We almost didn’t go here again after our mechanic dropped the oil cap down in the engine on our first visit but we decided to give it one more shot. Surprisingly we pulled up and there was no wait, Nancy and her team did a super fast and professional job with our oil change. Thank you Nancy, Jeremiah, and Hunter for getting us in and out as quickly as possible! We will definitely be coming back!

Went for an oil change that took almost 2hrs for a job they said they could perform smh! Thinking everything is cool until I get on the highway for work and I hear loud clanging all because the bolts to my undercarriage were not put back in!! End up missing work and wasted time due to poor quality!! Went back the next morning they offer to zip tie the undercarriage instead of finding the bolts!! THEY ONLY FOUND ONE OF THE FOUR BOLTS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL VERY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Nancy did a great job explaining to me what different services they offer. Her and her team there are doing great and very nice. I usually go here to get my oil changes and this last time blew it out of the water for how curtious and professional they were.

I recently came in with my wife about a week which made me come in today and the manager named Emerson and staff were very professional and courteous. I would recommend anybody that needs a oil change to stop by and get this great service!

I am a courier. I have oil changes done once a month. At jiffy lube in Olive Branch they changed my oil for $79.16. For this service I do believe it states that they check your wipers..they did not. They also did not check my wiper fluid. They did not check my air pressure on my tires. They did not check any of my lights, blinkers, brakes. I will not be returning to this jiffy lube location for any other oil changes!!

The guys and lady that performed my service were really friendly and courteous. They took time to explain different services and prices to me. The service was performed in a timely manner. Jeremy helped me with my warning settings to make sure my oil light reminds me next time. Overall my experience was very efficient and professional. Im so happy I chose to try this location regardless of some recent negative reviews. I recommend this location.

The pressure in my four tires was put between 30 and 39 psi. Wonder why. Very bad in explaining things and pretty unprofessional attitude.

They were very professional and punctual. I dealt with Jeremy & Caleb for my oil change, fluid top off, and filter change. Very very polite and courteous. Ive seen a lot of turnover at this location over the years. I hope those two stay!!

This is the only place I get my oil changed. The guys are always friendly, service is fast even when they’re busy, and they will do high mileage oil, which the dealership doesn’t. My little Hyundai Elantra has over 290,000 miles and the engine still runs great. I think that’s thanks to high quality oil, and using the high mileage oil from Jiffy Lube after it hit about 65,000 miles. I do always use the $15 off coupons they email me. Every little bit helps!

While I may be the stereotypical person that does not have a ton of car knowledge... I can say that these guys really are the best in Desoto County. It wasnt the experience of someone coming up to me with pieces of my car telling me that its do or die if I dont get this one thing fixed. I was asked if I wanted my cabin filter to be checked and if I wanted my tire pressure to be toped off. I never felt like I was a ticket number with the goal of an upsell. Mr. Emerson and his team genuinely seemed to care about the job that was being done if I asked questions he gave me an answer WHICH NO ONE HAS EVER DONE in an honest manner. I am so great ful for the OB Jiffy Lube team.

I love this Jiffy Lube. Its not the closest oil change place to my house but I still drive out of my way to go here. Theyre kind and helpful, not pushy if I say no to the higher priced oils, and all in all I just know Ill get a great service when I go here. Plus the websites coupons are always a nice bonus!

They check everything for you even if you’re coming in for one thing I appreciated that because they showed me things I didn’t know I needed. Ive had my oil changed here several times and they are always super nice and professional.

I literally waited more than 15-20 minutes to pay once the job was done. Super slow service. Never asked me to confirm what kind of oil my vehicle uses before starting to fill it. Looked like every person in the garage was dependent on the one supervisor to tell them what kind of oil was needed for each vehicle, how to print invoices, etc. She may as well have been working by herself.

I had a horrible experience when I was serviced. When I arrived, I was told the oil used for car was in high demand and I would be charged over $80. I told them I didn’t want it and they proceeded to change my oil anyway. To make matters worse, they used a conventional oil in my car, when my car takes synthetic and still had to end up paying the $80. NEVER again.

Headlight restoration

Very slow. Not professional. Very unorganized. Didn’t tighten my drain plug so oil leaked out and if I hadn’t noticed it and actually tightened the plug myself, I would have messed up my engine, all because of people not doing what I payed them to do. Until there’s new management I can’t see myself returning to this location.

10/10 Recommend!!! Tyler did a great job on my car and being very professional. He even checked on my headlight for me when I asked a question about it!!They seem to have a great team!!

This place is very dishonest I advise you not to do business there. They falsified my entire invoice stating they performed all these services that they didnt and then have nerves to ask me to complete a survey. Really!

It was close to noon on a Friday and I was way overdue for an oil change. The folks at Jiffy Lube on Old Goodman Rod got me in-and-out with a changeover to synthetic oil in less than an hour. Now I can safely go twice as long between changes!

PLEASE do not take your car here. They put way too much oil in my girlfriend’s car and now it’s driving really weird. Not very professional either.

Went in for service and the manager on duty was knowledgeable and friendly. He didn’t pressure me to buy anything but did explain several things to me that was recommended on my vehicle. I have 03 explorer ask them what it will charge to check the transmission fluid they said nothing I got there I told him it was an enclosed transmission they said they cant help me.

I must be honest... I looked up reviews at this location before I went in and was a little skeptical about even going but I was in the area and decided to give it a shot. Here’s my experience. I pulled up and a guy came out and introduced himself as Willie and walked me inside. He came back shortly and spoke with me about oil types and pricing and other services but I only wanted a oil change this day. He was very knowledgeable about the services and how they would benefit my vehicle and I felt he tried to pass that info along to me. I sat in the lobby maybe 15 minutes and I was ready to go! I asked him are you sure I’m ready? I’m accustomed to going to a competitor company and being there so much longer. He also told me about them topping off oil if I need it and that was a plus. I told him thanks for helping me make the switch over to jiffy lube. Thanks guys.

Saturday I came back home for funeral. I drove my SUV 3 1/2 hours on 15% oil life. So the funeral was over at 4:00pm and I still had to drive 30 more minutes to get to Olive Branch. But I searched for some who can change my oil. At 5:45pm, I finally drove to Jiffy Lube and there two toing men still. I explained to them my situation and he instantly took me and changed my oil for me. I really appreciate them and for the great service. Jiffy Lube Rocks

People at the olive branch Mississippi office are great at what they do and seem to care about my safety and care for other people.

I received fast and friendly service. They did not pressure me with upsells. They helped me with a broken light bulb in addition to the oil change. I had the bulb and they put in free while changing my oil.

Bad business to call and demand for a well deserved 1 star review to be taken down by a recent service for a senior citizen.So, I added one more review to stick the landing. I was once a frequent client until my Honda Pilot flooded after an oil change where the tech turned up my condensate hose and forgot to put it back down. All of my seats and carpets and padding had to be removed and dried out and sanitized when I returned from my 3 day trip to St. Louis. That happened in 2013. I wish I had know my mother in law was going to take her car there before they ripped her off, I would have sent her elsewhere.

Id been a long time repeat customer. When I pulled in today an employee came out to my car and said they were out of conventional oil and it wouldnt come in until later in the day. But they had synthetic oil available now. Very suspicious I made a u-turn and went down the street to Valvoline. They were very quick and helpful.
