Ive been coming here for the last couple of years instead of any other place. Theyve kept real good notes on how I like my haircut as well as how my son likes his haircut. They listen well and I rarely have any negative things to say. Stylus or even talk to you when you want to talk and let you sit there and quiet when you dont want to talk. Always nice to have a stylist that understands you.

Alyssa did a great job cutting my hair, she was very friendly and professional. Thats why I continue to go there, everyone is always friendly and professional and usually not much of a wait, even as a walk in.

There was this AWESOME beautiful woman I think her name was Brittany! Short, professional, and on point. To bad I wont be around anymore to take advantage of the great customer service I would receive due to moving. But for sure this place was great and so was my stylist Brittany. 5 🌟

I checked in online and arrived on time. Upon arrival, Eryka P said the system automatically kicked me out. It would be another short wait but she would get to me next. I waited 15 minutes and then she took another customer who arrived 10 minutes after me and said It would be another 15 minute wait. Totally unacceptable! Time to find a new place and stylist!

This place is really amazing! I mostly come in without an appointment and still get done quick. Each time I cime hare, I always get an amazing cut.

Love this place. I worked here for 13 years and always had great experiences. I still go back every time Im in town to visit and get a haircut from Erika the manager. She does an awesome job on my hair. The owner Cheryl Scott is the best. Miss all the girls I worked with.

I wanted to get a haircut for my birthday yesterday, I normally go to the same barber every week but decided Sports Clips due to the free upgrade I read about. I asked for a simple low taper clean up with a 0. The stylist then pointed to the correct spot in where to begin but then she cut about 2 inches above the taper point of my hair which is really high.For the sake of trying something different I just dealt with it. I was taken to wash my hair, then styled. At the end of the day, I returned home and washed my hair and noticed even more major flaws. The taper line is very uneven and still heavily visible on some parts, the left side had been taken all the way up with the same gaurd (possibly a 1) and erased the fade effect completely, and the front of fade is very uneven.I cant even comb over my hair to cover up the missing fade side because my hair on top had also been cut uneven. The more I tried to style my hair myself, the more frustrated I get and notice more and more. I went from a simple taper request to a very sloppy Mohawk look with an extremely bad fade attempt.I am very embarrassed because after washing my own hair and scrubbing away the excess hair, it looks horrible and unfinished. I felt confident in going in for a simple taper from a place that specializes in Mens cuts but unfortunately regret it. I am sorry for the bad review but I feel the stylist needs more training after seeing the aftermath when returning home.

Erika is the greatest! Shes been my stylist for 2 years and I drive an hour to have her cut my hair. I look forward to the shampoo, massage and hot towel each and every time.This store has always been very clean. A staff member always greets me every time I come in and they have great products at reasonable rates. I recommend this Sport Clips to all my friends.

Skill level is average. The only reason I take my son is how quickly we can get in and out. But other than that, you do get what you pay for.

This place has been our go to since our son starting growing a mullet. Our stylist Erika knows exactly what we want every time we go. She is one of the few stylist that arent scared of his hair style. They definitely have a returning customer in us. Also with this pandemic they have been really cautious about making sure everyone stays a safe distance and that they sanitize their hands coming into the shop as well as when they leave. Keep up the good work!

Did not treat me respectfully whatsoever. Left the business covered in hair on my clothing and face and my hair was styled terrible. Lady who cut my hair was rough and acted like she didn’t want to be there. Definitely won’t be back which is sad because I’ve been coming for years and found a better barber but wanted to give sports clips a second try. Guess I’ll go back to the garage.

I have been taking my son to sports clips (Mansfield) since he was about 3 years old. The girls there are very great with children. My son loves going there to get his hair cut. 100% recommended!

My son use to hate getting his hair cut because the stylist else where always did what they thought would look better. Erika Flores listens to him & knows exactly how to cut his hair and he loves it!! I dont mind driving from North Grand Prairie because I know he will walk out a happy boy! We love going to Erika at Sport Clips Mansfield!!

I wasnt going to review them, but they emailed me two and a half years after not going back, asking me to. Figure they think I wasnt coming back. I get a very simple buzz cut with a high fade...some would argue its hard to mess up. They continuously made the fade uneven and I never saw the same stylist twice...they also threw the reservation book out a lot. Not to mention allowing families to book 3 children in a row for haircuts regardless where theyre at in reservations. They do cut hair...eventually.

I have been going to Sport Clips in Mansfield for several years. They have a great staff and are always friendly. With Covid-19 procedures in place, I feel very safe and well taken care of.

Never been to a Sports Clips before but was in dire need of a haircut for my 3 boys so when I saw they were open on a Sunday I stopped. We walked in and the atmosphere was pretty cool looking in my opinion but the boys really loved it too! Being a walk-in with 3 kids I always expect to wait but hope not too, lol, and we were helped immediately register and got all 3 boys back within like 7 minutes, 2 of them within a minute. All 3 ladies were great at knowing what I needed for the boys hair and did a great job! Most of the staff was very friendly as well so I would definitely go back if I’m ever in the area again!

I had a very good experience with the company. The first person I spoke with was Erica she was very professional and nice and even gave toys for my kids to play with. The only issue I had is with one of the other barbers not lining my sons hair up right. I dont remember her name but before she cut his hair I made it clear that I didnt want his lining pushed back and thats exactly what she did it wasnt too bad just next time I go Im just going to schedule both of my boys with Erica. But other than that everything was great. Thank you.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Signed in online like I always do and got a text saying “batter up, you are up next”. I proceed to walk into the store and as I’m walking in, this really old guy power walks in before me. I was not worried because I had checked in online. As I open the door, I look up at the screen and it has my name and says “up next”. Well this really old lady comes to the front (grey short Karen haircut. In her 60’s) and helps the old power walker and as they are talking, I can tell he is one of her regulars. She proceeds to take him back for his haircut and she tells me I need to wait 15 minutes because she is going to help him first. What the help is the point of the online check in if it is disregarded??? The lady wanted to take the other guy back first because she probably thinks he is going to tip more, little does she know, I own multiple successful businesses and always take care of people when services are performed. I regret coming to this location and will NOT be back.

Sports Clips has gone downhill over the last few years. The workers barely speak English and are obviously underpaid because its reflecting in the quality. Youre also now paying the old VIP price for just a haircut. I recommend skipping this place and trying out Knockouts or a local barber shop.

I have taken both my boys there. The first time wasn’t too bad (still awkward) but the second time I felt so uncomfortable because of the way we were treated. I felt like we didn’t belong and like it was a store for quiet older gentlemen and not my younger sons. I felt like we were an inconvenience. I go to a different location now.

I wish I remembered her name, but my hair stylist was very personable, she talked to me the whole time and made my experience wonderful. Normally I am very shy, I’m a “go in, hair cut” and leave kind of guy. But this time I really enjoyed my time actually having a conversation while getting my hair cut.

I had no idea that this place caters to men, so I took my little girls in there for haircuts. Were a little unfamiliar with three area, and had never been to sports cuts. My girls were slightly uncomfortable, thinking the women there only knew how to cut mens hair. But they said they could do it. I have to say, I dont think Ive ever seen my daughters haircut look so darn cute. My other daughter just got a trim and it looked great too. This place smells lovely, its clean, the people working there are so sweet. I would recommend this place to others, male or female.

Unfortunately, I don’t gave the best haircut experiences at Sport Clips whatsoever. So, walking into this one in Mansfield, my expectations and standards dropped to the ground immediately due to my past experiences at other locations. The only reason I visit Sport Clips is when my stylist is unavailable. That being said, that matter just changed. This specific Sport Clips however, changed my perspective on the franchise as a whole. I walked in, was immediately greeted with a smile and politely prompted to sign in, which I did. Almost instantly I was called to get my haircut. Personally, I do not let anyone touch my hair unless they have experience under their belt with my specific style of cut and choice. I know it’s being picky and extra, but I want things done right. The one who cut my hair was Morgan, I didn’t catch her last name, but her first name is enough for me to remember who she is and how she did. I asked if she was familiar with the cut that I was requesting and she assured me that she knew it very well whilst having 9 years experience. That truly, truly put a smile on my face. I sat down and she went to work, doing everything seemingly flawlessly. I loved the outcome and could not be more satisfied to know that I’d finally found a Sport Clips that I could become a “regular” to. Upon leaving, I paid the $20 price and couldn’t help but think it wasn’t quite enough to pay for a great result. I tipped an extra $5. I thanked her and she thanked me. I did not forget to ask her name, because I don’t believe I can have anyone else in Sport Clips provide that sort of perfectly executed satisfaction. I cannot thank Morgan enough for making my day that day.

Erica cut mine and my grandsons hair. Did a great job. He is only 2 but she was so patient and good with him. Fantastic hair cuts for both us us. My buddy at the gym looked at my hair, said that was the best one ever and took down her name so he could call.

I had set up an appointment with Tiffany at 3:30pm on Saturday May 4 at Knockout, Mansfield. After arriving a few minutes early I was asked to wait as she was busy with a customer but even after 20 minutes I could see she was not nearly done with the customer. It seems she must have started with the customer a few minutes before I came in. A few min wait is perfectly fine with me but to have a customer wait for more than 20 min with an appointment defeats the purpose of setting up an appointment.Some months ago when I was late by 4 minutes for my appointment she told she just can’t wait for me and had to take another customer. I had to wait for about 40 min that day but I knew it was my fault and I had to respect her time, so I waited.Likewise I wished she too had respected my time as I had other things planned for the day. I left and went across to Sportsclip who were able to take care of me with only 3 min of wait.

Everyone here was really nice and professional. Kim did a great job with how I wanted my hair cut.

We came here on Christmas Eve and got our 3 year old’s hair cut without an appointment. She did such a great job!! We highly recommend this place!

We came in after registering online so we didnt have to wait and somehow we were taken off the list. I then registered again once in the salon and kept being moved around to someone not requested. We just needed a haircut fast since we had somewhere to be. I think the really frustrating part was seeing all of the girls sitting in the break room doing nothing while the lobby became over packed. There was only one lady working the entire time. We had selected first available and the ladies just still sat in the room and looked at me while I waited. Im very frustrated with the customer service they provided and even had other customers leave due to this same problem.

My 8yr old son and I frequent this location. Every stylist is great at what they do and goes the extra mile to ensure you get the experience you expect. I appreciate the customer service, clean atmosphere, and valuable service we consistently receive.

I chdcked in and there were 3 or 4 people ahead of me. The wait was suppose to be 45 minutes, but I was pleasantly surprised to have my name called after only 20 minutes. Kimberly cut my hair quickly and efficiently. She offered the free MVP for it being my first visit, and it was spectacular! My hair looked great, and the shampoo massage definitely got all of the annoying hairs out. I will be going back, and I will definitely be requesting Kim!

First time at SC and it was awesome. I walked in for haircut and got that and shampoo, and neck/shoulder massage and felt (and looked) great. Super courteous staff. Thumbs up!

Wait was less than estimated at check-in, cut was good, got MVP experience upgrade since it was the first time there. I wish that the neck massage and scalp massage had been firmer. Its not the fault of the stylist, though, as I did not communicate that to her.Would go back if I lived closer and may still if Im in the area and needed a cut!

Cuts were well done, fast and the stylists were very kind. I have been to locations that I was not happy with and will not return to. That is not the case here. If I’m in Mansfield and need a cut, I won’t hesitate to come and see Lauren.

I have been coming here for years with my boys. I’ve never had a bad haircut. My boys used to hate haircuts but always look forward to coming here. The staff is great! I wouldn’t come back if I felt disrespected or unheard. The staff feel like close friends to me and they also love my boys.

This location was easy to get into and out of. It was clean and well maintained. The wait time was as you would expect (~10 mins) and Danielle was professional and friendly. And the haircut was satisfactory.

Only chain hair cutting establishment that I will not only let cut my hair but have retained my business for close to 3 years. Eryka P. is my go to but Ive had the other Erica and Kimbo as well and they all have done a great job. Hot towels, shampoo, sports on the tv, and I can check in online. The only think I wish they could do is straight razor but they do a great job getting a close enough skin fade with their electric shavers.

Overall the woman cutting my hair did a fantastic job and make the experience a lot of fun. Kept me entertained throughout my entire experience.
