6/6/20, had a slow leak so I came here to get it fixed. The gentleman at the counter is very friendly. Turned out I had a slash in my tire and they let me look at it. I am fortunate I had a good warranty on my tires so it isnt going to cost much. They are busy but the gentleman at the counter stayed friendly to everyone. This is my place to come for tires.

This is where I usually get my oil changed. Of the locations in the vicinity this is the one I prefer most. They all do a good job, but I just like this one better. No pushy sales people, work gets done quickly and prices are fair. Waiting room is comfortable and they do have refreshments. Good job, fellas!

I normally love this Hibdons. I have never set an appointment but I did this time.Why set an appointment if you are not going to honor it? Forty five minutes after my appointment time they pulled my truck in.After an hour and a half they said I needed a brake job, (I told them while setting the appointment I knew I needed one).Three and a half hours after my initial appointment time, I was finally able to leave.Think I may go elsewhere next time I need service on my truck. 😒

If you need a flat repaired and they tell you that you have a nail in a spot where the tire cant be fixed and only replaced, GET A SECOND OPINION! It has been my experience that most tire repair companies will lie to you about the ability to repair the tire because they want to make a sale. I went here to get a tire fixed. They looked at it and of course said there was a nail in an area that made the tire unable to be fixed and said I need a new tire. I declined and took my car elsewhere who determined the nail was NOT in a spot to where the tire couldnt be fixed. My tire is now fixed and I saved money from not replacing it just because someone at a tire shop told me to. Im not an idiot and am tired of being taken advantage of. Stay away from this place! This isnt the first time they have done this. I will never go back.

Avoid this place like the plague. Dropped the car off at 9am for a simple job, didnt hear back from them. Called back at 3pm and the phone rang close to 20 times. Called back again at 3:10pm and was informed that the car would be ready in 15 minutes and I would be called when it is complete. 4:30 rolls by and no one called. Called them again and was informed that they will call me back. Never received a phone call back, called them back and again no one answered after 15 rings. Called back and finally someone answered the phone. Waited an entire day for a simple job.

We have all of our company cars serviced here, they do a good job and are almost always on schedule.

Had my brakes replaced here a few months ago. Took it back two more times for grinding. They blamed my tires for the sound after I let them know you have to drive it around to warm up for them to start grinding. Now here I am at the 240 Hibdons and they are replacing them! I shouldve continued business with Steve at 240. He takes care of his customers!

Most of their service centers are very respectful and friendly. They seem to care about your time, but I highly recommend you drop off your car as the wait times can go into hours.

I have been a customer at this store since 2005 and have relied on Richard for the past 5 years to maintain my car that now has over 295,000 miles. The store is always clean with coffee available, I cut my wait time by calling ahead; and Richard quotes the coupons/promos available without being asked. There have also been times I didnt feel the car was fixed right, I took it back, and the problem was taken care of, and times they worked after hours to get the job done. This is a great store!

Rob, the manager called to give me their quote for my repairs. Totally ridiculous and fraudulent. Quoted me $1236.95 to replace a power steering pump, hoses and belts. Then offered their financing of 0 for 6 months and after 22.9% interest.Even my dealership could beat that!Have another mechanic doing the repair for $380. By the way, the pump is not leaking. A lie!I feel very upset that a professional would treat a customer so wrong.If I had not consulted another mechanic I would be in debt for a lie and unscrupulous business people.Be wary of this business and Rob.

After nearly a dozen trips and roughly fifteen hours in the waiting room, I was told by the manager that they were not going to resolve the issue that I paid to have fixed (twice) and that I needed to visit the dealership. She was rude, dismissive, and did not offer to refund the money spent despite not fixing the problem. Though the rest of the staff was polite, professional, and tried everything that they could to be helpful, I will not return to any Hibdon’s location and would strongly discourage anyone else as well.

I ruined a tire means Hibdons had to give me the information I did not want to hear but it was correct. Very quick and professional.

I called them at 10 minutes till closing cause my wife had a flat. They waited for an extra 15 minutes and her tires were extremely bad. They replaced all 4 tires even after closing. Thank you guys so much. We deeply appreciate it and I will recommend Hibdon anytime and everytime someone I know needs tires.

Needed new tires, tried to get them at the dealership (Jim Norton Toyota), and they didnt have any prius tires in stock. -_- at hibdon, I got 4 brand new better quality tires than the dealership with 70,000 mile warranty, alignment for life, at a fraction of the cost. They were extremely friendly and speedy. Had it all done in under 2 hours.

Disappointed.Ive used Hibdon for most of my auto repair needs for years, with good results and what felt like transparency/honesty.Lately, Ive had a lingering problem with screeching/belt noise on start up. I brought it in and had the water pump replaced (belt had come off and broken it). That fixed it for a few months, but the noise came back. They were kind enough to replace the belt under warranty from the last repair. But, a few months later, the noise was back again.Which, Im not upset that they are having trouble diagnosing the source of the problem. I get it. Its not always so easy.BUT, when I brought it back this time, I got a call saying yup, its the belt, we need to replace it. I said OK, you did that a few months ago though, so is that under warranty?They were unaware that theyd just replaced it. So, they looked into it further and couldnt find anything wrong, and decided the belt was actually fine.So the belt was broken when you didnt know it was under warranty, but now that you know it is under warranty it isnt broken? Either they are trying to avoid honoring the warranty, or the replace the belt diagnosis was a shot in the dark in the first place.Either way, Im disappointed.

Brought the car in for inspection due to a whining sound when car is in motion, the receptionist told me it would cost $450 to do the following.1) replace the battery, i dont know why that has anything to do with the whining noise. 2) Replace inner tie rod 3) Alignment. So i decided to take it to another place, sure enough they told me a different story. It was because my tires are new, so it would take some time to wear away the noise . These guys are crooks, they will take advantage of you. Make sure you take it to a second or third opinion. It will save you a lot of headache and unnecessary costs.

This is my favorite Hibdon anywhere. I have been a Hibdon customer for about 15yrs now. I think that says everything.

I went in describing what i needed done for a long trip that i am taking very soon and they had told me they would get it taken care of EVEN when i explained whet was wrong it!! When I went back my car was doing the same thing!!!! and then they followed by saying whats wrong with your car is out of our field of work and still made me pay!! Needless to say i have learned my first and final lesson by going to hibdon! it has never been a pleasant experience for me or anyone else i know.

My visit on 10-24-15:I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at the 4800 nw expy location. I was told that I needed an air filter so I agreed to have them replace it. after 20+ minutes I inquired as to the wait and was told that the filter would be here in a few minutes. I was never told that the air filter would need to be delivered and would require additional wait time. At that time I said dont replace the filter. I requested that I could speak with the Manager(Kayla Woodin)and she complied. Kayla was argumentative and just made excuses. I was not looking for anything but just wanted the person incharge the poor guest service I received. She explained that mistakes happen and she puts in 70+ hours a week and that these things just happen. I then told her that 70 hours a week was a tough way to make a living. She then got extremely angry and request that I leave the show room. I was then told by another employee(Sean Neely)that I should just leave. Very rude and very poor guest service.

Went in to get an alignment and was told I had some front en work that needed to be done, they quoted me at over $2000..so I went next door to Midas and never mentioned what hibdons said, they gave me same diagnosis but said it would be around $800..and I also went to another shop and they also quoted around $800..I feel like they are crooks, trying to charge over $1200 more than it should be
