Save your time and go somewhere else!I have taken the same tire off my 2019 mustang to them repeatedly now, twice for an air leak along the bead due to them not getting it to seal properly. Once from using too much lubricant placing the tire back on the wheel, then the other time from them not cleaning it prior to placing the tire back on the wheel with small amounts of debris still on the bead of the wheel allowing for a gradual leak. NOW, I have an air leak at the valve stem of the same tire! This tire has not even had 3k miles put on it during this several month ordeal of all of this, and less than 10k miles total life on it. I will be taking all my business to Discount Tire from now on for quality work that can be trusted and doesn’t rely on repeated business due to poor workmanship. Save yourself the headache and frustration, go somewhere else if you don’t wanna make multiple trips back!

Having been here before with previous car they always did a great job however now the manager Jerry, is rude all I had said was plz be careful with my car and from then on he was just snotty about everything. I came in for 4 new tires and I had to bring my car back 3 TIMES since bc of wheels not being mounted correctly and causes my car to shake while driving. Ive gone thru 4 lug nuts and 1 rotor bc of their mistakes.. DONT GO HERE!!

I had a tire pressure issue, and Kelley was so helpful and ready to fix the leak and send me on my way only to find that there was damage in the sidewall. Instead of trying to Up-sell me, Kelley looked at my purchase history there and found that when I purchased the tires back in 2018, I had it under warranty. Turned out I had only THREE DAYS LEFT for my warranty! Thanks to Kelley being so thorough, I got a new tire within my warranty timeframe for only $11! What great service!

I really needed to get my breaks serviced. So I called here and spoke to Kelly. He informed that the brake tech would not be in until Friday (two days later). I mentioned that I was concerned about the road conditions and he, without hesitance, offered to take a look at himself as he used to be the brake tech. I cant believe how nice he is. Its nice to know that somebody is concerned about the safety of others. I would give him 100 stars if I could. Kelly, you are the man, man.

Sometimes I get mixed Service as far as sometimes my experience is good sometimes my experience is not good but I got my tires at Hibdon I had a slow leak last week went got it plugged for free just had to drop my car off for about an hour.

It cost my HUSBAND 2500 HUNDERD TO GET HIS TRUCK BACK ON THE ROAD ..BUT IT WAS WORTH IT..WR ARE HAPPY PEOPLE..THERE SO GOOD TO US ..THANKS GUYS.

I am so grateful for this location, we ended up with a flat tire 30 minutes prior to this store closing. Roy and his team did a fantastic job getting me in and out quickly. (Trevor did great patchwork). Thank you for taking care of my husband and I on such short notice. I recommend the store to anyone in need of tire repair and more.

The old guy is rude and expects you to know the correct terms for tire related things.

These guys did great. I recently had a flat near their shop and had to get the tire replaced. They got me in and out in a very quick timeframe (especially for a walk-in,) and they had a great attitude the entire time. They also had the chance to sell me 2 tires and were honest about the fact that I only needed 1, since the other side still had a good rating. Good guys, quick, and honest.

Had an appointment at 8:30 in the morning and was expecting to be in and out in an hour or two. I was told I was a car a head Because one vehicle was before me. One vehicle later they grab the wrong Camaro and another technician shows up and grabs a truck instead of my appointment. Don’t expect to be seen even if you made an appointment. Just drop your vehicle off and hope it gets done before the next day...

My car told me that I had a tire with low pressure. Hibdons is where Ive always gone for tires and to get my tires repaired. They were busy and I had to wait about an hour, but as soon as they were able to get to it, they got the nail out and the hole patched and I was on my way. Always nice, friendly people.

This Hibdons on NW 23rd doesnt know how to schedule service, meaning I had a 1:30 pm appt and they didnt even look at it for 2 hrs because they said they were running behind. I had to call them 3 hours later to find out they couldnt do a front-end alignment until a few things were fixed.

Ive been using Hibdons for a little over 30 years. Always excellent service at an affordable rate. They are trustworthy, they stand by their products and services.

This location is GREAT! They worked well past close to get my tires replaced so I could safely get home. The guys were really patient and helpful as we discussed my options. I would highly recommend this location over and over again.

I always bought my tires at Hibdon when I lived in OKC. They have great warranties that they stand behind. They also partner with other tire shops nationwide that will honor their warranty too. I moved out of state and now go to a Firestone that honored the warranty that I had. The prices are as good, if not better than anywhere else around.

When I got off work, my tire pressure light was on. I got to Hibdons about 15 minutes before they closed. They found a nail in my tire, repaired it and made sure my other tires had the proper air pressure. Excellent Service!

I dropped off my wheel for a new tire which was under warranty. It took them 2 hours to mount a new tire. Thats fine but then when they finally called me in, it was going to be another hour to mount it. I think they have forgotten the decade of business I have given them. Time for a reminder in appreciating the customer.

Life savers!! I am traveling through Oklahoma City on a holiday weekend. Not only were they open, but happy to help me! I have fifth wheel on my truck. Fast service! Went in for the quickest way to cancel lost store card. Drive by it every day eventually I remembered that I didnt know where the card was located. I may have allowed someone into my house that isnt trustworthy or I may have literally thrown it into my fireplace as I were burning my junk mail/documents containing sensitive personal information. Doing so rendered me incapable of having the store card number to fall back in the event of lost or stolen. Store provided me 1800 number and also my card number. Cancelled card and verified usage had not occurred. Super thrilled it wasnt used! Thank you God! It was only that I sometimes am absent minded. Not everyone is out to get one over on you. Not everyone will run with the money once they see an opportunity. If they had, then oh well. They must have truly needed it. But what do I know?

I made an appointment to get my oil changed and was told it should take 40 minutes. I waited for 2 hours... for an oil change... and I had made an appointment. I was given no discount on my oil change even after I asked. Instead I was given a coupon to get my oil change free the next time. So I guess I’ll be going back to see if they actually accept it in five months.

My experience at this location was wonderful! The service manager (Jordan) was honest, thorough and extremely professional. I have never been so comfortable speaking with someone about car problems. He was never misleading and he got my problem fixed but also let me know about other things that will need to be worked on when I am able to come back. He explained the importance of each issue so now I am able to set a budget and get my car back in Tip-Top shape. As a woman I cannot tell you how incredibly comforting that is. As long as he is there I would recommend this place to anybody. Literally anybody. Whether youve got a 22 Roadster, a 64.5 Mustang or a Honda civic hes your guy!

This was a bit of a mixed experience, but in the end these folks took care of me so Im really happy. They originally told me that the nail in my tire had not punctured the side wall, but when I returned after 2 hours to pick up my car, I asked about the nail, which was still in the tire, and they ended up taking another look and deciding that it had punctured after all. Im not sure where the confusion happened, but in the end they gave me a new tire for free, which was exceptional customer service in my opinion. Thanks a million guys!

$88 alignment not bad. 6mo warranty

After living near the I-240 location for so long, its been a bit of an adjustment getting used to this location. The staff is always friendly, but they always seem to be busy. Not sure if its smaller than the I-240 location or not, but it doesnt feel like Im in and out as fast here as I used to be there. I have no complaints about the service though, everyone has always been superb.

I dropped in around 2 pm to have one of my tires checked because it was low on air, and I had a 6.5 hr round trip to make the next day. After 30 minutes of investigating it for leaks, they found a puncture in the sidewall. Fortunately, I had purchased the hazard warranty when I bought the tires, so they put a new one on and sent me on my way. Very customer friendly business. I appreciate their service.

They took really good care of me and patched up my tire quickly. From my experience, I felt like they were honest with me about my car and what I was needing at that time. My tire is still doing great months after being patched up. I will definitely be using them from now on.

Not only did they take advantage of my girlfriend there, but I had just put 2 new tires on her car myself. She has no spare so she asked for the new tires back. They took so long and made her stay so uncomfortable that when they ( convietly ) forgot to give her the two tires that were less than two weeks old, she decided based on their interactions that day that her sanity was more important than having a spare tire.

Its the first time Ive been to this location in 15 years. I love that I came in an hour to closing with a flat in a company truck and they took their time finding the information so I didnt have to pay out of pocket. Lionel was super friendly and got my tire replaced and me out of their in 25 min even though they had six other people being serviced at the same time. Plus the tire was just as cheap as it was 15 years ago. I love this place and their attention to customer service and the little details. I have told all my technicians to only use Hibdon from now on since they are amazing and, actually care about their job and the services they provide. Thank you Lionel you made my experience above and beyond what Ive came to expect from the car care business!!

Went to get a tire changed from one rim to another. The person went to my truck looked at the situation. She said it would be 18.00 and would take about an hour there was one in front of me. Awesome lets do it I said.An hour and ten minutes later after watching 5 cars go ahead of me mine finally gets pulled in. However they cant mount my tire cause its used.I think you need to incorporate inspecting the situation better so your not wasting peoples time.So I went mile down the road to a little tire shop on corner of nw 10th and Penn. Awesome guys has me in and out in 15min.

These guys do free tire repair! No really, it cost me nothing. Id never been in before, and they didnt try to upsell me any unnecessary services. Beyond that, they were super friendly, and it only took about 30 minutes of waiting even though they said it could take 60-90 minutes.Thanks yall!

They did a great job! The wait was long, but it was because they were super busy (I showed up a half hour after they opened and they were already mad busy). The lady behind the counter was really nice throughout the entire process.

Gosh... This place. Let me start. I took my car to have tires swapped from one rim to another first thing in the morning. They took all day and kept it overnight. They called me the next afternoon. I went to pick it up and it was already down hill before that. They dented one of my rims and wouldn’t claim ownership because “they are a tire shop and it happens”. They want you to sign a waiver before hand because something “might” happen. They gave me a $15 discount because they kept my car overnight. Let me mention that they overcharged me $10 swapping my tires to another rim for a tire disposal fee “that is mandatory in Oklahoma”. What a joke! That is BS. Go to Modern Wheel! Mark, the owner and Anthony, the head tech over there will get you taken care of. Long story short, I will not ever take my car to Hibdons. They are a joke. I told them they over charged me and they laughed because I already paid, but they gave me the invoice after I signed my bill and said well come back. BEWARE AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Modern wheel is where everyone should go!

Hibdon always does a great job anytime I need tire work or tires replaced. This year I had a tire blow out on my birthday and they help me get in and out quickly so that I didnt have to spend my day there. I always feel like they are fair and honest and dont try to upsell me when its not necessary.

If you want to over pay for tires or service you have found your place. They guarantee lowest tire prices in the state. On tires they stock. They leave that part out. They will also keep your car all day just to fix a flat.

Front desk guys are very nice and try to be helpful but it is ridiculous that you make an appointment at 8:00am and after almost two hours we are still sitting and waiting and not a single tire is on my car! Why in the heck did they suggest an appointment if I wait just as long as a person who didnt!

Long wait but awesome service and prices

Its an excellent Tire Service shop that does not require an appointment. The is not always a wait to get your vehicle in the service bay. If there is a wait to get your vehicle in the service bay, a staff member will inform you of the approximate wait time. The time it takes to perform the service for your vehicle usually takes less than an hour, once it is in the service bay. They have separate customer use only restrooms, a television, a selection of reading material, free coffee with creamer, sugar, and sugar substitute. There is free Wi-Fi. They have reasonable prices and offer several other types of services in addition to tire service.

Theyre always friendly. Good customer service. It takes a while to have your car serviced. Wether its tires, an oil change, tire rotation.... They always have customers in front of you so if you make an appointment it might be a little faster.

Roy is a great guy! He really helped me and fixed my flat tire. They made a mistake, but he fixed the problem.

Made an appointment to get my tires which so I didnt have to wait in the lobby for 4 hours like I did the prior time on my girlfriend a car so I got there on time for my appointment they promptly put my car on a lift to all four tires off and then went and started working on other cars for 3 and 1/2 hours so $400 and 4 hours later with an appointment there were three other customers that came in after me and left before me the guy that was working on my car stopped working on mine to knock their cars out real quick as the guy behind the counter said I think once they saw that I was getting frustrated with having to wait that they actually went out of their way to make me wait longer I got there at 9:30 in the morning and didnt get out of there until almost 1

Decent place for tires but they broke my tire sensor and didnt tell me. The next day my tire light was on and I had to take it back in to have aftermarket sensor replaced with factory sensor.Not the friendliest bunch I will say but its done!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I played $86 for an alignment and they didnt even do it. On top of that, they told us to replace a part that my vehicle didnt even need . So, I basically spent $100 for the part and $150 for labor for no reason. I do not recommend this place to anyone at all unless you are looking for tires. Just a waste of time, and money. Very disappointed and wont be going back.

They botched an oil change on my Mercedes, with messy oil all over my engine and a knee poked through the radiator, and the manager avoided me for weeks after promising to make it right and clean my motor. But they did NOT replace tbe radiator. This place used to be great under prior management, but since management changed I will never go back.

Once again I return for no cost service and again takes nearly 3 hours. I needed a tire fixed. I bought my tires at this store. Tire could have been fixed and put on my car in 30 minutes or so. No, well get to it when we get to it. Ill never have anything done at Hidbon that I have to pay for. No work ehhics. When I went back to have my tire put on they took a van in that arrived only moments earlier.

I aways go in here to buy tires, never again . but the salemans didnt find my tires or he didnt wanta call me back .I spent 1700.00 on tires at another new shop in town (DT) hibbon loss.
