd location to the facility where the repairs would take place. When I arrived at the repair facility to retrieve my belongings, my car was completely searched through!!! The inside of my vehicle was dirty, as if someone with dirty clothes sat in my car looking for valuables, paper was tossed everywhere, compartments were clearly opened, my trunk was trashed and my brand new $25 garden hose that was just bought from Walmart that same day of the accident was stolen!!! Seriously?My car was a vehicle involved in an accident, not some random abandoned junk car picked off the side of the road somewhere!I certainly didn’t think my property would be tampered with or stolen since my vehicle was in holding status to be retrieve by my insurance company.I called Laser Towing that same day of discovery, the dispatcher told me to call him back as he would ask around for information. When I called him back, of course, no answers. Just a bunch of “I DON’T KNOWS” & “WE DON’T DO THAT”! Nevertheless the dispatcher was kind and understanding, about why I was upset, he was sorry about what happened, he also said there was nothing he could do because he has JUST the dispatcher. Well, I’m gracious for the sympathy but none of those proclamations could change the reality of my property being ransacked and me being ROBBED. Ironically, it was the Olive Branch Police who called LASER ‘LOOTERS’ TOWING in the first place, THANKS A LOT!

Dont bother to call them after hours they dont like doing their job after 5 pm and are very rude. I would NOT recommend them call another tow service if you dont want to get ripped off.

This guy towed our trailer and hit a bridge with and wont even fix the thing back to the way it was. Wont answer calls or texts.

Slow as hell, I called them at 10:30 am it was 2:00 PM and they still hadnt made it I just call them and told them it was ok, so I called J&B towing they came in 20 minutes and both companys are in olive branch
