The Summers guys have saved me once again! Been going there for years and they always treat me right. Fair prices, friendly service, and they will work to resolve a problem until it is solved. Today I had a window stuck down in my ancient car, and have two very early morning drives coming up to take my daughter for cancer treatment follow ups. Its cold! Ack! They had it fixed in seconds. Love these guys. 💗

I Went in to have front end work done. My vehicle has a very rare/expensive lug key. That I’ve held onto for 4 years. They lost the key.! Then blamed me! So I went to autozone and rented a new one (80$) BUT When I refused to take responsibility for THEIR mistake and say that I’m the one who lost the lug key the owner got very hostile and rude. Now I have to replace the key AND find somewhere else to get the car fixed! This place literally cost me money. Not to mention lost wages

They are horrible at returning calls. I really wanted to like this place. My family has been going here forever. Over the last year we have taken in 3 different vehicles in several times. Getting an estimate is like pulling teeth.....when you finally get ahold of someone, the son, he has no idea whats going on and says they will call you back. Dont hold your breath. If you do finally get a call back the work done is ok. If you comment on the lack of customer service to the owner he is super rude. The son just makes excuses for the aging father. They might have been THE place at one time but not anymore.

A mechanic shop in Sapulpa was going to charge $1200 to fix the air conditioner we called OReillys and the part was $480 they were gonna charge almost 2 times the price of the part so we decided to bring it to Summers, they fixed it for $278 it was just a hose and not the compressor like the other shop said. The guys at Summers are honest, inexpensive, fast and such a blessing. I recommend them to everyone
