Ashley the receptionist went above and beyond to help get my car ordeal taken care of!! And Brian the mechanic was very knowledgeable about things and it put things at ease with knowing that my car would be taken good care of and that I could trust the staff enough to return for other services if I have to in the future!

Tom was great. I got up this morning with a flat and then found my spare was also flat because of stem damage. He had a tire for me and fixed my spare. We were back on the road by 9:30am after calling at 8am. Wonderful service. Thanks to Tom and the crew at Pep Boys.

I found a great deal for new tires online but they were saying I had to go to Frayser to get the install. I called the OB location and Ashley was amazing. She was able to get me the same deal as online and scheduled my install. Went today and found out the deal I found was supposed to be removed from the website 3/31/21 & just knew they were going to charge me full price. I was pleasantly surprised when the manager said they would honor it. Great service and I will be back for all my car needs!

This location is a provider for tirebuyer.comordered 6 tires had shipped to this location. And being a installer for tirebuyer they wouldnt install nor honor pricing that they posted themselves for installing 6 tires. told they wouldnt do it. ive been a customer for 5 years. they are running good customers off and this is the second bad review ive given to this location. everytime i go there its different employees at location .maybe this problem exists within district management or by someone hirer up that just doenst k ow the meaning of taking care of the customers. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO PEPBOYS AGIAN.THEY HAVE REALLY LET ME DOWN AGAIN!!!!!

Absolutely the worst place ever. Scheduled an appointment for a tire rotation only to get their and they would not do it because I purchased my tires elsewhere. What a joke!!!

These people are absolute sweetheart, me and my mom were traveling through California and our tired popped, we went there ten mins before closing desperately looking for help and they helped us. They had amazing service and attitude. They didn’t make us feel bad about coming in, and helped us so much. I wish I lived in the area to recommend this place to everyone! Go her you won’t regret it. They helped my overheated truck

I came in for a wheel alignment, rotate and balance, and knocking noise, the wheel alignment was complete but they did not assest the knocking noise and did not rotate and balance! Worst customer service and will not be coming back nor refer to nobody!

The receptionist was awesome!! I ordered tires and they were able to squeeze me in and the process was super fast! One of my tires also had a nail in it but I wasn’t going to fix it due to I’m ordering 2 more tires in a few weeks and the office person had the service guys fix it for me on them because I was traveling !! That was so kind of her and I just had the best experience with them!!!

Was sold a managers special for oil change/rotate tires. After the oil was changed and tires weren’t rotated I was told they couldn’t because I had 200 lbs of pavers in truck bed only after the fact. Still charged me same price.No refund offered and said just can’t do it. How then can you change oil without putting on lift and raised truck off ground with lift to get underneath to change oil but not safe to rotate tires? Not very good liar / customer based that was told a bold face lie.

Even on their busy day were able to take time to fix my tire leak.

Pep Boys took over Mathis Tire operation. It seems to me when one business takes over the other, you take over everything - meaning the clientele list, the inventory and the obligations. I paid for lifetime alignment for several of my cars with Mathis Tire, but when I came to Pep Boys they did not honor it and wanted to sell me their version of the service I already paid for, which they took over - really poor business practice.Follow-up: got an email from corporate asking if I had contacted Mathis Tire about that. Somebody obviously overdosed on stupid pills before sending the email, because Mathis does not exist in our area anymore - you morons bought them out, so why or how would I contact them if Im dealing with you, dummies?!?!?

We just left and we can’t thank them enough. We rented a car with hertz and this morning we started driving it had a low pressure light. We thought this was possibly from a weather temp change and unfortunately this was at 5am so there wasn’t much we could do, we were leaving for a 10 hour car ride. After filling it up a couple times we saw them off the highway and stopped in. They were quick to help us! Come to find out our rental car which only has 5500 miles on it had a slow leak from someone patching it before in a spot it shouldn’t have been. Anyway, they spoke to hertz and had it handled. We truly appreciate all the guys there that helped us. They were so nice and accommodating!

Got an oil change and Ashley customer service was Great!

They kept my precious little cook waiting on an oil change and new brakes for six hours. Because of this I am now without delicious homeade Curry and must wait until tomorrow to sample its beautiful flavors. I do not know how or when, but one day soon you will rue the day you postponed my date with decadence. I bite my thumb at you!

Honest fast and friendly service

I have been to this location for the last two weeks trying to get my oil changed under my prepaid service agreement and have been given the run around about a three day email turn around. Stephanies customer service skills are a zero star.

They were honest and got me back on the road quickly. Being a mechanic I know when someone is not honest and being on the road in the middle of a trip honestly and speed is important. They delivered on all counts in every aspect. Big thanks to Leon Presley and the team.

Had some new tires ordered and sent there and had Pep Boys mount them. Due to what appears to be a mounting error one of them went flat on the way home from the shop. Just as bad as Firestone. Good thing my husband wasnt on the interstate at the time or that could have ended extremely tragically.

New management/Staff in Olive Branch and they are wonderful!!!. They run a free inspection and they recommended to get things done to make my car run smoothly and the prices are affordable...thanks pep boys OB!!!

We took our car in to figure out what was going on. We got a call back from a manager/ technician whose name begins with an L. He was very rude and unprofessional. He was super cocky and never gave a final figure which was crazy because I had no idea what the final cost would be. He said we had five leaks and it could be $200 to $500 for each leak. He was rude and short and clearly made us feel like he didn’t want to do the work at all. He had to call us back on one thing but took a while so we reached back out and he was even more rude saying I told you I would contact you when I had an answer. I was royally mortified if this is how he interacts with your customer base and I guarantee you he is causing you to lose business at this location. I requested my vehicle not be touched further and we would pick it up immediately. He didn’t seem to be remotely concerned. We took the car to another reputable shop and the things he told us were wrong were no where near what they found. The experience was much better and I was treated as if my business was valued. He had us thinking we would be out of thousands of dollars and my total was under $450.I will never refer anyone to this location nor will I return for any reason. You should consider having secret shoppers review your stores to ensure employees are providing professional and courteous experiences.

So Pepboys Olive Branch will no longer get my business. Had 2 tire mounted before I went out of town 12 days ago. The weights slung off and I found them in my driveway. Took back this morning to be told they are apt only. Which wasnt the case before I went out of town. So I asked the guy ahead of me if he had an apt he said No.. so that was a lie. She said we just dont have time today! Ha. Okay. Well its your mess up I need it fixed. She snatches my previous paperwork reads it and slams it down and said its out of warranty anyway. I told her I dont need it done for free I need it fixed. She tells me it wont be done today. Call and make an apt if you need problems addressed. So here I sit at Raleigh Tire on Goodman. They are pulling my car in now.

$118 an hour. Waited one hour just for the estimate. Only one mechanic. My tie rod and ball joint was going to be over $1400! I went home. Im 65 and truck is 20. I will find a shade tree

As long as I am in this area, I will use Pep Boys. My car died on the side of the road and one of the workers stopped to help me when he didn’t have to. He got me a deal on a battery at a really good price. The rest of the staff was very friendly as well! Great service from great people!

I went to pep boys a few weeks ago with a nail in my front right tire. The staff here are friendly and fast! I had a new tire, rotated and balanced and they aligned all four tires in less than an hour!!! They informed me that my rear tires were almost completely worn and gave me estimates for new tires. I couldn’t afford it at the time and they didn’t try to push the sale or anything. I continued to shop for a better deal but I couldn’t find one. Pep boys in Olive Branch is one of the best repair shops I’ve ever been to

Her at the desk has got to go. Her attitude today will make me never come back!! Acting like it’s such a big deal that I had a problem. She is unprofessional, unfriendly, and not helpful! I might try pep boys again when she is gone. For now it’s Raleigh tire.

My family and I were on our way home from vacation when we hit a loose tire on the interstate. One of our tires was damaged and we still had 400 miles left to drive until we were home. We pulled into Pep Boys in Olive Branch, Mississippi and were back on the road in less than one hour with a new tire. We appreciated their friendly service and attentiveness to our needs.

While on vacation, we found we had a large screw in our tire. On Labor Day we worried about the looming 8+ hour drive home to Illinois ahead of us. My wife called and asked if they had openings. She was told there was a 30 minute wait but could come right over. Without cutting in line, we were taken care of right away, treated to some wonderful hospitality. We cannot be happier with the service we received.

Customer service suck. Playing on the phone not pay atrention to what I am asking. Just come in for oil change. I was told just wait 30 minutes but over 1 hour my truck just starts to move into garage since only 1 customer ahead of me. Never come here again.

Matthew Pate and the crew at Pep Boys Olive Branch saved the day on this rainy Saturday. I had to have my vehicle towed to Pep boys because it would not start (the tow was not a bad price either). I needed a starter and while I was there I purchased a set of new tires. Everything was done in a timely manner and I was able to drive away in top speed. Thanks guys and I will continue to use your services for now on.

I got an oil change with pep boys today.I was told I had to get two new back tires, which I completely understand. I told them not to do it.I have front wheel drive, when I went to pay, they still rotated my bad tires to the front and said by company policy they had too.Customer service and safety should be the number one priority, with the policy’s in tact they should have never rotated my tires because if one of my front tires would have popped leaving there because of rotation placement, I would have been in a mess.After leaving I had to go somewhere else and get two new tires for half the estimate That pep boys gave me.The policy’s should be informed to all customers prior to purchase and customers should have options of what they want done to their vehicle.

I don’t care what any of y’all say I’m in the middle of desoto county from tipton county have no clue what to do after having a blow out on a trailer I’m pulling. Pull in get to stay out of the rain and in the heat while David and Matthew hook us up for 20 bucks! Matt and one of his guys stayed late on a Saturday evening to help four ladies with a blown trailer tire. We had been at a horse show at Hunters Edge and noticed a low tire. It was 630pm and Matt and his worker stayed late to meet us to get new tire. No words can say enough THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

My husband took my car here to get my A.C fixed. I look at the receipt and we paid $219 for a part that I know, for sure, was not replaced and my A.C. is still not working... The staff seemed pretty decent and knowledgeable, but in this case, LOOKS WERE VERY DECEIVING!!...

Fast and cheap really helpful

I called and talked to a gentleman and told him what was going on and he said bring it in and we will check it out for free. I went and the lady that was behind the counter told me it will be 20 dollars to look at it and I told her I was told different and she said with a attitude oh he dont work here anymore he gone he was fired and she said oh he quit this morning. I told her this isnt a very professional customer service. I took my car some where else and they checked it for free and they also fixed my car

LAST CHANCE! I have been coming here for 20 years and will continue if things are corrected. I change my oil and rotate my tire every 3000 miles however the last 4 visits they have failed to rotate my tires that I mark just to make sure the task has been done! Stating tire wear is so close it is unnecessary! I am not a smart guy but that is the purpose in rotating every 3 k miles. I am tired of getting my vehicle back only to have to walk back in to tell them to do the job that should have already been done while already on the rack! If this happens again I will never be back! I have been going here for 20 years but last 4 visits were unacceptable. Looks like gateway tire center will get my business for the next 20 years. Sad That corporate management could not get control of this particular store.

I purchased a $500 lifetime maintenance plan from Mathis /Goodyear, but now it’s been changed to pep boys. So, now pep boys won’t honor the package. Crooks and thieves are just all over the world and can’t get away/around it. So, that’s $500 down the toilet.Update April 14,2019: After speaking with someone through corporate, still stands. Pep boys purchased Mathis Tire but not the promises. They want to keep the customers but not the promised contracts. I’m taking my business to Firestone from here on out.
