Brought my Traverse to have it looked at due to it shaking at certain speeds. I was called back in a timely manner and told that it was a transmission issue and they could not repair. They recommended a transmission repair facility that was phenomenal. I picked up my vehicle and was not charged for their diagnostic’s. 5 star ⭐️ Business, I will return in the future.

Took it to darbys and they were extremely rude and I had a bad experience.Well turns out I had a screw in my tire.We did a plug job at home. Then went to Cecils to make sure thats the only issue and to get them to plug it professionally.I took it to Cecils very skeptical and my father was too.Not only did the check and re-check my tire because my ongoing issues, but they were beyond honest. They said the plug on my tire was good and didnt need to be re-done. They did all this and didnt charge me a dime. I wish for more honest and respectable mechanics like them. I had to learn the hard way to go to a mechanic that is trust worthy. I highly recommend them!

They were not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. But good quick friendly and quality work for the price paid. Jared is the main person I dealt with and he was great. Explained everything and didnt try to over charge and add other stuff that was not needed.

The only place I take our cars. They are good and honest mechanics. Its family run and they charge a fair price. They arent the cheapest and they arent the most expensive, but they are the best.

A friend of mine, has a two year old son who has cancer and brought her car in to get it fixed because she desperately relied on her car to get to appointments and transport to and from the hospital. After the owner learned of this, he told her not to worry about the $400 to fix the car, and he did it for free! I’ve never seen character like that in my life. Definitely an honest and trustworthy guy who isn’t in it for the money. He deserves an award!

I give them 3 stars for the good service; however I think that they were high on the labor cost for parts that were not that difficult to install. Also I informed the service tech that I had recently replaced one to the sensor and only needed one but they replaced both anyway

This place will rip off a female in a heartbeat. Went to get my oil changed for the first time and they charged 86$. Went to get my oil changed for the second time and they charged me 96$ for the same service. 10$ extra charge for nothing. Also tried to charge $200 to change a HEADLIGHT! A 18$ light, including tax and less than 30 minutes of work. Grade A example how mechanics try to take advantage of women, you will have better luck at firestone down the street!

I called to get an estimate and the person on the phone should not be answering the phone. Answer like i have no idea, you have to bring it and then i can tell you. I ask what day and time is best, just bring it and leave it and well get to it, but we are closed on Saturday. Thanks but no thanks. Clearly you must not want business. Take your business where it is valued and wanted.

Twice I have taken my vehicle here for a service and twice they have been unable to complete the service they quoted but still charged full price. Had to take elsewhere and pay again to fix. Use at your own risk!!!

I took my Handicap Van to a shop in Byhalia to have some work done on it and the guy didnt put it back together right which caused it to run horribly and would not stay running if you didnt keep your foot in the gas pedal, anyway Cecils fixed it for us and it now runs like it is suppose TO!Thank you Cecils! Friendly and trustworthy mechanics, they get to the point and go in detail if you are confused. only problem is that they do not open on weekends, which i can work with.

Asked for a head gasket replacement quote and he said they dont do that... Im a roofer and I could replace a f###ing head gasket if I had the time. What kind of auto repair doesnt replace head gaskets. A fake one that apparently doesnt have professionals working for them.

I hated this from the jump they cant give a estimate on the phone so they let you spend 75 dollars for a tow then they have your car sit in the sun to bake then they over price you on labor and parts dont use............eva!!!
