I never use the word awesome! .....but my experience with Interior-Deluxe truly was. First of all, their selection of contemporary lighting is fantastic, their pricing is competitive, and the return policy is reasonable. Additionally, their customer service, specifically Kim, is exceptional. She provided patient guidance while making my selection (internet shopping/telephone---not in the store) until I felt confident with my selection and all of my questions were resolved. However, after all of that, there was a problem when my fixtures come in from Germany (which were, by the way, in a very timely manner) due to the manufacturer s communication error. Kimberly and Interior-Deluxe stood by the product and took full responsibility for the error. My lights were picked up, and since the German manufacturer could not produce what I thought I was getting, Interior-Deluxe took it upon themselves to convert my lights to the specifications that I thought I was getting, in their warehouse, and resend them....perfectly. They were always pleasant and communicative and wanted to have a fully satisfied customer.....and they do. Kimberly is a real person.
I ordered two lamps from this vendor. on April 14th and they charged immediately my credit card. After 2 weeks I got contacted by a representative that told me that one of the items could not be imported to the USA at this moment and the other may be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. When I asked them a refund for the item they could not get in the USA they told me that a 25% charge will be made to the refund. This is what I call deceiving advertising and predatory marketing techniques. I have already initiated with CITIBANK a dispute for the charges following my lawyers advice. Do not buy from this guys!!!

I purchased a pair of Artemide Basic Strip sconces from Interior Deluxe. When I installed the fixtures it turned out that one had a bad ballast. I emailed customer service to see about getting a warranty replacement as Artemide has a 5 year warranty. Artemide promised to send a new ballast which is little help as that would require rebuilding the whole fixture.Interior Deluxe has shipped out a new fixture at their expense to make it right.Thank you Interior Deluxe. I look forward to purchasing from you again.
