Friendly staff and easy going. They did not hassle us like most tow companies. Very quick, easy and simple process for picking up your vehicle.

Melissa who works at this location is extremely unprofessional when dealing with customers. has no interesting in helping get vehicles moved so the customers arent receiving crazy storage fees. Im not sure if this is company policy to drain insurances, and customers. When asked for help was told she had no time to help sort the issue out. completely disgusting attitude, and I will be informing people, and customers not to use this business in future.

Everyone was really nice and understanding (my s/o has no patience, again im so sorry for him rushing the forklift guy) they did there best to help us get a car out that wasnt working due to some kill switch problem. I really appreciate the great service (also thought the phone). Everyone was very professional and well mannered, very straight forward business. Fingers crossed i never get a vehicle impounded again but if i do id hope it would be car cab.

Went to look at cars in the auction. They only allow 45 minutes before auction. They have no port a potty or any kind of restroom. Dont drink coffee before you go.

Driver was haphazard about putting my truck on the flatbed. Banged chains against the bra of my truck throwing the chains under my vehicle then hand the transmission bcuz he didnt put it in neutral before pulling hard on the lines. My transmission pops n my truck jumped forward hitting the bed of his truck. Will not ever use this company again.

Showed up to get my truck out of impound just to be turned away 4 different times because they were unable to give me all information I needed to get it out. After finally going to an ATM to pull cash out I come back to realize these guys drained my truck battery and I can’t even unlock my doors. Went from a 10 min process to be being there for well over an hour watching these guys try to open my truck up so they can give me a jump.

Will never buy another car from their auction. Will never refer anyone else.

Normally dont like paying them money, but it was not my car so, they were great my friend might not think so. Very professional helpful and fair all you can ask for far better than most of the impound wrecker services out there!

When I pointed out that the driver kept going to the wrong location and it took almost 8 hours to have my big box truck towed 26 miles. The whole time I had a mechanic waiting to work on it. When I addressed my issue with Todd (the owners son; manager) his exact response was, “that’s above my pay grade.” It cost me $350 for my tow and horrible service. I also had to compensate my mechanic for waiting for a truck that took 8 hours to show up at sun down. Absolutely not reliable!!!

The cab driver was a good person very professional but the lady that we called the receptionist she overcharged me said they had to take off the Driveline to tow the truck and never took off the Driveline so they overcharged my mother-in-laws card I try to deal with this and she said all sales are final

Very friendly, easy and simple 10 minutes and I was in my vehicle and when my car battery wouldnt start my car one of the employees gave me a jump and car started,! Out the gates fast and very reasonable

Wrecker service was great. NOT happy with the ocpd for impounding my vehicle off private property less than 12 hours after I had to leave it because it wasnt running. Came back with a rented trailer to pick it up and they had broken in and stolen it because the door, which was a completely different color, didnt match the VIN. Because lots of people steal vehicles, put tags on them and insure them. Mercy hospital was responsible too, because they let them take it off their property. Lying con artists at OCPD tried to claim they didnt tow it, they made up lies about why. They get a piece of the fee. If I broke into a vehicle and had a friend tow away somewhere and make the owner pay cash to get it back, and then got a piece of the action Id be a felon, but OCPD runs the same scam with impunity. Would have been nice if they didnt damage my vehicle breaking in and if they didnt destroy my parking brake by winching it on a trailer without turning it off and taking it out of gear.

John is just super friendly . Undoubtedly one of the nicest men in Oklahoma. He will certainly put a smile on your face. And all of the people at Car Cab are just great. Very professional . It made an upsetting incident like getting your travel trailer illegally towed, bearable. So if any from carcab are reading this, Kathy with the trailer says hi!!!!

This tow company was amazing. The night shift guy (wish I had gotten his name) was very professional, friendly and went above the call of duty and helped me change my shredded tire after the tow off the freeway. He had to figure out how to release the tire from under the car and help me get my seat to fold.forward. I really appreciate all he did & kept me from having to wait 3 hours till the shop opened. 5 stars all the way!

This is the email I sent to the company after our experience...On Monday morning my daughter was involved in a car accident and her car was towed to your lot. She was not able to retrieve all of her belongings from the car before it was towed so I called Car Cab to find out if she could come by and retrieve her items. I was told the only thing I needed to do was fill out the vehicle insurance form. The form was emailed to me, I immediately emailed it back with a note saying that my daughter would be by after 3pm to pick up her items. When she arrived that afternoon she was told she could not pick up her items, and needed to show them a title or registration and the ID of the person who owns the car. I called to find out why I was not given that information the first time I called and the excuse was because they are a police lot and very busy. I could have had all that information available before my daughter arrived if I had been told that the first time I called. I verified everything that was needed in order to pick up the items on Tuesday and was told we needed to provide the title, ID of owner and notarized letter stating that our daughter had our permission to get her items from the car. My husband took off work this morning to get the title, paid to have the letter notarized and provided a copy of his ID. I called Car Cab at 10:00 am to let them know I was emailing them the information and that my daughter would be there shortly to get her items. When my daughter got there, she was informed the car had been picked up by insurance at 8:30 am. Why was I not given that information when I called and could have saved my daughter the trip up there?! As you can see, this has been a VERY frustrating experience. I understand that you may be very busy but that is no excuse for the consistent lack of communication. It sounds like there is no choice of where the police tow your car, but if there was I would not choose your business.

I want to clarify that it is illegal for any wrecker company to deny you access to your own car. If they tell you that your not allowed to collect your personal belongings, call DPS (department of public safety) they will send a Highway Patrol officer. I cant stand this place and how they operate.

Even though they impounded my vehicle, the staff was so helpful. They had alot of patience for me to find my paperwork.

This company is focused on answering police calls more than helping the public. I called in for unlock service, during my call the dispatcher asked me to hold for a moment then came back and told me that they would be servicing the customer that called in during our call before they would be taking care of me. Turning a half hour response time into a two hour response time. I wont be calling them again.

Bought a car at auction 3 months ago was told it runs & drives. When we arrived to pick it up they said we need to tow it because it doesn’t run. Needed a strut, tire & head gasket. Was told we can pick it up anytime showed up after work was then told it had to be before 5Get the junk car home now it’s been 3 months & we still haven’t received the title. Every time we call we get the run around & told they’ll call back which they never do. It’s to the point we’re filing small claims for not only the car cost but cost of repairs we had to put in it as well.

The guy at the desk was rude and unprofessional. This was the worst experience of my life. They only care about the cash money for impound police cars. Don’t use this company as they are extremely corrupt. How else would you explain charging $280 cash for towing a vehicle 5 blocks and storing it for 2 hours?

I used your services today and It was a simple job ... take an engine and put it on a pick up truck .. that simple !!! The guy he was very unprofessional and he BROKE one part of my engine because he did not follow the instructions he did what he though was right .. Im a trucking company and my costumer was really upset, now who is going to pay for that part??? He was doing everything so fast as if he was in a rush. Again, who is going to pay for that part ?

This company is very rude and disrespectful. They(Richard an employee) responded to my brothers wreck on the 30th of June that claimed his life on the 4th of July. He had his cell phone with him the time of the accident. That phone is now no where to be found. SOMEONE has it!! This phone is on my family plan and the cell phone company told me that there was data used on the phone on the 4th. Both times I have spoke to the boss Darren he has laughed about it. I went off and cussed him out, this is not a joking mater! Do not ever use this company. I am not only posting this. I will be contacting the city to get there contact pulled so no you else has to go through this. These people are thiefs!!!

Public auto action great exprience

Took a friend to get her belongings out of her car!! Seem to to be a no Hassel deal considering the nightmare stories ive heard from others that try to retrieve their belongings from an impounded car by Oklahoma City!!! This is one issue that needs to be looked into in this City!!!!!! Just cause the car isnt in your name!! If you are lawfully driving it then you should be able to get your stuff out of it!!

Rude people

Most rude people I have spoken to. They have yet to release a title for a car that was bought 12 weeks ago. They have given us the run around about how to pursue the title since has been denied by the tax commission twice. According to the rude lady whom answered the phone, she warns all her clients that it might take up to 6 to 8 weeks to obtain the title once the vehicle is purchased. When I asked for documentation to prove the buyer was actually aware of the timeline she stated I am not going to dig through files .She also state our only option is to return the vehicle and get back the money we paid and then maybe she would the documentation then. I understand when it comes to obtaining car titles not everything will go as planned especially when dealing with an out of state title and the tax commission; but there is not reason talk down to customers like this lady did. Buyers beware!

This place is very disrespectful and unprofessional because when there is no police hold on your vehicle they seem to say they cant let you get your personal belongings out of that vehicle . I bought a riding lawnmower and it was in the back of a truck that I was pulled over in for DUS so the police had the truck towed but this place will not let me get my personal items out of vehicle or zero turn lawnmower out when we have a written Bill of Sell and proof of purchase on a BUY SELL TRADE SOCIAL MEDIA & SAID I HAD TO PAY HALF THE BILL ON THE TRUCK THAT WAS TOWED BUT STORAGED!

Locked my keys in the car and they were there in 15 minutes! Quick and friendly service!

Its the sad truth, this company likes to cater to police calls more than anything because it pays more. The drivers dont like local calls. There are a few unprofessional employees but the others do try. Call around first before you contact this company for assistance.
