We went in here on Saturday lunch to buy two new phones and add a line for our son. Taylor was quick and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and offered us many deals. We actually enjoyed our visit.

Quida was absolutely fabulous at Verizon. She educated me on new products and gave me everything I needed with no problem. She was very professional and efficient. I really appreciate all the help!

Keyana was so helpful and patient..my experience today was so good just because of her experience and patient and understanding. She was so determine to fix my phone and transfer my information to my new phone. And she did it!!!

I have been with Verizon for 2 years now. Switching was one of the best decisions I made from my family and me! I do not live in Olive branch, but I make the drive to the Camp Creek store to see Quida because her knowledge of the products and her customer service skills are THE BEST around! In the last week, I have been to the store 3 different times for us all to upgrade our phones, and each time, she was sure to answer all of our questions, and had such patience teaching this old dog new tricks😜. I just recently switched to Verizon from T-mobile - wow what a difference. Its slightly more expensive but everything that comes with it from the staff and customer service to the seamless coverage makes it a hands down winner. We transferred 3 lines- and Desmond started assisting us and was very nice and had Quida was intermittently helping him throughout. I think Quida was a rockstar- incredibly personable and very well informed about everything there. Really made the time switching lines and getting new phones go by fast. Both Desmond and Quida were great but If i were going in to get a new phone or get help- ask for Quida shes fantastic and efficient. Also, I used to drop service if I drove a few miles out of olive branch. Now- I have service everywhere! Just very pleased with my experience!!

I don’t even know where to begin. I went into Verizon in Olive Branch, MS to purchase an Otterbox phone case. There were two women working: Taylor & Keonna. Taylor helped me with the case while Keonna was working with some other people. I ended up buying the case and when I got into my truck, I started to put it on, but it was messing up the screen protector that I had already had on there. I walked back inside to ask about screen protectors, and the only ones they had were the tempered glass, which are the best. I asked Taylor how much it was and she said $49.99. It was more than I wanted to spend because I just bought a $60 case. I was down about it, however, Taylor asked me for my phone and she proceeded to open up a new screen protector pack and began to put one on...and here’s the best part...FOR FREE!!! I was so in shock. All I could say was thank you, thank you, thank you!! After she was done, I asked them if I could pray over them and they said absolutely. (No worries, we were socially distanced. Lol.) It was such a God moment!!! With all this being said, PLEASE give these two ladies a raise or some kind of bonus. They deserve it so much, especially Taylor for what she did, but I want the same to happen for Keonna too, because I can tell she has a huge heart as well!! I know they can’t do things like this all the time, but they showed EXCELLENT customer service. These are two people that ANY company would want working for them. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, if anybody high up in Verizon sees this review, PLEASE do something for these two ladies. They deserve it!!!

I gave this store 5 stars because they were very knowledgeable of the equipment and very patient with me. I approve this message and I recommend this store. Just ask for Donnell, he’s a great guy!

All the staff members here are great!! I personally dealt with Chiquita on setting up my business account. Not only did I get what I wanted equipment wise but also was able to stay in my price range and saved some money to get more bang for my money. I highly recommend this location especially for business owners.

I had an awesome experience today with customer service rep Taylor. She is definitely good at multi-tasking because she was handling my issue and another couples issue that were kind of upset but she handled them with grace and poise. I went in to just check to see if my phone would work in an area im doing a work assignment in and out of curiosity I asked about an upgrade she told me i was eligible and mentioned the current promotions. I cant say enough good things about her my debit card started acting crazy and it took a while for her to figure it out and didnt get frustrated at all. After everything i got home and had a couple issues trying to figure things out when i got home so i came back and she immediately knew what to do to fix my issue. Not only did she get me the phone and accessories that I wanted at a good price she took her time and patience while doing it. I cant say enough good things about her. If you visit that store please ask for her she is the best. Thats not to say that her co-workers are not as good as she is but she was excellent today

Terrible customer service. Lady with the red dyed hair (would not tell me her name) had a terrible attitude from the time I walked in the door. She kept taking personal calls the entire time I tried to speak with her. I went to pick up my Apple Watch I had purchased online. I changed myself to the account manager in the store because my mom made herself the account owner last week. My number is the primary number on the account and has been for two years. I was told I committed fraud, and would not be allowed to have my watch even though it had already been billed to my account. I called my mother and the employee would not even speak with her. I called customer service and was told that was ridiculous and left an online note for the employee to allow me to pick up my watch. Everyone else I have talked to in the store has been extremely helpful, but this experience made me despise this location.

TL;DR: Richard Lee is one of the best customer service reps Ive encountered. This review is based on him alone; he was patient and friendly while we worked through my case. Please give Richard a try if you are looking at Verizon. This is my first time leaving a review; I signed up just to leave a review lol.------I was previously on my grandmothers cell phone plan with Sprint. Due to our terrible experiences with Sprint and their customer service, my grandmother decided to cancel the account altogether. I wanted to keep my phone number and my device and transfer them to the Verizon network under an account with my name. I first tried to register a new line with Verizon online, but ran into some complications. This lead me to the TCC Verizon store in Olive Branch. There, I met Richard Lee, who assisted me through the process. Richard was very patient and friendly, despite it being Memorial day (when he would probably rather be at home). We tried several times to setup an account under my name, but were unable to. Richard did not give up though or turn me away, and we eventually decided to register my phone under my fathers plan and agreed that I would come back at a later date to setup my own account. Once we were almost done with the process, we ran into more complications due to Sprint. Again, Richard was patient and let me drive over to a Sprint store to have the issue resolved, before I returned to Richard and continued the process. Eventually, we succeeded and I was able to keep both my current device and my phone number. Out of all of the customer service representatives I interacted with today, Richard was by far the most pleasant to work with. If you are thinking of switching to Verizon or have an issue with a current Verizon account, I HIGHLY recommend going to see Richard. Without Richard, I would have given up on Verizon and simply gone with AT&T due to all the initial hassle. Thank you very much, Richard. :)I would like to mention that Richard was the only employee present in the store and was able to assist other guests as they came in despite the lengthy ordeal with my situation. He was able to competently multitask and serve all customers. My situation was also handled in a timely manner; I spent under 2 hours working with Richard, and my situation was VERY complex. In fact, there are still outstanding issues with Sprint in regards to the other lines on my grandmothers account, which I think is a testament to their horrible customer service.

After over 20 years with another phone carrier provider, I made the decision to switch to Verizon and I am pleased! Although they appeared to be short staffed Ms. Rhondalyn was a great multi-tasker and able to help me quite efficiently! She answered every question I had and put my mind to ease as I took it very serious to be changing carriers. I look forward to being a loyal long lasting customer of Verizon!

Very Overpriced

I was in need of a new phone. I first went to the Verizon in Southaven but.... well let’s not talk about them. I left there and went here. Richard was the guy who was working and he helped me get a better plan and saved me money. Nice guy, talks fast but it’s because he’s passionate in what he does. With the savings he got me I ended up getting the tablet. Yes I’m pleased with the service and I don’t do these reviews. This is actually my first Google review!

Anna was an absolute pleasure to be around. She is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and is the main reason I visit this location. She always gets me in and out with a smile. I would recommend anyone of my friends to go see her!

My wife and I were in the Olive Branch store on January 18, 2018. We interacted with three very informed, helpful and polite employees. Enas, Meghan and Quida helped us get a new phone for my wife and took time to explain to us how things worked as this phone was very different from the one that she had previously used. I have always found this store and their employees to be very easy to work with and customer friendly.

I can’t gave any star for this location because I order my phone on 03.07.30 and phone got delivery to this location on 03.13.20 on 03.27.20 I got phone call them sold out my phone & need my address for send refund ? FTI ::Reason not picking up phone on them timeline “no once let me know the timeline” F***k

After 20+ years as an AT&T customer, our family made the switch to Verizon. We visited TCC on Black Friday to take advantage of the sales. Rhondalyn and Shquida could not have been more helpful or patient as they helped us make the most of the available deals and had to work through a very slow VZN website / system due to the high number or sales. They made sure we got every promotion and knew how to register for every rebate available for our phones and other devices!

The worse Verizon store I have ever been to. Only one sales person with over 7 customers at the time I went in. The first thing he would say to a person before they even got a word out was it will be 30 minutes before I can get to you. Which I would have been fine with if it was all business, but the guy would periodically stop what he was doing laughing and joking with the people for more than half the time. Horrible experience. I plan to not go to another Verizon authorized retailer ever again.

I swapped my service from Cricket to Verizon and the guy (I forgot his name😔) who helped me was soooooooo sweet and knowledgeable! He got me everything I wanted and needed, without trying to leech me of all my money. He was genuine and honestly cool af. It took about an hour and, honestly, it felt like 15 minutes. It was like having your best friend set it up. For real. Won’t go to any other Verizon as long as he’s there!!

I had a very poor customer experience today. I do not reccomend anyone use this store for any reason. I will not use this store in the future. The prices of their accessories are high. Their stock is extremely limited as well. Their knowledge of parental apps was substandard. You cannot use their wifi to setup your new purchase without paying for their setup plan. I ended up hot spotting my other phone and calling Verizon tech support to get my daughters phone setup completed. The owner called me after I requested to give her some feedback. She didnt care about my experience today and refused to consider changes to their operating procedures. This is a shame as I have been a repeat customer since I moved here I 2016. I will go to the corporate stores in Southaven or Memphis for my future needs. They are much more knowledgeable and helpful.

Although Ive had bad experiences in this store there were fresh faces behind the counter. I received good help in a professional manner.

I went in yesterday afternoon looking for a case and I walked in and there was only 1 guy there. Talking with a customer. He pointed to the walls where the cases were. Never spoke to me, never asked if I needed help. Was just cutting up with the customer. Needless to say after 10 minutes of waiting to be helped, I left. Wont be returning.
