Great service. Not expensive and they get the job done

Nice guy. He came in on his day off to release my car. Alittle expensive but hey every tow company is pricey.

Why is this company even open? Called and spoke with a very very rude gentleman this morning claiming to be the owner and it was very far from the pleasant reviews that have been placed here. I’m pretty sure, the 4.5 rating is more than likely from friends but that’s another conversation for another time. This man complained that it was 7 am but every website and post they have shared says it is a 24 hour facility. If you don’t wanting anyone calling that early change your business hours, at least that is my opinion. Customers that have been put in a bad position to call this towing company have to endure horrible treatment just to get answers to know what to do from there. I’m pretty sure the ratings here are completely bogus. I was hung up on twice by said owner, so I call a third time and he first words were “this conversation is over” and I don’t appreciate being treated this way. I work for an attorney and deal with towing agencies ever day and I have never been treated so horribly. This company honestly doesn’t deserve the business it receives if they are going to treat paying people this way.

Quick, cheap, and kind people!

Fast and friendly service. They were closed when my truck got towed and waa nice enough to come open the shop up for me to get my truck. I give 10 stars!

This towing establishment has some questionable business practices and takes advantage of paying customers. I experienced unprofessional hostile service from dispatch and threatening conduct from driver that resulted in local law enforcement involvement.Thanks to JB towing who saved the day. Every time Ive ever had a problem or a family member has had a problem we have all taken our car or truck to final touch.... when they call us to pick it up it is ready inspected and we dont have to bring it back awesome job guys as long as youre open I will never change....
