Felt bad for the girl but do not come to this location. They are breaking the constitution. I am exempt from the masks and they denied me service because I did not wear one. Unbelievable.

Check in online for the fastest most convenient service. Masks are still required. Lady inside was nice and conversational. Took her time making sure hair cut was perfect. Great service.

This was my first time getting a haircut in Kansas I had recently just moved here from California and I needed a haircut badly I looked up the nearest hair cut place and happened to come across sport clips I checked in online with Sarah when I arrived they were ready to go Sarah was super friendly good customer service and very professional and knew what she was doing at all times I give sports clip five stars and more if I could and I recommend it to anybody that needs a cut and shout out to Mrs Sarah you are the best 🙏🔥🤙

Good haircut for a good price. Just make sure you get the Sport Clips app to check the wait time. The store may look empty, but there was a 2 hour wait due to online check-ins.

I got a zero mid fade with my hair on top being about 1 inch. The person didn’t fade it at all, looking at it from the front ain’t bad because she faded the front of my sides but hold a mirror behind my head and it isn’t faded at it it’s a solid line of hair, I love sports clips but I would never suggest someone to this location!

Multiple times I CHECK IN ONLINE only to get there based on the estimate and find out Ive been skipped over or still have to wait more than 30 minutes. Tiffany smiles but seems insincere and unconcerned. Never going back. Sarah was always great but Im tired of unprofessional wasting of my time.

I booked my appointment which had a 2 1/2 hour wait time and would have been well before closing time. 3+ hours before closing time. I showed up and there was a note on the door saying that they closed early.

Used the App had a check in time 630, show up at 630 tells me to wait in car for 5 more min. 20 minutes later after watching the stylist walk around, stand at the desk, push some chairs down I go ask, she tells me just finishing up cleaning. 10 min later calls me in. I have kids at practices that need picked up I dont have an extra 20 min to watch you walk around doing nothing in the back room where my haircut isnt going to be. Total disrespectful of others times. Zero dollar and zero cent tip. Pro tip, .if you dont like cutting hair, dont be a hair cutter.

Was in and out fairly quickly. I loved my haircut and my stylist has amazing hands that really know how to massage a scalp. Lol I come for the massage and leave with a haircut, what a deal!

Not my first experience at a sports clips but definitely my first bad experience, felt as if my haircut was being rushed and my hair came out way uneven. Not to mention that while Im wearing a mask she kept stabbing me with a hair comb to take my mask off of my ear then try to place it back on but ends up asking me to put it back on. I just definitely wont be coming back to this one. Very frustrating!

They generally care enough to give a good cut. But I find myself waiting WAY longer than necassary. Stylists disapearing into the back of the store for 30+ minutes. One stylist working on the same person for an hour. I have this issue nearly everytime. This is the only Sports Clips store with this problem. Never have this issue at any of their other locations....

Checked in online, 3 people ahead of us not a big deal... However over an hour later and they are still not done with the two haircuts they were doing. There was over 7 people waiting. They are leaning against their stations talking. Now both have disappeared in the back, stations still dirty. Not even speaking to anyone out front. After months I convinced my bf to come here because he always just does it at home.. I wanted to edit to update to say my bf really likes his haircut and the lady that cut his hair was incredibly nice and helpful. The experience didn’t start off well though.

Had no wait time and Kandyce was amazing. Everything was clean and the process was seamless. I would highly recommend Kandyce, she was friendly and professional, definitely coming back in the future.

Melanie is great! Great personality and talkative and attractive... Got a shampoo and massage which was vary great by her... Hair cut was on point by her they way i asked after telling her to leave the Mohawk will be back if shes not there when i do come back will ask for Tiffany 😉 lol both gorgeous ladies on my hair and head? Nothing better to ask for simply lol sry to say really.... Overall great location.

Love bring my autistic 7 year old here. They are always nice. They are very attentive to his needs and make the process fast and gentle. Have never displeased with the cut either! I drive over an hour to bring him here for a cut!

Melanie moved. I had to track her down and found that she was now at this location. I have had numerous people try to cut my hair in recent years and she is the only one that does it the way I like. She is fun to chat with and has a great personality. Look her up and tell her I told you to ask for her. You wont be disappointed.

Messed up my haircut. Twice. Both times with same person (Lindsey), so maybe better luck for you? In the past I have been able to tell a stylist same but shorter and they have had no problem. First time this place messed up the cut, I thought maybe it was my instructions or how I was wearing my hair that day. Second time I showed her the style, and place I have worn my hair parted for a decade. That time she told me my hair was parted wrong - maybe thats why they were so bad, because she was trying to correct me?Anyway, cleaning up my hair at home in the bathroom mirror with scissors now. This is the worst haircut I have received in years.

Epic place feel like a king after

Sadly disappointed with our experience at this location. First thing right of the bat, there was no greeting at all when we walked in. We were just looked at and quickly looked away at, like nothing. They didn’t even acknowledge us when they came into the lobby to check clients out. We were seriously thinking about leaving. After we waited past our appointment time there was no friendly explanation for the delay and we were not informed that we would be delayed again.My husband said he received the roughest haircut he has gotten before and she didn’t get the cut close to what he has had before at that location.I’m sorry to say, we give this location a thumbs down and will not be returning.

There are generally two girls here that can do a great job and the others are merely acceptable. Staff has changed a lot lately. I cant justify the cost for a mediocre haircut anymore.

Worst hair cut I have ever received. The stylist wore gloves, and literally beat my head with her comb and scissors. Very disappointing.

Went in for a trim up and the lady took of 2 inches. She cut it in a way I cant even style it. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!. Not saying the lady whos going to cut your hair is going to do bad but my experience was HORRABLE!!!

Awful. Have tried it 3 times for my 3 boys....There are often only two people working. Today there were 3 women working and it took them 30 minutes to turn 2 people ! I am never going back.....today it took the cashier 15 minutes to figure out a gift certificate for the person in front of me. Warning. Dont go here !
