These people simply lied and said they could do my daughter and myself at the same time. When we arrived, we discovered they had scheduled 7 appointments for the same time though they had only 2 employees. The woman (who was very rude) started on my daughter’s nails and then stopped to perform a pedicure on another customer who came in after us, also with a 4:30 appt. When 4 other customers came in with 4:30 appointments, she said the man would be doing our nails but only one at a time. He said they are “short staffed.” Tjey should have told us they couldn’t give us two 4:30 appointments. Also, the facility is very dirty, and I watched the woman out on gloves to perform a pedicure, but in the middle of it, she went to the register and rang up another customer (including handling the customer’s credit card) without removing the gloves. She also switched between two pedicures without changing her gloves. They didn’t file my daughter’s nails or push back or trim her cuticles. Terrible service and terrible quality.

Wanted sunflower nails and these are just a mess and for 50$ never again will I go there appt was at 12:30 didn’t leave till after 3pm with a total for myNails 50$ pedi for me and a five year old total came to 120$ for ugly painting

New to this Salon Henry did my nails light purple chrome absolutely love it. Called at 10 a.m. they got me in at 11 a.m. I will definitely be a repeat customer very satisfied.

This was the worst.nail salon I have ever been to. They didnt appear to be clean. They didnt file my my nails or cut my cuticles but used the cuticles cutter to cut the sides of my nails and skin. She also spent the entire time critiquing my nails and the length I like to keep them at. On top of that it was very expensive. DO NOT GO HERE. I wish I could rate them lower then a 1.

First they trimmed them as short as they could then filed at the bed. I mentioned it hurt they just continued filing the bed on the other nails. I purchased their (4) which includes the warm stones. He put one one the top of my foot (very sensitive area) burning me. When I was able to look at the paint job, I realized it was horrible some nails missing nail polish, some crooked.

Tu (not sure how to spell her name) is a great tech. She doesnt rush through the process and pays attention to detail. These are my everyday nails but she has also done beautiful nail art for me.

Fit me right in, toes look great. Fished out my hang nails, much appreciated !

I don’t recommend this place. my sister and i went, i told them we don’t want acrylics only gel. they gave us both acrylics. i asked the guy to do them shorter he said no(shook his head). they aren’t in a good shape, very think, not straight, some nails sticking upward like not flat on the nail. my friend also wanted a design on her nails and the girl told her no. very expansive as well. i go get my nails and fingers done all for $40, just my nails were $50...i also needed help w colors and she told me to look for the color (my first time for nails)

I received a $75 acrylic full set.. 6 days later my acrylic nails started POPPING OFF...AND I HAVE NOT PUT MY HANDS IN ANY HARSH CHEMICALS, HOT WATER, OR HIT THEM ON ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

Hands down the worst gel manicure I’ve ever gotten. I don’t live here and am visiting so maybe my expectations are greater but the price that I pay in Buffalo and in Florida where I live is identical to the cost here. Unfortunately there were not one but 3 of us that went for manis. To remove gels they had me soak my hands in acetone. And not with the tin foil and cotton swab. My entire fingers. Start to finish 25 min gel manicure. Nails were not filed, Buffed and cuticles barely trimmed. I asked twice for additional trimming and at the end requested to use the tool to remove the paint around my nails. I requested another coat of polish as you could visibly see that they were uneven. No massage given after the painting. No checking to see how things looked. I paid for myself and 2 others and after seeing theirs was so upset. I’d be better off painting my own nails.

THE WORST SALON I’VE EVER BEEN TO! I just wanted a polish change on my toes and a gel manicure.. while painting my toes the color was way to light so I asked to change the color instead of taking off the previous color she just painted over top of it.. then I got my nails done and when she finished I looked at them and they were TERRIBLE I could see all of the brush strokes. I went over to my friend who was getting acrylics put on and the guy who was doing her nails grabbed my hand and was looking at my nails and I asked him if I could get them repainted he then began LAUGHING at me and said something in their language and the entire salon stopped and staired at me. Then was mumbling about me to my friend. The girl who painted them ended up putting another coat on but they still look TERRIBLE but after that embaressement I didn’t dare say anything else. My toes look like they are days old I could’ve done a better job myself! My friend got acrylics because her WEDDING is in a few days and it’s a destination wedding and they are so bad she is actually going to have to get them redone somewhere else!!! They are all uneven, chunky, crooked, and not even painted to her cuticle . WILL not return EVER again!! Do not make the same mistake we did!!!!!!

Typically have good experiences but their prices are a little outlandish.

At first she was doing ok but after she finished she put designs on my nails that i didnt ask for. She also ended smearing all of my left foot and re did them all. I had a really bad experience and will not be coming back.

Made an appt, arrived 15 minutes early, waited 10 minutes before any one greated us, waited 30 minutes AFTER our scheduled appt time before they even started!! When asked about it they said well we got busy with walk-ins. Im sorry but if you schedule appointments you need to take them before walk-ins!! NOT IMPRESSED!!

Never again, would not recommend what so ever.

They gave my nails a very pretty shape. Not like the thick clumps that other salons do. Very friendly.

I got a gel manicure and a day later the tip of my nails look like there is mold under the clear coat it gets worse everyday and my white is yellow now!!! Not very happy!!
