I bought 3 cars from there auction earlier this year. Had two titles pretty fast and have been trying to contact the lady for title issues for over 5 months!I have had nothing but the run around, Now I have a car that needs fixed that I wont fix until,I receive my title.I spend well over 5k at there auctions over time and now they lost all my bussiness Id like to even have a call back.We own I pretty good shop in town and Ive been turning all my customers as far as I can away from this company because, of the lack of customer service they have!

Had to have a car towed on a Sunday. There was no problems at all. Quick and friendly service. Freeman even helped look at the car to see why it wouldnt start! Very professional. Thank you for making a bad day a little better with you help and I even got a free pen!

A friend of mine called their insurance company to have their car hauled from the city to Shawnee. While in tow the wrecker driver was very unprofessional and offer to sell the marijuana. Theyll never use the company again..... this is part of an edit. Apparently by stating what a person put online that came from the mouth of a customer is bad. Now I have 2 employees from Fastlane towing and recovery. Bill & Jordan that are 2 of their wrecker drivers that want to do harm to me. If this is a wrecker service you are willing to do business with feel free.

Not impressed. Had a car towef by this company. When we called to see about price to get it out of impound. We were told it wad over five hundred dollars. They had only had it less than two hours. Then they made us wait until the next day so were had to pay an extra fee for overnight storage.

About 5 months ago my wife and i broke down on 240. i called my roadside people and they sent a tow truck to pick us up. the driver was nice and got us home. but however when we pulled up in the driveway he tried to sell us weed. it wasnt a big deal i told him no and he left. but however i told a friend of mine that works for another tow company and i guess he put a post on google and all hell is breaking loose. now people that fork for fastlane are threatening him and co-coworkers. you people really need to grow up.

Im not sure how this place is in business. my girlfriend broke down and we called our roadside. they sent out what should be called SLOWLANE towing. the drivers name is Jordan and was a complete jackass. i wasnt their and my girlfriend said he was very rude and kept trying to get her to go out for drinks. after her saying that she was in a relationship he said that it didnt matter because he is married. so nobody would need to know.. how unprofessional can people be? and to jordan whom ever you are i hope your wife sees...

Called my roadside to get a tow. Contacted by company and told it would be two hours until they arrived. Asked if I was at the vehicle and I told them I would meet them when they would be there and they hung up on me. Called my insurance and said they had to respond to a wreck and canceled my tow. Very unprofessional over the phone.

Worst towing service ever! Run!!! They are not the brightest people to deal with. They add on ridiculous fees. They service after 5 add a huge fee. Customer service is poor.

Text to say they would be here at 7:14, for roadside towing. At 8:47 no one is here. I called they said they could not drop in a non secure area. I made it a point to tell them that my mechanic had stayed late to put my truck inside the shop. Now hes upset because they didnt want to bring it when they said they would.

The tow company was contacted by my insurance. They were several hours late delivering my vehicle to the shop causing a missed service appointment.
