Quick to take your money and you will have to fight to get it back.8/02/2020 I was in dire need of a tow as my car had broken down. I called and paid for my tow ( my fault for paying before being serviced) I was in a tough spot it was almost 2 am and I was ready to be home so the $170.26 didnt seem so bad at the time. I waited about 45 mins before I was called back and notified that there was not a tow truck available for me. OK no problem, I submitted my form for a refund as soon as it was sent to me and now as of 8/12/2020 I have yet to receive my money back even after calling and speaking to managers 3 going on 4 times now. Their refund time span is 3-5 days. It has now been 10 days and 8 business days. I was promised an end of the day call on Monday and yet today is Wednesday. It seems like they want you to forget about the transaction as they never reach out to fix the problem. Today I was told to wait another 1-2 days as it is pending.I WAS NEVER SERVICED and the amount was taken out of my account in SECONDS yet here I am still fighting for my refund. so all in all be careful with this company and of course wait to be serviced before you pay. Would give 0 stars if possible!!

Extremely unprofessional. was told that i would not be charged for the service that i cancelled. two days later i check my bank statements and it shows that i was charged for using their roadside assistance. very shady, underhanded and fraudulent.buyer beware!

Reliable company delivered on there word and in my opiniom not your typical tow company experience. It was very top notch
