No up selling, fear tactics, or trying to take advantage of customers (especially women!). I’m always able to get an appointment quickly and helped efficiently when I arrive.

To my surprise, they offered FREE PPI and when I asked why the gentleman on the phone explained that they are not adding any value to the car rather just making sure people end up with safe cars. These guys are awesome. I went there to fix the air conditioning of my car which was neither blowing cold air nor hot. They did a diagnostic and let me know how much it would be to fix it. I knew it would be a costly repair, but I was surprised when they waived my diagnostic fee! That could have been $200 easy since they performed some electrical diagnostic on my car which costs $100/hr! I couldnt believe when Lonnie waived the fee and handed me over the cost to repair. I was totally pleased! Definitely going back.

Lonnie’s provided such a great experience! I dealt with Lonnie firsthand and he is so friendly and will not steer you wrong. The Honda dealership told me my computer was fine and said the issue that needed to be fixed was my fuel injectors for $2,100. Took it to Lonnie’s and it turned out to be the computer and it was half the cost of the injectors. Thank you Lonnie and and the guys that worked on my car!

Fast, Accurate Service. Engine light check. Got me in the next day. They fixed it no problem and due to the nature of my very minor and specific issue - no charge. Cant say that your issue will be the same, but nice to know I didnt get fleeced.Also had another problem come up and Lonnie himself came out, explained the problem/situation and he took care of it himself -- THATS SERVICE!!Incidentally, I needed body work on my minivan and went to a local shop. Turns that shop uses Lonnies to fix mechanical problems on cars the autobody shop services. Why? Per Autobody shop owner:- Lonnies is very good, period. And that owner tried many mechanics. Google says 130+ 5 Stars as of the writing of this review -- I agree, he and his company deserve it. Highly recommend. God bless you Lonnie and those at your shop!!

These guys did a emission leak test on my 2003 dodge Ram, so far I am very much satisfied with the work they did.

LONNIES IS THE BEST, MOST HONEST, MOST PROFESSIONAL, AND MOST REASONABLE MECHANIC YOU ARE GOING TO FIND!!!! My fiancé and I have both had to take our cars in over the last couple of months. Short version, Lonnie and his team only fixed the actual problems we were having, didnt try to scare us into fixing things that didnt need to be fixed, were quick and polite, and both jobs ended up costing us hundreds less than what we were anticipating spending. They are efficient, professional, polite, friendly, and honest. I cant think of enough good things to say about them and well definitely never take our cars anywhere else ever.

I took my F-150 for what I thought could be a major repair, and after some diagnostics the team at Lonnies determined it was only a battery.All I was charged for was the battery itself, when I feel many shops would have billed multiple hours of time for the diagnostic work. Not charging me when more when they probably could have is very cool.

He was very honest, explained everything to me without being demeaning or assuming I wouldnt understand as a woman, and wanted to make sure my issue was resolved instead of just taking payment and being done with it. He even advised me of what he felt was worth repairing/worrying about, and what could just be left alone. The honesty was much appreciated!

Simple straight forward info, and tool care of business

I had my car towed here. They found the alternator to be the problem. They looked up the recalls on my car and the alternator was actually one of them so they suggested me towing it to a dealership to get it fixed for free. Sure enough, they were right. Good honest people here. Saved me at least $600!

Was super disappointed in Lonnies behavior I have sent him many clients. I called him to ask how much his oil changes are and he quoted me $42 wow! I said his competitors were a lot cheaper and he said go for it!. So much for business to business relationships. I will never send anyone to his establishment again it seems hes gotten to big for his britches.

My wife and I were looking at a supercrew cab truck that appeared to fit the size of our family. The truck was 3 years old, good mileage, and appeared to be in good condition.We were weighing this truck out against another truck was that older with higher miles. We were told by the car salesman that this truck was a Rebuilt Title truck. Contrary to the internet, we actually know people who are happy with their Rebuilt Title vehicles; thus we thought the internet was obviously gonna tell the Bad-Side of Rebuilt vehicles cause everyone takes-the-time to complain about things.We asked Lonnie to inspect this truck for us to address our concerns. He did a very thorough inspection for us. He was very polite to us and patient. We were pleasantly surprised at the extent of Lonnies detail of inspection. HIGHLY recommend Lonnies Auto Services. I dont wanna give away the price he charged us but will say we were very pleased with what he charged us.We just feel his services helped us look after our family. Thanks again, Lonnie.

I would NOT recommend Mikes Auto Service. I believe they intentionally left a leaf in my A/C filter so that my a/c would make noise then claimed that they would have to break apart my entire system to find the cause of the new noise that mysteriously showed up. Over $400 and two days later, they claimed that they could not fix it so I would have to take it to the dealership. The dealership diagnosed and fixed my car for $75 in one hour while I waited! Mikes Auto are scammers.
