I spoke to Hasan about getting my car towed to an auto service shop. He was very helpful and patient on the phone. Great guy! They are open 24/7, so if you’re in a pinch and need a tow, I would call these guys for sure. Rates are very reasonable and the customer service is exceptional.

Raj from 5-star towing saved our day by picking us up from Oklahoma Lake when no other tow trucks would come out to help us on Memorial Day weekend. Also, we needed to take the car to a dealership 40 miles away to use a warranty. After that, the rear roller tow truck actually busted a a tire and poked hole in my gas tank. But we are not mad because he is the nicest and most professional person. And now Raj is staying late with my vehicle to wait for hazmat and deliver to my dealership.Raj, we thank you and wish you luck moving forward. You could operate on my brain anyday!

5Star was awesome! My Xterra broke down on the Interstate. I was towing my kayak so I needed both to be towed home. Our roadside assistance company wouldnt take the kayak - they didnt want to discuss options so I called 5Star. They got both the Xterra and kayak/trailer home safely at a very reasonable rate. These guys are real pros. You need to call them if u are stranded.

7/4/2020On time? Yes. Told me it would be 40 minutes, and they arrived in about 30 minutes.Good quality? Yes. The drivers knew what they were doing. They were fast, courteous, professional, punctual, and good clean trucks.Good value? NopeFelt like they were little expensive, well a lot expensive actually. I had them tow a small Nissan Sentra 5 miles and they charged me $150.Get your estimate before they show up and start hooking up your car.

This place looks like it was thrown together quickly. Something is definitely off about this place. The guy is nice. The woman is on drugs. And if your registration is in the car, you have to go buy a new one. Which isnt a huge deal. Just more extra thing when your car gets towed.
