We order a sweatshirt in early December and they sent it to the wrong address so it was returned to Merchline. We contacted them about the issue that happened over a week ago and they still have contacted us. I tried to call them by phone an no one answered the phone and I was disconnected multiple times. I am extremely unsatisfied in this company and will never order from them again.

Merchline/Rivals fulfills orders for Mr. Beast from youtube. We ordered a hoody on Aug 2nd, with a ship date scheduled for Sept 11th. When I asked on Sept 16th about the ship date, owner or President of merchline replied If I could predict the exact future, I would be doing something else with my life. But alas, I cannot, so Im left with rolling with the winding changes of how things out of our control play outIf you would like this order cancelled, let me know, and I will do so.-- Nathan MurrayHe cancelled our order without explanation and refused to reply to further emails about the order. Phone calls go to nobody and emails go unanswered. Do not order or do business with this company. Hopefully Mr.Beast chooses someone that cares about their customers to fulfill merch orders in the future.

I am incredibly disappointed with my experience here unfortunately. On March 1st I ordered 3 items worth 119.98 and expected no issues. However I still do not have my items. On 4/3 I was given a 10% refund and assured I would receive my items soon. Another few weeks later with no response I had to email many times two receive two versions of the same automated response, that since my order was being processed it can’t be refunded however I have still received no update and I’m extremely disappointed in the service and my loss of money, time, and trust in this brand.

When things arrive they are nice but the whole process with this company is really bad. We have purchased maybe $350 worth of clothes, subscriptions, etc from Merchline artists. I would guess one out of every 10 orders was on time and correct all others have an issue and they wont answer their phone and seldom reply with helpful info to emails. They need a redo on their whole process. In the world of Free Shipping, easy returns, and customer service this company is a dinosaur. I would love to support the artists we love but I wont buy things from Merchline again and thats really a bummer for all involved.

This company needs to be sued. They are clearly running a scam, and as you can tell by other reviews, Im not alone. Never received any items that I ordered. Bunch of con artists.

It has been 2 months and I have no package and they wont respond to my emails or calls. They have several hundred dollars from me. Maybe it works for some people but be very careful with this company.

I bought 3 items for my son for his 10th birthday. (Dude Perfect) 1. Hoodie - Youth small - this fit well. 2. Performance tee - Youth small - (could have fit a 2 year old.) 3. Youth battle shorts youth small - (these were too big for my 20 year old son.) The sizes are totally crazy wrong. I have called and left several messages. No one is ever there. I have opened the window for a live chat, but there is never anyone available (even though I try to chat during the hours they are supposedly available.) I have left several messages for them in their chat window. I have heard from no one. I have a very disappointed little boy and as of now, I am out more than a little bit of money. This stuff is not cheap.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and have not heard a thing since I placed my order. They will not return my emails. I want my money back!

Ive placed several orders through band websites where the product was being produced and shipped by Merchine, and Ive only had an excellent experience. For example, Ive purchased merch from the Underoath online store every year since 2015 and I love the quality of their tees, soft and durable even with heavy wash and wear. While I am not discounting other customers experiences, I would say that anytime you order something online be sure to give customer service adequate time to resolve your issue. Band merch shipping from Merchline is much more timely that merch shipped from the record label, Procrastinate! Music Traitors for sure.

Seriously what is up with this website? I placed an order 3 weeks ago and I received only one item from the order. I havent received any email or anything in regards to the rest of my order. I called the company and no one picked up. I want my merch or my money back. This company is such a joke.

I will never purchase anything from this site again. I placed an order for a shirt using this website on 08/27. It was a pre-order shirt that was set to ship on 09/19. The order was confirmed, and I was told I would get a shipping confirmation email when the item has shipped. September 19 came and passed, but I had yet to receive a shipping email. So, I decided to contact merchline to see where the hold up was. I quickly received an email back saying that there was a shortage of materials which has caused a delay, but my order would be shipped within a couple days. A couple days came and passed, and I had yet to receive a shipping confirmation or my t shirt. I then decided to email merchline again on 10/4. I did not receive a reply until 10/10. This time, the tshirt I had PREORDED was out of stock. What kind of business is this? Why did I have to contact customer service in order to get any time of explanation why the item I ordered nearly two months ago has yet to arrive?

What happened with the telephones of this company? Ive been calling since a week to know where I can return an item. Please it is an expensive jacket. I need someone returning my phone call.
