Dissatisfied due to just having knee surgery and using a walker. I gave information (name, phone number, etc) and I was told I would have to walk back to my car and wait until someone texted me. Ridiculous! The store had plenty of room. Associate Victoria did a great job with getting me fixed up, it was just the process of getting in the door. Dont you think an exception should have been made? If this is a COVID thing, restaurants and medical facilities dont send you back out once you get in the door.

BEWARE! I Went into the store to add a line(brought in a phone to add) and the sales lady added a separate new plan(110 a month) so I was paying for two plans and added insurance(40 a month) without asking. She jacked my bill up $150 more than it was. Just be careful and watch out. Also when doing these thing I wasnt asked to sign the Ipad like I did a year ago? I dont know if she signed my name or what. Very bad sketchy business practice. Look at your employees AT&T!

It was great working with T, but later more complications came up and when I called and got someone else to check on my phone order that didnt show up, I got a mean spirited guy that didnt want to deal with me. T had talked me out of switching to Verizon after 11 years, and now I regret not doing it. My account is a mess and so many issues to deal with. I have spent hours with ATT altogether trying to get on track. This guy could have helped me, but he had an attitude 🙄

My experience at the store was not a bad experience, but everything that has happened as a result and after my visit has been a complete headache. I originally came in a couple of days ago to try to port over a prepaid number (was once postpaid until I paid the phone off) to a postpaid account/new phone that I was forced to get because my phone having issues. What I found was that the prepaid number couldnt be ported over which wasnt a huge deal. Where the problem came in was that the phone that the prepaid number was supposed to be migrated/ported to already had an active number associated with it and even had a bill that was due today actually. When the prepaid number could not be ported over, I was given a new phone number and essentially a new account that I was not aware of until after I left. I was under the impression the new number they gave me, replaced the one that was activated on the account (granted I couldnt understand why I would be getting a new number to begin with when there was a new one activated with the phone I brought in). Long story short, once I got home and went into my accounts it was discovered I now have two active wireless accounts. I spent about 2-3 hours at the store, and unfortunately have spent that same amount of time speaking with the Loyalty Dept & Customer Care, both of which cannot figure out why a new account was opened and why I was given a new number with a new account. Long story short, I have to either go back into the store (they have advised me not to return to this one) or to get a new SIM card sent out so they can revert me back to the old number that has an active account and bill due. I also can no longer login to my AT&T account because the phone I brought in that they activated a new number on, I no longer have access to to receive the security code to get into the account. Now I just play the waiting game until the new SIM comes so they can try to close the new account out and get rid of the latest number I was given. Please be careful with peoples accounts. This has caused me so much unnecessary stress. Had I not caught this after I left I would be receiving two bills and having to go through even more steps in order to try to resolve this.

He worked to find discounts to lower my monthly pmt, and also found a way to make the phone I was wanting a little more affordable for me. He also answered promptly when I texted him several hours later with a question. He represented AT&T very well, and made it an easy experience.

Horrible, dishonest and rude. Understandable theyre trying to make sales but failing to disclose costs associated with a purchase, especially during a pandemic is just bad business. Upgraded my phone which caused my cell phone bill to be $525 for 1 month and when I questioned it, I was told all the charges were standard. Store associates flat out lied about services and costs while knowing money was tight. When I was in the store today, the woman that helped me was rude and completely useless. I spoke with the manager later, she just made BS excuses and couldnt even be professional enough to apologize for my frustration. AT&T is a terrible company that apparently wants to rip off customers and the employees in this store are awful people.

I’ve been waiting on my replacement phone and I called the 800 number they wasn’t any help. They gave me the insurance claim number and said call them or call the store I was at. I called the store but they wasn’t any help. Yes be been with att for a year and this isn’t the way you handle your paying customers. Now my child is without an phone till I get back to my state.

The my second bad experience with the sales person misrepresenting. If I can give them a zero I would. Several years I was told that if I buy one iPhone I would get the 2nd iPhone free. At the time the store was out of the second phone that I wanted but I ported over my phone anyway with my old phone until the new phone came in 3 weeks later. I was told that one I activate the second phone it would then start the BOGO. Once I activated the phone the representative Colby said that it would take 2-3 billing cycles. So I waited. I continued to keep getting billed for both phones 6 months later. I called customer service and they said they had no record of a promotion and I need to go back to the store. I went back to store and they said we dont keep copies if our promotions. If this a corporate store why dont you have copies. Customer took 2 years to research and give me a 250 credit and that was it. Long story short i ended up paying for both phones bc I never received the proper promotion. After phone was paid I left I att service. I only came back this time bc my current service doest work well in my new house. This time I was told by Charona that I wouldnt be in a contract. I could get a new phone and I would receive $700 credit for old iPhone. So I upgraded my phone and selected a samsung that 999 and I offered to pay the difference in the 2 phones and that way the phone would be clear and free. The sales rep convinced me to put it on my account until customer service applies the $700 credit for my old so I reluctantly agreed. I knew it was a catch. Now Im in a contract and I only received 350 credit for 256g iphone. Im stick with paying 650 for phone that started out at 350. Never believe the sales person either they dont know what they are doing or they are purposefully lying to the customer.

Recently visited AT&T. Vicki, the girl who helped us switch over, was great. She was super helpful and informative and her customer service skills were great. We had some issues and she was able to over come them fast and get us on our way. However, the reason I give this store a 2 star is because of their store manager. I came back in later to fix something another manager told me to return for and the man who helped me seemed very unhappy to be at work. I asked for a manager to help because he wasn’t very friendly or helpful and the store managers way of helping was to speak to me from multiple feet away with a response of YEAH. She wasn’t very friendly either to say the least. I ended up leaving that visit without a resolution because neither of them wanted to help me, and honestly they both were disrespectful. The manager herself spoke to me later and I am in disbelief of how ill she spoke on one of her employees. A manager should never belittle an employee to a customer or make them seem unable to do their jobs. It should be an internal fix, never brought into light in front of customers. I’m pleased with my original visit. But I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism from the second visit I had.

I would personally like to give the manager Reterio Brown and his Staff Kudos on the Outstanding Customer Service they provided to me. I came into the store Sunday to have my phone that was lost reconnected and my replacement phone disconnected that was done with no problem however when I made it across town I didn’t have any phone services. So I came back to the store and spoke with the manager Reterio who was able to explain to me what was going on and had my services reconnected. So the next day I had another issues I was not able to receive or make any phone calls. Fast forwarded Reterio was able to determine that the ATT Call protect app I have on my phone automatically block All of my calls because when I reported my phone lost/stolen it was added to the blacklisted which will prevent any cell phone carrier from using my phone. It took a week but I truly want to thank Reterio and his Staff for the Outstanding Customer Service. He went over and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved. I will most definitely recommended you to visited his store for friendly, professional agents who are happy to go the extra mile to satisfy their ATT customer. Thank you 😊😊 again & Well Done 👏🏽👏🏽

The experience we had at this AT&T was Great. We had Brandon to help us with our new service with joining AT&T and he made sure that we all got what we needed for our new phones. He explained to us how it would be better to put the whole Family on the plan and save money and he was right. This is just a retail store. The employee that my husband spoke with had no idea that you couldnt take the battery out of the phone. They are really just sales people with no technical experience. So no place to go unless you want a new plan or new phone . So if you want to take a day off of work just to buy a new phone have fun waiting for a hour or 2 even when they open. Sick of being asked who I have for my TV service . Yes as soon as you go in salesmans are on you.

James provide information but he went as far as going to get a few phones to show me the difference is the prices and what I would pay monthly, even though the electricity was out I had curbside service for the first time during covid-19 and it was the best customer service I have ever experienced in curbside service I live in Horn Lake Mississippi and I will be riding 15 minutes to pay my internet and phone bill with you guys because I love the service and I appreciate everything you did Mister James.

Very efficient and helpful. Emily was informative on the differences between iPhones and not pushy on the sale. She was easy to work with. Unfortunately, ATT’s WiFi was very slow (through century link). Emily was patient and waited 45 minutes to help me setup my iPhone. There was another male employee in the store I’m assuming a manager that was so unprofessional towards other sales staff while I was waiting in front of customers-train your managers better. Thankfully, Emily was great.

Been an AT&T customer from their inception. Today was the worst experience I have ever encountered at a major retail establishment. Took my 78 year old mother in law in to upgrade her I-phone. We were the 1st customers in the store at opening time. Our salesperson Corey, was not happy at all we were there. He wouldn’t even ask how he could help us. Just kind of gave me a blank go to he!! look. I told him we were wanting to upgrade my MIL’s phone and still, the blank stare. He never asked is this a damage replacement or a new line or what. Soooo, I fed him the info. I had to literally walk him through the questions the whole time. He never offered any accessories, when I inquired, he just pointed to the wall across the store. When he did ask a question finally, it was how much we would be putting down on the phone. Nothing, I told him. She’d be paying it in full. When asked could she write a check, he sighed and said “let me look and see”. Anyway, to make a long story short, it was not a good experience at all. I am disappointed in AT&T to allow this kind of service. I spend over $300 a month and now wonder if Verizon or Patriot Mobil would appreciate my business. We’ll see.

Long wait, AT&T people standing around talking to each other while customers wait and wait. Asked them why so many employees were just standing around and they got defensive. The gal that we first talked to didnt want to hear our long wait complaint and actually tried to get one of the managers to get someone else, but had to wait on us anyway, and she was very disengaged the entire time. Rude and more than a little reverse racist discrimination. I wont be going back there for anything ever again. AT&T products and services are fine, but that stores personnel needs some upper management guidance, to say the least.

Went into the store earlier this week for a return, and did not have a very good experience. Even though I didnt purchase the device from this store, I was told I can return it to any corporate AT&T store. Dealt with a young lady whose attitude was basically yeah, whatever. While she wasnt rude or anything of that nature, she seemed very uninformed and disinterested in trying to resolve my issue. Very dry, dull personality. I just didnt get a good experience dealing with this young woman. She was uninformed in the sense of having little knowledge of the devices in the store. Idk if shes new or not, but still. I knew more than she did. On top that, she didnt offer any alternate solutions to try to make a sell, or even made any attempt. She definitely lost out big time, ended up getting another tablet and accessories elsewhere.

We discovered an issue with our grandfather plan and decided to go to this store in order to get assistance. When we entered, a lady informed us she would be with us momentarily. About a half hour later, we noticed that other folks walking in were getting added to a list yet we never were. We figured the lady would be with us soon so we continued to wait up to an hour after arriving, only to notice the lady sit down with a completely different group and paid us no attention. After we realized people that arrived after us were getting help, we finally approached the individual with the list about our wait and why we were being ignored, and finally got SOME service. We were then informed that the grandfather plan weve had transfer over so many times was no longer available, and they didnt offer any kind of solution or assistance beyond that. We were absolutely disgusted with this service and do not plan on returning to this location again.

My mother Inlaw has 2 lines with att and her husband passed away, the main line is not under contract, the 2nd line has phone payments. She asked them to close the first line and transfer the main number to her second line that she is still paying on. I was in the store with her when they said “it’s against the law to give you that number” when I called them back to find out what “law” they were referring to, they change the wordage to “att policy”. So basically they are holding her hostage over her husbands death.

Tried to return something and after a 45 minute wait I was told they could not take it back because it was on my husbands card. I asked what could be done because he was out of town and would be until after the 14 day return period. Could they credit the card without it being present, bill creditn anything etc. He didnt get back until day 15 and they would not take it back. I even spoke with someone at corporate and they said the store could make a one time exception because I had already tried to return it and it was only one day late. Not this location. Needless to say we will never purchase a accessory from there again.
