I am very disappointed and upset, was lied to repeatedly by Richard L. Very unprofessional to lie just to sell then claim he never said it. He even said you must not hear very well. I will never recommend this verizon store to anyone . Richard L and Jo are giving verizon a bad reputation.
Joelle was extremely helpful and didnt push us off as we had been by representatives at anotherstore. She tried to help us as best she could. We didnt a problem fixed but that was does to a policy issue. We will be back another time to fix the problem.
The signal has been okay but the people have lied through there teeth and gave us misinformation about various values that would affect our bill. I will be switching to a different carrier once our phones are paid off. The signal service is not worth being double charged or having add-ons added against our will.

Joelle was amazing. Her outstanding customer service and knowledge of Verizon’s policies aided in helping to resolve my phone issue. Not only was the store phone having issues with calling out but she took it upon herself to assure she could assist me by calling from her cell phone. Once I spoke with her I was assured that she was capable of assisting me. After coming into the store she called tech support and they walked me through the entire process. My daughters phone will be here Friday, I will mail back her phone, and everyone is satisfied. She really made my day today and I’m appreciative of her thoughtfulness, compassion, and persistence in assuring I was satisfied. If I could give Joelle 100 stars I would because she went above and beyond. I can’t say THANK YOU enough!

It was time for new phones. Our local Verizon location is Victra. The representative who helped was Chris. He was extremely helpful and patient. He took time to explain all of the different devices and answered all of our questions. Chris even offered to stay past closing time to finish our transaction. He went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Thank you Chris.

Just left this location. Walked in and waited for 20+ minutes without even being acknowledged while some guys eating pizza behind the counter and managed to leave without anyone having spoken to us the whole time.
When entering the store the representative was very professional and had equipment knowledge she had a very warming and welcoming attitude thanks for having great employees

AVOID this location like the plague, they have no clue what they are doing and had me and my wife waiting for hours for a simple phone activation. Still could not complete it and told us to come back the next day at 8am which we did and left the store at 9:15 AM BECAUSE NO ONE SHOWED UP TO OPEN THE BUSINESS!!!!!!!! We had to come back later and spend another 2 1/2 hours to finish the process. This location is a joke and if Verizon cares about its brand it would shut this third party retail location down. Hope this saves anyone else from waisting hours of your time for nothing.

THE BLACK GUY WAS VERY RUDE . All I stated I was here to pay my Verizon bill and Look at some cell phones. I was told by him I could NOT PAY MY VERIZON PHONE BILL AT THIS LOCATION and I was told there are no CELL PHONES. Why is THIS location the ABSOLUTE WORSE STORE?? THEY SHOULD BE FIRED. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. So WHY OR WHAT DOES THIS LOCATION ACTUALLY DO?? Why do I have to drive miles to another location. This location need to be on the national news and investigated. The other Verizon stores are Customer friendly even if I am doing business in a different area of town, The customer service is nice and make you feel at home. this location at 5338 Goodman rd ste. 123 need to CLOSE. I DO NOT ACCEPT your APOLOGIES Keep THEM I feel this location is doing this on PURPOSE BECAUSE THERE ARE NO REPERCUSSIONS!!! I believe ALL THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS
If it wasnt for Paris I wouldnt have bought a phone. She is very knowledgeable and kind. Keep her!!!

Wish I could give them zero stars. They can never handle anything at this location, their answer to everything is you must call Verizon . But you can drive to any other Verizon location to handle simple things like getting a new sim card. Was told I would have to call and order it.

If we could give 0 stars, we would. We have been dealing with swapping to Verizon and have had lots of trouble swapping the numbers, SIM cards, etc. The last step was to find out why one of the 3 iPhones was not working with the SIM card provided by Verizon. When walking into the store late Tuesday night, the guy behind the counter was rude. He took the phone, shook it, and yelled, it is not unlocked, I cannot help you! He then shoved all of my husbands belongings off the counter while yelling, I cannot help you! We went to Southaven Verizon and luckily had a very helpful and kind lady help.
Just go to a real vzw store. They just want to make a sell here!

I had issues with wifi calling and the Verizon store I was dealing with told me my only option was to purchase another phone. By chance I was in Olive Branch and my wife told me to speak with Al.Al actually found the solution on my phone and helped me test it. At the end of the day saved me from having to go through a new purchase.With support, its always about the person not the company, and in this case Al comes highly recommended from both my wife and myself.
