3rd party company out of Texas! Quoted me way too much, told me the tow truck would be there in 45-60 min. 90 minutes later I got a phone call from the driver who was great! Totally check out David & Sons directly for a good tow!

I had a horrible time looking for a flatbed tow that was reasonable price and they only charged $140 and the driver kept in touch with me the entire time. I even accused him of keeping my keys and found them in my back pocket, he was still very sweet! That takes good character! Lol

TLDR: Read the edit at the bottom. DO NOT USE SILVER TOWING.I called Silver Towing not long ago to do a long haul for me. Their availability was good and their price wasnt shocking to say the least.However, I called them again to do a local move for me, and while the availability seemed good at the time, the truth came out the day of my appointment. I scheduled an 8:00am tow, and everything seemed fine, but 8:00am came and went with no contact from the driver (the main office did contact me around 7:00am to let me know that the driver would call closer to the time of their arrival).9:00am: nothing. So I called and they told me the driver had to stop for a flat. 10:00am, then 11:00am, and still nothing, so I called again. This time they told me that they couldnt get a hold of the driver and that theyd be calling shortly. I get it... The world doesnt revolve around me.Noon nears, and I call another company to get the service done, since it needed to be done asap. I call Silver Towing again, and the guy on the line apologized again, saying he doesnt know where the driver was, but that theyd be out shortly because he knew the driver was en route. Since I had another service lined up already, I let the guy on the line know that I wasnt interested in their service anymore, to which he responded that the driver was heading to my location already. I reiterated that I wasnt interested in their help, and he responded that the driver just needed to wrap up a jump start service for another customer and hed be on the way to me (not sure how someone can be on the way but stopping for other people, but I guess they need to make money so whatever).It took three attempts on my part just to get the guy on the line to accept that I wanted to cancel the service, since at this point they were almost four hours late with no contact from the driver to let me know when I could expect them. The guy on the phone made sure to point out that Saturdays can be tough because they only have one truck active for service, which wouldve been nice to know the day I scheduled it so I couldve at least picked a different day. He also had the gall to tell me that they were still going to charge me a ~$90 service fee, because the driver was on the way, even though my appointment was hours ago. I had to be pretty firm with him to drop the fee since they clearly werent even on the way yet (still stopping to do quick services for other customers I guess), and he abruptly cold transferred me to another person to complete the cancellation.I gave them two stars since the first service went off without a hitch (relatively speaking, they still showed up late then as well), but the second appointment was such a massive CF that I dont plan on using them ever again, let alone recommending them as a service. Only after telling them I was planning on hiring someone else for the local tow did they even attempt to make things right. I didnt want a discount or special treatment... I just wanted them to show up. It worked out well anyway, since the other company showed up when they told me they would, and were significantly cheaper as well.I will update this review once I know for sure that I wasnt still charged the ~$90 service fee, and actually receive the full refund for the service I paid for in advance, but never received.Edit: I just read some of the other critical reviews here, and it all makes sense now. When I called the other company, a driver in a company truck showed up. However, when Silver Towing came out, it was another company entirely. Not to mention that all of the phone numbers I received calls from were from out of state. This company is super shady in retrospect, and their responses to criticism are boilerplate, copy-pasted nonsense.

The Oklahoma Department of Public safety lists companies that are licensed to operate a wrecker service in Oklahoma. Silver Towing is not on that list. Their core competency is appearing high in the search rankings and then they subcontract the work out to actual tow companies. Most of their reviews are from people with only one review. Several of the photos on their website are of trucks from other companies.They took my payment and got an actual tow company to come out and take care of me. It would have been cheaper and faster to work through a wrecker service that operated its own trucks.

I was confused because I was initially going to be charge $165 and I got charge $195 because they were supposed to use an extra equipment to tow the car but the driver never knew about it and said I was ripped off and i never got any updates on the tow and they kept saying I was calling a different number instead of theirs

Fast and very great service

I was on my way to the hospital with my pregnant girlfriend when I blew out a front tire. I called up Silver Towing and they arrived in under 15 minutes. One quick tire chance later and a low cost, i was back on the road. I can be sure to recommend them to anyone who need assistance.

Overall a great experience. Good guys in the office gave a accurate eta. The driver showed up on time and was about to accommodate a situation that was not foreseen. My car was fully dead and its a new Mercedes so my car was unable to shift into gear so the towing tech had to use these plastic skates so that my car wouldnt be damaged. Also used wood ramping to not scratch my front bumper. Giving these guys the praise they deserve.

Had these guys tow a super be i8 for the company y I work for. It needed to be wrapped. Tow truck showed up with pro ramps for extra height which this car needed. I will use these guys from now on. Very impressed.

Fake unlicensed towing service without a legitimate business location. All their photos are stolen from other websites. Do they have insurance to protect your car? Who knows. Do they send a felon or a sex offender to tow your wife or daughter? Who knows? Look at the reviews. All left by fake accounts with one single review.Call a real local business with a Department of Public Safety wrecker license, not some lead generator owned by a shady locksmith in Dallas who sells your call to unlicensed tow operators.

Christian was the bomb. He was very professional. He was quick and very efficient. If Im ever in a sticky situation Id definitely hit up silver towing.

Great battery service

I was unable to change my due to it being stuck for some reason. I called a towing tech and they arrived within 40 minutes during rush hour which wasnt that bad. They also were able to change my tire instead of towing my van saving me money. The tow guy used a rubber mallet to hit the inside of my wrim causing it to cone off. A+

Even their website url uses a trademarked name of another legitimate and licensed wrecker service. Their photos are stolen from other companies. Call them, and you get a locksmith in Texas who takes your credit card and charges you marked up prices. Do your due diligence and only deal with local companies with an actual license to offer Towing to the public.Edited to add: then why do you not have a dps license? Why do you not have one photo of your own trucks with your name on them? Who towed the Ferrari on one of my rollbacks with my clearly visible dps number on it? Youre a liar, thats why. You have no business presence in Oklahoma city. Keep your scam in Dallas.

Nothing but good things to say about my experience. I was stuck in a difficult situation (low parking garage )with multiple difficulties that were required to overcome to tow my car. Ramone, my driver, was not only extremely nice, but made it to me in under 20 mins and was able to get me back working with my client. Great service!
